Welcome to TMZ Live. You are about to hear Selma Blair getting off a plane,
actually being a rest arrested as she got off an airplane
in New York City after a wild episode on board. This is Selma Blair.
In the jetway.
So the that screaming you hear is Selma as she's being taken into custody.
That is near the jetway in JFK Airport.
Sunday night, and she had just she was on a Delta flight from LAX.
And something, some sort of, she underwent some sort of medical emergency where.
She just lost it. According to the people, according to the pilot,
there were flight attendants who were injured. Selma was injured as well.
This is the pilot radioing to the to the tower, saying we're going
to need law enforcement and we're going to need medical aid as well.
We'd like to have some medical personnel at the gate
for a couple of the FAA's involved in the passenger incident.
They just need to get a couple things looked at.
The abusive passenger did that result in the two flight attendants
that are requesting paramedics. From from the info I've got.
Sounds like there were two, yeah, one flight attendant
and one passenger that sustained some minor injuries, a bloody nose as well as some.
Flight marks as well, so I don't think we need an ambulance or anything like that.
But we just get some medical personnel at the gate to look at their injuries.
And then one additional add-on: it sounds like the disruptive passenger also.
Bashed her head on the bulkhead or something like that.
So we'll have to get her medically checked out as well.
It's all with law enforcement.
So on on the plane, we are told that Selma tried to open the door mid-flight.
She bit a flight attendant. Another sustained laceration.
One of those flight attendants went to the hospital.
Selma was arrested by New York Port Authority.
She was put in an ambulance strapped to a gurney. We are told handcuffed.
We are told in route, actually, her leg restraints too. Right.
But she was somehow able to get out of those leg restraints or loosen them.
So we're told she kicked a Port Authority law enforcement officer repeatedly
in the head. When she reached the hospital where they took her,
she allegedly she was under medication, yeah.
But she came out of the sedation and allegedly attacked a nurse
who filed criminal charges. So we know there are two state assault charges.
One involving the police officer she kicked in the ambulance. Another the nurse.
And then as for what happened on the plane, well, that's an FBI matter,
and we're told they are investigating. And there may be charges there as well.
They may have actually already been filed. We haven't confirmed them yet.
But this was a really serious episode. I mean, you can tell that.
I mean, we spoke to a rep for her who said that this all kind
of stemmed from a medical emergency that happened on the flight,
and that ended up leading to the conduct.
I mean, that she is currently still hospitalized and in stable condition.
But based on that video alone of hearing her screaming, it just makes you
wonder what possibly could have happened to her to lead her to act this way.
Interesting that she had an incident ten years ago,
also on a flight, and same thing that they at that time they said
this was a reaction to some medication she was taking. But again.
Flipped out and attacked a flight attendant on, on that flight.
But it's crazy because just hours before, to her latest Instagram post
is a video of her, and it's like this compilation of her with her dog,
and they're traveling, and even the caption is like,
"Oh, I'm flying from L. A. to New Mexico, back to L. A.,
then to New York." So it seems like she's been doing a ton of traveling lately.
By the way, the service dog was with her.
Yeah, apparently is in the care of a friend. Yeah.
Um, but this just you know, it just feels like there was this psychotic break. Um.
Really sad. The part we don't know is if it is related to medication, and we know.
Since she's been battling MS, that she's been on medications,
she's talked about it openly.
So, you know, as you feel badly, obviously for the people, flight attendants, nurse,
and everyone who was attacked, but we just don't know what Selma was going through,
and if it's related to that, you really feel for.
Yeah, Sheldon Barlett rumor, Southern New Jersey.
Selma's not a stranger to drama and struggle.
It seems as if that she's been part of a continuous amount of drama in her life.
But mental illness is real,
and it's something that is continuous that continuously needs to be maintained.
It seems as if she needs a ton of support and help at this time.
And even with all the resources that she has,
it seems as if she needs more than she's currently receiving.
Another medical emergency suffered by Diddy this time at the federal
prison where he's been since he was convicted, Fort Dix in New Jersey.
He's having nothing but issues.
He this is this year in particular has been very eventful for him in this prison.
But we're told that what happened on Friday night after midnight,
sometime between midnight and one o'clock, an ambulance transported him out
of the prison to get treatment for a an injury to his head.
Now we're told that that he was bleeding from his head.
But by the way, that was good timing.
He put his hand on his head just as you said that. Who? Diddy.
Oh, in that video? Yeah, I'm watching the video. Yeah, all right, good.
But he was taken somewhere we presume to a nearby hospital
and whatever treatment he got for this head injury.
Could not have been life threatening because he was back before sunrise.
But we don't know how he got the head injury. That's the thing
is that we're still working on trying to figure out how he got that head injury.
We obviously have to remember that he had a fight in prison back in July,
put in solitary, and put in solitary, and then put in solitary again.
Now, is he was the NBC report? Was he in solitary this weekend? I don't know.
See, I think that that makes a difference, and would make a difference
because then he wouldn't believe that he got attacked by someone.
But it was a minor injury, so it may have just well big enough
that big enough to go to you know. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Treatment, and they have obviously they have a medical facility there.
Medical facility there. Whatever he needed, they didn't have it. Yeah, I wonder if.
I wonder if they.
Look, I mean, I I almost don't want to speculate here, but I wonder if for Dix.
Will be particularly cautious because he's so high profile,
and take him to a hospital where they might not take him.
So I think so too. Also, because he got in a physical altercation there before,
they probably wanted somebody independent to sort of to to administer aid to him.
I think I think the the prison has to be on edge about anything related to Diddy,
especially after the report that showed what he was getting away with. Right.
Well, you know, according to the NBC report, what he was getting away in there.
Okay, I'm going to be more conspiratorial then. Ooh. Okay.
Um, I think Jeffrey Epstein makes a difference here. Now let me explain.
Not about the charges, but Jeffrey Epstein died in custody,
and they the facility has been raked over the coals for not properly,
you know, evaluating him, watching him, and everything else.
I think whether you got somebody as high profile as Diddy, and there's any kind
of a head injury, they're just thinking we just got to make sure
that there isn't some underlying thing here that could create a major problem.
Right. You think it was definitely more conspiratorial,
not medical necessity, because they're so afraid. Yeah.
That if they don't, and then something bad happens, right?
That they um they probably do more. Something happened again.
I don't know if it's true or not, but it makes sense. Right.
I mean, it makes sense, and and if you were the warding, wasn't at a federal prison,
but can you imagine if something really horrible happened to him,
and all of a sudden they say.
All the conspiracy theories that come up, and did the did they look at him properly?
And you know, he had a head injury. Did they? And the reality is that.
He is someone who has the means to sue, if if there is something that.
Yeah, untoward something that he felt that they didn't treat him properly.
I guess so, but I would think they have really good medical staff
at a huge prison like this. Guess what? When you when you take him somewhere else,
they could say we did we did what we did. That's it.
Camille, Los Angeles, California. I'm with you on the conspiracy theory.
Listen, did he not slip? We've seen this exact situation play out before.
This is a classic prison break type of situation. You pretended to be sick.
Didn't work. So you think it was Michael Scofield, y'all, Claude and Ray? Oh my God!
But no, no, no. He was taken back. But Camille, we did check, and the rule
is in federal prison that they do have to handcuff them to the gurney, right?
And restrain them. So he was yes, he was handcuffed in that ambulance.
But as we said, so was Selma Blair. Right. Coming up.
There is an all-out PR war now between Kelly Clarkson and a store in Brooklyn
that sells games. They sell puzzles. They sell it's a little art shop.
She saw the thing she wanted to buy and asked them about it. And as she puts it,
they treated her like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. Be right back.
I have been a Kelly Clarkson fan for two decades.
I am anti-Kelly on this one for the first time. Wow! Totally anti-Kelly.
All this over a singing bird, a very expensive, very expensive singing bird.
So there is an all-out PR war now between Kelly Clarkson
and a store in Brooklyn that sells.
It's called Art of Play. They sell games, they sell puzzles, they sell.
It's a little shop, a tiny little shop that Kelly Clarkson has put on blast.
But she was trying to put it on the map because she had read about it and she wanted
to go and check out some of their goods, some things that she wanted to buy there.
Except, she saw the things she wanted to buy and asked them about it.
And as she puts it, they treated her like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman.
In Beverly Hills, when they won't sell to her because they think
she can't afford it, they didn't treat her like a prostitute.
They treated her like somebody who couldn't afford a fifteen thousand dollar.
Singing bird, singing bird, right.
So, okay, that is a gigantic leap. So there is the bird.
This thing moves up on up and down on the wall, I guess, and it and it sings.
And Kelly wanted to inquire about buying that.
And she says that when she asked a store clerk about it.
They basically said.
Well, we'll see if we can find you something similar.
And the way Kelly received that is, they were saying you can't afford
the fifteen thousand dollars price tag on that item.
Now, let's say even if that were true, why put the store on blast?
But the store is saying it's not true that that bird was plastered to the wall.
That it was a prototype, and that if she wanted to get a similar bird,
the artist who did it could have made one for her,
but it would have taken days to get it shipped.
And what they're what they were saying is, hey,
we'll sell you something for a couple thousand that you can get today.
I mean, that's their position. And it's like,
when did Kelly Clarkson think I'm just allowed to buy anything on display much less?
I'm sorry if it's on display with a price tag on it. I think it's for sale.
But when you're in a store, retail store, have you ever seen it on display?
Have you ever seen? Do you go into a retail store and there's a price tag
on something, and then they say, oh, it's not for sale all the time? A car.
You can't just drive the car out of the showroom. They go and they actually cars.
You can't drive the car out of the showroom. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Example, yeah, example. But if you if you have a display of something,
that doesn't mean you get to buy it off the showroom floor.
It means they may have been the. I know you can't buy it necessarily buy that one,
but that means that that is that item is for sale.
I can purchase maybe not that exact one, but today I can buy it.
If I can't buy it today, don't have it on display.
No, because they were just saying, do you ever, if you want a bird,
I can sell you a bird for a couple of thousand, right now.
She should have said, I'll give you a bird.
No, she didn't give him the bird. She did.
Kind of funny because the store did say, like, look, here's what really happened.
You know, we offered all these other options to her, but they said,
like, being a being a small business owner and being attacked by,
you know, four million people was pretty strange.
But they said, however, like one famous singer said, "What doesn't
doesn't kill you will make you stronger." Yeah, which was a play on her.
Um, I just think why would she do this? And even if the store felt, oh,
ma'am, you don't look like you would have fifteen thousand dollars.
What kind of thing you mean? The Kelly Clarkson
was just something they didn't recognize her as the immense celebrity.
I'm starting to feel it. I'm starting to feel that because why would she
be all bent out of shape if they they they didn't throw her out of the store?
They just said, hey, you know that's a really expensive thing.
We can get you something for a couple thousand.
Even if they thought she probably can't afford that, so what?
I mean, why? Because people are feeling the following.
Even Julia Roberts went back and told them, okay, big mistake. It was a movie.
It was not real. It was a movie, and I don't believe that's very real.
Peter from Philly, I think this is weird on the store's part.
If Kelly Clarkson comes into your store and wants to buy something
for fifteen thousand dollars and there's a price tag on it, sell it to her.
Yes, no, come on, breach exactly.
Say we will get it to you as quickly as possible, man. Fair enough.
And if they, that's the response. If they made a mistake, would you?
Is it appropriate for her to put the store on blast?
They didn't own up to a mistake.
They didn't own up to it, and they keep going back and forth.
Well, maybe they're telling the truth. An apology, it would have been gone by now.
But they keep going back and forth with it. Oh my God.
Team Clarkson.
Team Clarkson, all the way. Team store, you have it out there.
You don't even know the name of the store. You're Team Store. I'm Team Store.
Oh, because she's famous, and you're just siding with celebrities. I get it.
How many billionaires does it take for people to take something serious?
Also, yes, screwing a light bulb.
Bill Gates is the latest to be sounding the alarm on AI, and while he
admits maybe some of it is exaggerated as far as how dangerous it can be.
He is making it very clear that he believes it is extremely dangerous.
This is what he said to Jake Tapper on CNN.
Yes, it can get overblown when people act like all of humanity
is at risk in some intimate way. That is going too far.
But say compared to cars or planes or drugs, you know, all things that I think we're
pleased that we have significant regulatory capability to try and keep people safe.
This is more dangerous than any of those.
The idea that for the most dangerous technology humans ever invented,
that that's the final word.
That just the companies themselves are the only check that society has.
Years ahead, we really do need to make a decision as a society.
How do we tax AI usage or robot usage,
and where do we want to make sure the human jobs are preserved?
I smell a rat in this whole thing.
I smell a rat. I smell a hot take. But let me tell you why.
It's like every you're right. Every billionaire is coming out right now.
You know, people in tech, people who run AI companies. They're all coming out.
After Jacob Coxon, who's this kid who worked at OpenAI,
and he sounds the alarm that it can kill us all, and now all of them are saying,
"Oh yeah, it's absolutely true." Where were their voices over the last five years?
Where were their voices saying, "Hey, we need to regulate this"?
It's not just that it came up all of a sudden,
and that's why I'm saying they're all jumping on this bandwagon.
Why didn't they speak up two or three years ago? I agree with you, but.
Because they didn't, should we just now continue?
No, I mean, and not because Bill Gates' point is, I agree.
Why are we not regulating the thing that is?
More dangerous than all the other things we regulate. I agree.
And Donald Trump is saying, and I let them do with themselves.
I know what you're saying. That there's there. It is weird that they're now.
Not only are they saying we need regulation, but they're reporting every single time
that there is, you know, why don't we rogue AI? Why don't we hear about this before?
For all the, I mean, it's like all of a sudden we're in a crisis.
What happened when we were building up to the crisis?
What happened then? Where where were they then? Where were they?
Well, we just go. It's money. That's why. That's where they were.
It's money. I'm so. I'm. I am so. What's the word? Reclamped.
I knew you were going to say that. No, I knew you were going to say that.
I am so suspicious of their motivations. These are people that are.
These are some of the most aggressive business people in the world, you know.
So I get it. And you know what?
But to me, that sounds like and the suspicious part should lead you
to say the president is wrong to trust them to self-regulate.
That we need government regulation, and Trump is saying,
"Yeah, they'll do it themselves." Come on.
So whatever, if you had government regulation, whatever it was,
they were hiding and not saying in the buildup to this, we would know about it.
Right. We'd have watchdogs. That's right at the companies.
If ever we needed now, it's like ah, they'll just do it themselves.
See how that went. Hey everyone, this is Michelle from MJ or MJ from Atlanta.
Rather, listen, Bill Gates is warning that AI could be one
of the most dangerous technologies ever created, and I think he has a point.
However, we're already seeing concerns about cyber attack, job losses,
and misinformation. What's funny to me is that the same tech billionaires
who ushered in this digital revolution are now telling us to be afraid.
It's almost weird because you created the neighborhood,
but now you want to warn us about the crime rate. You helped us create it.
Now help us control. You didn't help us. You did it.
In other words, yeah, they didn't consult us. They just did it on their own.
Maybe it's because they ultimately have more to lose.
You know. Well, they do that if it blows up.
In some way, they're gonna be. It's on their hands.
But why didn't they? They're gonna be held responsible. Right.
Coming up.
We've shown you the photo that Halle Berry took of her son Macio
while he still had the VR goggles on. It turns out Macio also took a photo.
It was a photo of Halle. He says right after their things got frozen.
Be right back. TMZ's got every friggin' thing. Big celebs, big stories, big events.
Donald Rollins took TMZ DC on a city tour. You know what idea this is?
A black man takes a white person to the White House. It's TMZ.
So it looks like there was there were dueling cell phones in the Hallie Berry run
in with her son. Right. So we've shown you the photo that Hallie Berry took
of her son Maceo while he still had the VR goggles on, and she says her version
is that he now after this photo walked up to her, said stop taking video of me,
mom, and that's when they started wrestling over the phone.
Now Olivier, the father, says that she tried choking the headman an MMA hold.
That's right around his neck, and this Hallie Berry custody.
So they've been going back and forth,
and they've the judges made them get counseling already.
But two can battle game. Right.
Well, now there's another person who wants to be heard, and that is their son Maceo.
Maceo, as Olivier has filed documents where Maceo not only says he wants
to testify to tell his version in court in front of the judge, but turns out Maceo
also took a photo during that incident, and they included it in the filing.
Is a photo of Hallie.
Uh, he says right after they finished the physical, after things got physical.
Now, what's interesting about this is that Hallie says this was horseplay.
Olivier says that she was aggressively going after this kid.
Olivier is the one who filed documents saying our son wants to testify.
That feels like he's going to the kid's going to side.
That's what Olivier is saying. He's saying, look, Maceo is very frustrated.
He says he's raised these concerns before about physical confrontations with Hallie,
the therapist, and they've been dismissed.
He thinks as a celebrity mother, and they're sort of cast aside.
He wants his opportunity to tell his story in court.
And so Olivier is saying, I want to get to the bottom of this.
I think Hallie's going to try to block him from speaking,
but Judge, you should let him. Well, here's a thirteen-year-old.
Hallie is not going to block him from speaking.
Kids generally eleven, twelve years old.
That's when family law judges will allow them to speak
because they form their own opinions. This kid is thirteen now.
The judge is going to let him talk. I think that's right.
I mean, he just turned thirteen, and he's got a story to tell.
And I think that this is going to happen.
The judge, because honestly, Olivier wasn't there.
Hallie was. So now the question is, what does the kid say?
And Olivier has always, when he filed initially, he said this is what Maceo told me.
Right. Olivier wasn't there, but he filed what he says Maceo told him.
And now presumably his story will be brought to that.
What's really interesting is there's there's going to be a court hearing,
and lawyers will represent both Olivier and Hallie.
So if if if the kid takes the stand,
Hallie's lawyer is in a weird position to cross-examine him.
Right. And I don't think you want to aggressively cross-examine.
You don't want to do that, right? I think that's very.
I'm going to ask him questions. He may make an open-ended address to the judge.
Just ask questions, and he just.
The judge's version about it could, but the judge,
but Hallie's lawyer could say, "Look, I want to ask him a couple of questions,
and depending on how it goes, the judge has look. The judge has discretion.
Does have discretion, but what a tough look that would
be for Hallie if she has her bulldog lawyer asking questions.
Hallie filed like what 191 pages, yeah. So she wants to fight this, yes.
And Olivier is trying to change custody because of this. So a lot is at stake here.
Yeah. Although the kid being a proxy in this war between Olivier
and Hallie is is a tough situation. Well, that's where it is right now.
Yeah. But the kid, you would think,
based on Olivier's new documents, yeah, that the kid is on the side.
Hi, it's Julie in Saint John, New Brunswick.
I have another side to this too, just as a parent and being a teacher.
But this all happened during the VR headset wearing with electronics,
and I have seen so many kids become really aggressive
when they're playing electronics and are told to stop.
Like that has to be looked at too in a whole different situation.
Despite what's going on, despite that they're now bringing
their son into their custody issues, but just the fact that he's playing electronics
when all this goes down kind of just makes me wonder.
Yeah, you know what else makes me wonder,
which is what is the custody situation like when she has, you know,
when she has when she has Maisie on now? Yeah, what is it like?
And we know that she has had him since then. So how tense is that? Yeah.
Coming up, there are new text messages in the Cornell gang rape case.
At 3:05 a.m. Jane gets a text from her roommate that says,
"You coming home tonight?" And Jane replies, "I D K. I don't know."
At least one of the guys who was who was disciplined is saying,
"This shows that she was able to read, process, and respond." Be right back.
Welcome back to TMZ Live. There are new text messages in the Cornell gang rape case.
Text messages that some of the accused.
Believe will help them prove that Jane Doe
was not as incapacitated as she has said she was in her lawsuit.
And the text is involved. It's a conversation between Jane.
And one of her sorority sisters, a roommate, yeah, a roommate,
and it was at a early early morning in the middle of the night.
In fact, right in the middle of when Jane would have been at the Kai Fei house,
and as she said, in the middle of what she has described as a gang rape.
So, about somewhere between a half hour and an hour before the text message
we're about to show you, this is where, according to Jane Doe in her lawsuit,
and it seems like this is true based on all of the disciplinary hearings,
that there were multiple frat guys who were snorting ketamine off of her body,
off of her stomach. Jane Doe says said that in her lawsuit as well.
She says she was incapacitated when all of this was going on,
as well as what she characterizes as sexual assault, and she said that she
was so out of it that she had no capacity to consent to anything.
Correct, and in some of the disciplinary hearings, these text messages.
Were were shown, and this is the text message at 3:05 a.m.
Jane gets a text from her roommate that says, "You coming home tonight?"
And Jane replies, "I D K. I don't know." So the upshot, that's it.
That's it. The upshot of it is, and again, we're not saying we,
not close to this, or or done. This is what's being.
But at least one of the guys who was who was disciplined is saying,
"This shows that she was able to read, process, and respond."
Um, a half somewhere between an hour and a half hour after this ketamine incident,
and still even by Jane's account in her lawsuit, this is still.
A hour and a half or so before, before the whole event is over.
So again, right in the middle of it.
And she's responding by text. Their claim is she's responding by text.
It's a de minimus response, though. IDK, right? Right. It's the least sort of.
I mean, their I guess their claim is going to be that this shows
that she she had her phone, she read her phone, yeah, and she was able
to understand what she was reading and understand what she was responding.
I don't know how much in and of itself it gets as a building block
with the other texts. I think that's where the defense is going to rest:
is that you have this series of very of text messages and of other conduct
that suggests to to the defense that she was able to convey consent.
This is one building block in that.
So also there was a photograph.
That um, her roommate texted, um, and this was early the next morning
at eleven oh five that next morning, um, and and the it's a photo of their room,
and she the person who posted it said it was a good night.
When only one out of three of us made it back.
And what they're and what they're trying to show there is is that.
This was viewed as a party. They don't know what happened, but they don't know.
I don't think this moves. They don't know what happened at that point.
I don't think it moves the needle. He's not home yet.
I think, honestly, it's relevant piece of evidence to suggest what happened
the night before involving somebody who didn't. No, I think you're right.
Right. I think you're right. Yeah. Hi, my name is Tawny, and I'm in New York.
So, being able to read and respond to text messages
is absolutely not proof of sobriety or true cognitive decisions.
You don't have to be in a coma or completely unresponsive to be incapacitated,
especially when you are doing automated or passive or seemingly coherent text.
It was a one-word response to her roommate asking if she was coming home.
That does not prove sobriety.
At this point, it feels like these men are just grasping at straws, trying
to find any bit of information to discredit her and try to further victimize her.
I believe at this point she was fawning.
She was trying to minimize the harm. Now it's kind of a way of freezing.
And during this method of survival, the victim acts compliant and cooperative
to try to minimize harm to herself and to an outside observer or the perpetrator.
This behavior can look like voluntary participation
when in reality the victim is terrified.
And this experience is both true for both men and women of sexual assault.
She didn't consent to seven men. She didn't consent to fifty men
on a text chain being invited over to continue assaulting her.
Another day, bring your girlfriend to work for.
For, what an interesting way of looking at. Well, you know, Kim Kardashian
was at at Lewis Lewis's race this weekend in Singapore F one F one race and.
She last time she was at an F one. Actually, I don't think it was the last time.
It might have been the time before she had a bad.
Incident with Martin Brundle,
who F one fans know as the pre race reporter who walks down in the paddock area
and interviews celebrities and drivers and just people who are down there, right?
And he kind of, she kind of shined him on last time. Didn't want to talk.
Which we weren't shocked about because that's just what the Kardashians do.
They don't talk unless they're on their show.
Well, seems like she heard all of the backlash
because she tried to make amends with Martin, in Singapore this weekend.
Hello, Kim. How are you?
No, it's absolutely fine. Lovely to see you again at the Grand Prix.
What do you think of our crazy world of Formula One?
I think it's amazing and fun and wild and something I've never seen before.
It's amazing. All right, that is a completely different.
That she doesn't do that. Lewis definitely. Lewis definitely.
Lewis Hamilton had a word with her. Does it bug you a little bit? What?
That she didn't stand on it. So obvious. Yeah. It's just so. I mean, it's obvious.
But yes. Well, I mean, F one is one of those things that's kind of a very
highly regarded sport where you know there's certain things you need to do,
certain commonality where you have to address certain people that are done exactly.
Same thing like with golf. You be quiet when somebody swings in F one.
You have to talk to Martin before the talk. You have to do it.
You're down there. The whole that's part. It's like it's the access.
That's the price you pay for having that access.
It's part of the exclusivity of the events and stuff,
so people can see that these events are so premium like that. And I think either.
So let me ask you a question. So Lewis said, "Come on." So Jake is in LAX.
Okay. So if we dress him up like Martin.
You think she'll talk?
If you can make Jake look like Martin Brundle, I think there's yeah.
I mean, she'd have to recognize the makeup job and just be like,
"All right, props to you guys."
Well, Brooks Nader and her Baywatch co-star Stephen Amell are over in France.
It's a business trip. Yeah. Now you go on business trips every now and then.
Mm. Anybody ever? Never. Be right back.
Well, Brooks Nader and her Baywatch co-star Stephen Amell are over in France.
Trying to sell people on the beach, on the Baywatch beach. Obviously,
show is about to come out on Fox, and they're trying to sell it internationally,
which they well could do because the OG Baywatch did in a big way.
So it's a business trip. Yeah.
Now, you go on business trips every now and then.
Anybody ever? Never. I just don't. You know this.
That photo in particular. I don't know.
He's looking at a text. I don't know why Brooks needed to be.
That close.
Wow, but but what about the fact that she was reading the text?
Wait a minute, he doesn't have his arm around. No, it's not.
Yeah, no, it's not. If you look closely, you can see his.
He's like leading her. Like, come on, we're going this way. What do you mean?
I have Stephen's between leading and hugging. I don't care what you're trying.
I don't care what you're trying to sell. You don't touch your coworkers like that.
That's weird to me. I don't care. You know. Well, they do mouth to mouth on.
They do. You're getting paid to do that on set. Offset. This is weird.
Maybe maybe the text for both of them that it was you know work related.
Then why is she like gasping his bicep?
Yeah, she's getting some handsy for a coworker. I don't like that.
You know me, I preach workplace. You know conduct, and I think that's too funny.
He's not exactly saying get off me. Exactly, he's also again the issue.
Stephen is married, and as far as we know, happily married. So.
I don't want to insinuate there's something going on here,
but his wife has a Brooksinator kind of look. Go back a little bit, huh? Am I wrong?
Yeah, it's kind of you're wrong. You're wrong. You're very wrong. I'm wrong.
Yeah, they're both white women. Well, you said yes a minute. Well, I said yeah,
and then they bring the photo back, and I was just looking for the majority.
No, I don't. Yeah, they don't look anything. I didn't want trouble.
Wow, they don't look alike. Keep your hands off your coworkers. Excuse me.
Um, Angie. I'm calling in from Brazil, and.
I think if there's a place to get caught flirting, the place to do it.
It definitely looks like real chemistry to me, even if it's more just playful,
friendly, innocent flirting. Those photos definitely look like real chemistry to me.
Well, you want real chemistry. You want real chemistry.
You doesn't want real chemistry for the show.
Okay, real quickly, and this totally separate.
But we were having to talk a few minutes ago about.
Have more songs been written about Texas or California?
The reason I'm just guessing,
trying to get on the crazy train and figure out how your brain got here.
Before we were talking about it, ever rains in Southern California, right?
And then maybe you're thinking about Ella Langley, choosing Texas.
Oh, I was thinking that were the cross.
I was thinking God Bless Texas, which is a great country song.
So what is the answer? We the answer is neither. The either or between the two.
There's got to be something between the two. New York is probably so.
New York number one, California number two, Texas number three.
There is about three thousand songs, or three thousand recorded lyrical mentions
of California, with twenty-seven thousand, twenty-seven hundred of Texas,
and about five thousand nine hundred for really. New York has more. New York, yeah.
Yeah, not a large yeah.
Okay, real quick, we we put polls up on the website over the weekend.
Find out how you feel about things. Here are some of the results. All right,
Kimberly Gilfoyle begging donor to pay her hundred thousand dollar Amex bill.
Politics as usual, or lock her up. That's where are they going?
That's funny. Yes, lock her up. Yes.
By the way, the president said he's considering he's considering firing her.
Yeah. Gee, what does it take to actually do it?
Trump saying that Iran can take out L.A. and San Diego.
An innocent ad lib or treason?
It'll be interesting. Wow! By that, interesting. All right, one more.
Christa Pike should get life in prison without parole, or still be executed.
Oh, I'm interested in what people say here. I don't know.
I think still be executed. Wow! Oh my gosh!
I don't know why it's surprising. It's a little surprising to me.
I don't know whether it's whether they're against the death penalty
or they feel in her case it was cooler than usual. Yeah.
Coming up.
Oprah is learning some tough lessons that we have known for quite some time.
There are a lot of things that Gen Z ah doesn't know.
This is when you know there is a difference in the ages. Be right back.
Oprah is learning some tough lessons that we have known for quite some time.
There are a lot of things that Gen Z ah doesn't know.
That it's just obviously different generation
and older people expect that they know things. This is what Abraham Lincoln.
It's always shocking, but this is what Oprah just learned.
This right here is a generation gap moment we're having right here,
and you know why? Because I came down here, set my hair.
First of all, you don't leave that little sticking out there.
And what did Tondo say to me? What are these?
I've only seen them in the movies. I've only seen them in the movies.
This is crazy to me. This is when you know there is a difference in the ages
when the child you have to explain.
And now I'm finding out these are gonna change my life.
These are gonna change my life.
Of hot rollers, you never who never heard of hot rollers?
I mean, I will say, I mean, I know what they are,
but I haven't seen anybody use those in a long time. Everybody knows, knows.
It's a blowout. By the way, that's the daughter of one of her friends.
Apparently, I'm not sure who she is.
I did because Oprah did tag. No, it's not Oprah's daughter.
She did tag her, and this is a Emmy award winning producer and journalist.
So I'm even more confused as to how she didn't know what a roller was.
Because no, I'm saying, just saying, as a journalist, I'm sure she has had to have,
as a black woman journalist, hot rollers and her hair.
Well, if she has rollers in her hair, she would know rollers.
Well, that's what I'm saying. I'm confused as to how she not.
You can't. You're not going to get as much volume with the curl.
Do you see how big that roller is? That's no man.
You could use one if you wanted to do a blowout on.
By the way, shout out to the basicity rollers. I love basicity. Lord, who are those?
See? You don't know the basicity rollers. You don't know the basicity rollers.
Oh, rollers, rollers. Tanaya, Cherry, Honey, Jersey.
I think it's actually insane that that young girl does not know what rollers are.
Um, I mean, if we have Oprah making short form content,
then I think that girl should get on TikTok and figure out what rollers are.
I think it was like a funny video.
Oh, maybe it's very concerning though. Oh, maybe you're right.
Maybe this was Oprah was just doing doing yeah, a different version of TikTok.
Exactly. Interesting. Uh, what else you guys want to talk about?
Hi, my name is Lamin from Atlanta, Georgia,
and I'm speaking on Bill Gates talking about AI.
And I think it's just really ironic that he wants to warn us about AI, considering
he was the one who helped build this technology industry into what it is today.
I'm sure he was aware of the risks long before it's become as advanced as it is now.
But AI is here. It's not going anywhere. The world is changing much faster than
a lot of people are comfortable for or aware of, and that can be scary.
But the real question is, can we really trust these companies profiting from AI
to regulate it when money is their top priority? Oh, there's an answer.
The answer is no. No. Uh, one more. Candace from Canada. Happy Thanksgiving.
Canadian Thanksgiving. Right. Happy Thanksgiving.
Women, you celebrate with Starbucks. This isn't Starbucks.
Oh yeah. Anywho, trying to get her in trouble. No ads.
About the peddity thing, has he not been in jail for years?
How has he not already been like whatever he does get, he deserves.
And I wonder if people will be saying.
In a short while, P Diddy did not himself. See now she's ascribing to the Epstein.
I'm telling you conspiracy theory. That's why they.
That's why they rushed him out. That's why they rushed him out. I'm telling you.
Coming up.
Tom Welling is was at Comic Con New York for a little Smallville reunion,
and it wasn't Smallville. Not so small at all.
There's no way this wasn't done on purpose. Be right back.
Well, Tom Welling is was at Comic Con New York for a little Smallville reunion.
And it wasn't Smallville. Not so small at all. Mr. Welling posted.
There's no way this wasn't done on purpose. So looks like an innocent photo, right?
That he's just posting the skyline in New York City.
He took it in his hotel room, while he was naked. Now.
We've had to blur out the area of the photo where, but it was online for a bit.
Um and ten hours, ten hours, uh, where you could see all of Tom Wellings.
Uh, bits.
And now he took it down, and maybe he maybe he didn't realize that.
The reflection. You know what? I'll give him a break.
I I think it's possible that he didn't. He's just looking at the skyline.
I mean, I if you're standing naked in front of what I'm wondering is if I'm right.
Who called him to say, Tom?
Hope it wasn't a family member. We'll see you tomorrow.
