FlyDubai attacker had been Banned from flying: Report

A Fly Dubai flight to Israel narrowly avoided disaster after co-pilot Haman al-Hamami attempted to hijack the plane and crash it into Israel. The aircraft plummeted 18,000 feet at a steep angle, but was saved by the heroic actions of the captain, off-duty pilots, and a passenger. The suspect, an Omani national with radical views, is currently cooperating with authorities.
