4.45 and good morning everybody.
That is waking up with us from Rockville, Maryland. Hopefully
you're going to have a wonderful day as Taylor's going
to tell you that you're in for some wonderful
fall weather. Yeah, it's going to be another nice day.
I mean, I'm just going to be on repeat every
single day this week. It's going to be chilly in the mornings,
cool and seasonal in the afternoons,
just very pleasant weather. Dry through the weekend as well.
So I don't really have a whole
lot to tease here with that seven day.
It's just going to be nice every single day. We're at 50
degrees right now at Reagan Airport.
Keep in mind that's one of the warmer spots, a little bit of a
breeze out of the northwest between 5 to 10 miles per hour.
Cooler north and west of the city. As
you can tell, temperatures have actually dropped
into the 30s for some of you, specifically talking
Frederick at 36 degrees. We're at 37 in Haymarket,
52 Upper Marlboro, and currently at 50 right now
in Colonial Beach. We'll check in with radar.
Again, not a whole lot to talk about as high
pressure kind of dominates our weather for this entire week.
It's very typical as well that we
see this in the month of October.
We do have that system that's materializing off the Carolina
coast right there. I know it looks kind
of threatening, but it's going to stay far off
the shoreline, maybe bring some minor impacts
in terms of beach erosion, high surf and rough
rip currents at area beaches here locally.
But as it tracks and stays off the shoreline,
we're not going to see anything actually happen here
or any kind of impacts here locally in D.C.
temperatures today will be one of the warmer days
of the entire week i think we'll get into the low
70s for most of you so just a very seasonal nice day
for outdoor plans it's one of those days one
of those weeks you just have to enjoy the weather each
and every day tomorrow we're in the upper
60s again with sunshine and let's talk about
that coastal system just to show you what exactly is
happening with it it kind of tracks northward
as it stays off the shoreline and uh yeah that's
pretty much we're said and done with it by the end
of the weekend heading into the weekend we're
completely done with it
so it has at least sped up a little bit let's talk seven day forecast
looks like towards the end of the week it will get kind
of cooler chilly mornings mild afternoons
as friday morning could be rather chilly with mid 40s that day
and then into the weekend it
gets a little bit cooler too
