Looking forward to that and when you are watching
the Texans game early Sunday 8 30 a.m. it's going
to be cool. So I would say get out your Texans sweatshirt
and get ready to cheer them on
hopefully for a big W. Before our cold front rolls through
though we have one more day of
highs in the 90s. Yes above average.
Our seasonal highs are around 84 degrees so we're going to be
several degrees above that across portions of Harris County.
And as we do plan your day just
note there are going to be a bit more clouds
today than what we saw yesterday so highs still
going to be peaking 91 92 maybe 93 just depending
on where you live lunchtime temps in Westview at
87 and then the closer to the coast
that you get higher likelihood that highs will be closer to
the upper 80s if not knocking on the door
of 90 degrees in Deer Park across the state country
rather today we have a big dip in temperatures i mean there
were some snow flurries in the higher
elevations across portions of Colorado 53 degrees
at peak today in Denver Kansas City in the 70s but
out ahead of that front so that's basically going
to be everybody along the Gulf Coast and across
the southeastern U.S. still in the warm humid 80s
and 90s whereas everyone behind it and even into
the north 60s and 70s so that will be coming for us
and let's time it out for you this is our
exclusive Fox Weather model you can see this area of low pressure
and trailing front bringing the
potential for another round of strong to severe storms
and really heavy rain, all thanks to it
pulling in moisture from Hurricane Simon.
That's going to be out in the Pacific Ocean on the west
coast of Mexico. But it could be bringing heavy rain to Dallas.
I think for us in the early
morning hours tomorrow, it's going to be light showers,
College Station, Brenham, Huntsville
area. But once that officially clears through,
we are instantly going to be feeling the wind
shifting out of the north, starting to ramp up.
So it's going to be breezy. I think I'm even going
to change that wording to windy come Friday.
Highs in the 70s Friday through Sunday and wake
up temperatures in Houston could be in the 50s for three days in a row.
So I hope you guys enjoy
it before the gradual increase in temps moves back in by next week.
