After @POTUS revealed he “could have done very bad things” to @HillaryClinton, @JoeBiden and @BarackObama but held back out of respect for the presidency, one question remains: Are prosecutions still on the table?

Attorney @PeterTicktin says YES, pushing back against speculation that the Trump administration is abandoning efforts to pursue former government officials.

“I’m going on the basis of my knowledge that these prosecutions are going forward. I know that they are.”

Ticktin told @EmeraldRobinson that more than a dozen prosecutors and multiple @FBI personnel are actively working on cases.

“They are going forward as a fact, not as a speculation.”
