Loved it! It took me 5 hours in total to get to Albert Town in Trelawny and back for this experience today, but it was totally worth the effort, absolutely loved it.
I met with Jermaine, a local roast yam vendor, who among other things, demonstrated the roasting of Yam, one of Jamaica's most love exports. Of course, I had to make sure my dish was secured first :-)
