Houston weather: Heavy rain chances continue into the weekend

Houston and surrounding areas are currently under a flood watch with heavy rain and thunderstorms impacting several counties. A Fox 26 Storm Alert is in effect through tomorrow night due to the risk of additional flooding and strong storms. While a cold front will bring cooler, fall-like temperatures this weekend, it is expected to stall, triggering more downpours on Saturday and Sunday.
