Money approved, alley still rough: Wicker Park neighbors want answers

Residents of Wicker Park are frustrated by the severe deterioration of an alley behind the 2100 block of West Crystal Street. Despite formal complaints, documented damage, and assurances from Alderman Daniel La Spada that funding has been authorized, the city has failed to provide a construction date, leaving homeowners to deal with potholes and standing water.
