Why Does Everyone Keep Predicting UFO Contact in 2027

What is coming in 2027? Rumours of UFO disclosure, alien contact and even an enormous artificial craft approaching Earth have made 2027 one of the most talked-about dates in the UFO and UAP world. But remarkably, the astrology of 2027 also points to a potentially significant turning point. In this video, astrologer Dan Waites examines the planetary cycles behind UFO disclosure, including Uranus in Gemini, the Uranus–Neptune cycle and the Pluto–Neptune cycle, to ask what might really happen in 2027.

For several years, strange predictions about 2027 have circulated through the UFO community. Former CIA officer John Ramirez has spoken about the date. Journalist Ross Coulthart has heard rumours surrounding it. Channelers including Bashar have predicted “open contact.” Human Design also places a major transition in February 2027.

And now there are claims that an enormous artificial object is approaching Earth.

Dan is deeply skeptical of these stories. But there is one problem: the astrology is interesting.

Back in 2023, Dan predicted that 2026 could mark an important new phase in the UFO disclosure story. That prediction was based on several planetary cycles converging during this period.

Now those same techniques point toward 2027.

In particular, Uranus is approaching the degrees occupied by Pluto and Neptune during their historic conjunctions of 1891–92 — a period that coincided with the emergence of alien-invasion fiction, the mystery airship phenomenon and new spiritual movements.

The last time Uranus crossed these degrees was 1943–44, just as the first modern wave of UFO sightings began with the mysterious “Foo Fighters” reported by Allied and Axis pilots.

In 2027, Uranus returns.

Does that mean aliens are coming?

Not necessarily.

Instead, this video explores a stranger possibility: that the UFO phenomenon combines genuine unexplained experiences, advanced technology, spiritual phenomena and a powerful modern mythology about extraterrestrial contact.
