Welcome back, y'all.
We having technical difficulties once again. I don't know what's going on with this.
But we gonna try to wrap this live up, wrap this session up, and I'm gonna let
y'all enjoy our Monday. And I'm gonna look forward to seeing everybody on Wednesday.
If you missed the first half of this live, go back to the previous recording.
We had a technical issue;
the live disappeared, but there is a replay for both part one.
We're gonna consider this part two,
and we're gonna keep it pushing because they don't stop nothing.
Today's topic.
And today's title is Your freedom confirms the warrior you truly are.
No matter what's happening, we gonna get this word out.
Because, like I said, it's a big deal to survive narcissistic abuse.
To finally be able to find the strength to wake up every day, hell,
to eat a meal or two or three, to take yourself out, to treat yourself,
to eat good, to shop, to buy yourself things, to just exist and actually feel good.
And experience life.
To even breathe, it's a big deal.
Because this is something you were not supposed to get out of.
You were not supposed to come out.
You were not supposed to sit here and call yourself a thriver, a survivor.
You're not supposed to do that.
To be able to say you're truly free from narcissistic abuse,
meaning that you've taken your life back, you're pouring back into yourself,
you're reprogramming yourself, you're learning how to feel safe again.
That's a big deal. That freedom is a big deal.
You can breathe.
That's a big deal.
Like I.
I don't think a lot of people understand the importance of breathing
and breath dealing with a narcissist. You have to literally breathe like
your life depends on it when you come out of narcissistic abuse,
because you don't even know that the whole time you were in it, you were like this.
Your breath in.
Always on, on like danger alert. Always on defense mode.
What what what are we gonna have today?
What's the temperature gonna be today? What what type of night are we gonna have?
Oh, did I just say the wrong thing?
Oh, I know they gonna be mad about what I just said or didn't say.
Oh, I know they gonna hate this reaction. I mean the constant.
Rest.
Playing this game with this person, trying to move a certain way
or not move a certain way, it's extremely exhausting. Your body.
Picks up on this abuse in such a a significant way, man. You can't play with it.
Some of us have illnesses, diseases, sicknesses that we're gonna die with.
Because of the abuse.
Trust me, God can heal us all.
God is a healer, but some of us it just is what it is.
There are some things that we just gotta live with.
The freedom is important, man. Because had we stayed another six months,
another year, another two, three years, we probably wouldn't be here today.
That's how bad it got. That's how bad things get.
They taught you, and they they've made you see that man. You are really born.
Different. You're strong as hell. Your type of strength is a gift.
It's a gift. Now you you can create routines for yourself every day.
You can create your own safe space. Give yourself permission to rest.
I mean, there's the list goes on and on and on to say you're free is a big deal.
You can now reconnect with safe people. You can move your body gently.
Do you guys know how sometimes?
It's just a a breath of fresh air when I do the smallest thing.
It could just be a night of dancing.
This a this a night of dancing,
and I could be in a dancing mode and realize, wow, I am free in my body.
Oh my God, I'm not tense.
Like the the the more you heal, man.
The feeling is amazing, y'all, and I'm talking about healing from.
Chronic years of chronic narcissistic abuse. So just imagine those of you
who haven't even experienced a narcissist for more than five years.
Get to move.
Own pace, you know.
Walking and dancing and stretching—anything that that doesn't require pressure.
Never felt so loose in my body.
This is the this year. Oh my God!
We're gonna talk about that on one of these lives before the year ends.
But this year, I realized.
How much growth has taken place?
I don't even recognize myself a year ago as compared to who I am now.
As far as a lot of little little things, because the more you heal
from narcissistic abuse, the more you realize how much they really try to break you.
There's so many things about you that needs to be.
Like paid attention to and worked on and recrafted and accepted.
It's just so many little. It's a lot. So many little things, but it's a lot.
It's a lot. That's why it's a healing journey.
Every single day, every week, every month,
I am discovering things about me and parts of me that needs my attention.
But it feels good.
To stand up, and stand in for myself as a warrior with God.
Allow myself to heal.
No more pity parties, and no more—you know—no more allowing anxiety
to just control my entire day.
Not letting things trigger me so deeply to where my whole day is off
or my whole mood is set off, like the growth, the growth,
the growth, the growth, the growth, the growth.
Constant reminder of the freedom that I did not have.
The freedom that I needed, the freedom my body needed.
The more free you feel, the more you feel it in your body, your soul, your pores.
It, it, it. I mean, everything in your human existence.
It confirms what's happening.
Because you're healing from inside out.
Every single cell in your body needs attention.
From you.
It's like.
Now here's my last point because I didn't want to even keep y'all this long,
but this is my last point.
Your freedom.
Helps you discover so many truths. A lot of the truths you already knew it was true.
But it's confirmation.
It's confirmation. You you got to see. You're really gifted.
You're really unique. You actually don't need to be around them.
You never needed them. They they they don't deserve any parts of you.
You got to see that they are sick. They've always been sick.
And the truth is, they tried to sabotage your life. They blocked your blessings.
They did stuff. They've been betraying you. They've been talking about you.
The truth is, they've been a piece of ---- the whole time.
The truth is, you're the one who saw good in them.
You're the one who kept trying to see the best in them.
It was you that kept holding them up and giving them chances.
Times the truth is, you got in your own way, cause you doubted the truth.
And freedom helps you.
Confirm all of this. Accept all of this. You you accept the truth, man.
You start calling the lie out by name. I'm not too sensitive.
I am not too sensitive.
Because the lie was, I'm too sensitive.
Or the lie was, no one else will love me.
I'm hard to love. All these lies.
I'm too much. Everything's my fault. I be talking too much.
On you, those were the lies.
Now you can call them out by name. I'm hard to deal with.
How about we keep it real?
Cause that wasn't your voice. That was them. They said you were hard to deal with.
They said no one else will love you. They said everything was your fault.
They said you were too sensitive, and if they didn't say it, they acted like it.
They made it seem like you're too sensitive.
You're hard to deal with.
You be doing too much, no nickel. You don't do enough.
You don't show no real love, no tenderness, no. You don't do enough.
You don't show up.
You're here, but you're never here.
I'm too much 'cause I'm calling it out.
I'm too much 'cause I see the bullshit. I'm too much 'cause I won't take it.
I'm too much 'cause I don't want to settle. I'm too much because I see it.
I'm too much 'cause I actually know my worth,
and you want me to forget it. So I'm too much.
Wow! Start calling that ---- out.
That's not true. That was programming.
You start deprogramming.
You start speaking the opposite, even if you don't believe it yet.
I'm not too sensitive. I'm deeply intuitive. **** you, talking about.
It confirms the warrior that you truly are.
Because now you get to take over.
Your life, the life they tried to take from you, man. They're soul snatchers.
They out here trying to recruit more narcissists.
That's why they do us how they're doing us. They want to turn us into them.
Not hard to love.
I was just with somebody who couldn't love.
Somebody who didn't know how to healthily love.
Somebody who didn't even love theirself. How about that?
How about you tell yourself the truth? You speak the opposite to them damn lies.
I'm allowed to take up space. I'm allowed to have needs. I'm allowed to say no.
Freedom, man! It pushed us into this warrior path.
Helped us see our own light, and for me, that's what I'm proud of. Proud of you.
And if you're one of those who don't see that, who don't feel that, look.
You're in the right place. Sign up for coaching. Reach out. Let's talk.
Let's do whatever we gotta do.
Because you need to learn that you can feel safe.
You need to reclaim your identity piece by piece. You need to tap into your freedom.
Y'all are warriors, man.
Your freedom and your survival of this is deep. It's a big deal.
And I will always celebrate with y'all.
And as we're celebrating, we're pulling in those who need to come this way,
walk down the warrior path with us, because we are on a warrior's journey.
That's what the healing journey is about over here, gang.
We're warriors, and this has woke us up to what we were born to be.
We're warriors, demon slayers, if you want to call it that.
Cause to be free is to see that you really destroyed a narcissist.
Freedom means you destroyed them. You destroyed the game.
If you're free, that means the game is over.
You destroyed it, and if that happens, you are a nightmare.
You are a nightmare.
And you will always be. They'll never see you the same again. Good.
You want them to hate you. If a narcissist does not hate you, something is wrong.
If they don't like you and if they hate you, congratulations, man.
Let me clap for you.
I pray that whatever narc in your life you dealing with, that they.
Hate you.
And I mean that.
I mean that. If you know, you know.
If you know, you know. I'm not even going
to explain what I mean. I said it, and I mean it.
No weapon formed against us shall prosper ever.
Come on, chosen by God. I agree. What's up, Eastad?
Nervous system safety is so important, Keenly embryos.
We didn't get that when we were being abused. Our nervous system was hijacked.
One of the key indicators for healing is to get
your nervous system right back on track.
To be able to breathe and feel safe doing it.
To be able to wake up and live life, you don't have to feel great every day.
You're not going to.
You're gonna have rough days, bad times, hard times, moments of loneliness.
You're gonna go through some stuff.
But as you remain free, the better it all gets. Life gets better.
Everything comes together.
I'ma let y'all go tonight. I know this technical issue thing is a problem.
But it's okay. I'm not gonna give him another chance to shut me down.
