Founder of Kingsbridge wellness center under arrest; faces murder charges after failed procedure

Luis Rojas Cabrera, the unlicensed founder of a Bronx wellness center, has been arrested and charged with murder following the death of 27-year-old Elizabeth Barron. Barron became unconscious and died during an I.V. treatment at the facility. Medical examiners have officially ruled the death a homicide.
