Japanese Souffle Corndogs

The best pancake batter, the best corn dogs.

What you need:
1/2 a recipe Japanese Souffle Pancakes batter
(1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup milk, 1 egg yolk, 1 egg white, 1/2 TBL butter, 1 TBL baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 TBL sugar. Assemble like in video seen above)
8 hot dogs
8 disposable wooden chopsticks
Canola oil, for frying
Ketchup, mustard and other sauces for serving.
