Well, it turned out to be a beautiful day,
but we had to earn that sunshine.
No question about it.
Let's take you to the Poconos this morning where it was cold.
They got a little taste of the weather we get tomorrow morning.
They were in the 30s this morning with those cloudy skies.
It was wet for so long down the shore.
Here's Sussex County in Delaware.
And now let's take it to right in front of our building.
This was cool.
Dawn, you were just talking about this.
So this was that public arts project that just had
a procession across the city and ended at the park.
And I learned from these guys that Puerto Rico,
when it comes to the Philadelphia area,
of Philadelphia area, that is, we have the second largest
Puerto Rican community in the mainland United States.
I thought that was pretty cool.
Pretty neat to see some of those signs and see them celebrate
Puerto Rican culture right in front of our digs right here.
And thankfully, the rain had stopped at that point.
But the sun wasn't out just yet.
The wind was howling when they were walking by.
Boy, that was the story of the day, that cold wind.
And the ghosts, well, they were looking up
because they didn't fly away in the wind.
They were just happy to see that sun come out in Delaware County.
And how about that sunset in Salem County?
Cotton candy skies.
And look at the cotton candy all across Montgomery County.
And what a beauty seeing some
of that pinks right there in Burlington County.
Oh, yeah, and the half moon, too.
You see it there in the Lehigh Valley.
You'd see it in Philadelphia through the trees.
And now let's take you back to Sussex County.
This is pretty cool in Lewis.
They do a haunted ship, and they're doing
that on the weekends right through the rest of the month.
In, by the way, that area and down the shore,
we still do have some clouds.
Everyone else has clear skies,
so the temperature has really dropped because of that.
And it's just nice to see that the wind speed has dropped.
And the combination of clear skies and light wind,
it's making a cold night.
Here we go, down into the 30s.
That is really the story for your Sunday morning.
Let's watch these temperatures just roll across
the 30s all across our area.
Now, you see this?
This means some frost first thing tomorrow morning.
Look how cold it gets about an hour north of Philadelphia.
Winter coat weather, that's all I'm saying.
But then we quickly, we see the temperatures warm up.
50s for our birds and lots of sunshine and no wind for the game.
We'll take that for sure.
Planning ahead for your Monday, we're in the mid-60s,
which is typical for this time
of the year, but the wind does come back.
We'll take a look ahead. It's pretty
quiet weather and we see a lot more 60s.
The only day in the 70s for the rest of the month is Tuesday, Dawn.
We'll send it back to you.
All right. Thank you, Drew.
