Thunder Beat Spurs in Western Conference Finals Rematch

Uh, let's transition to Spurs, uh, Thunder, because this is a rematch of the Western conference finals from last year, seven games, seven games here. Listen, we're going to have to talk about it, John, and we're going to have Beaves' thoughts too. Beaves' going to come on here and talk about it with us. So, okay. See, he gets its first shot back at the team that ended its season last year and they win in San Antonio by 12 Victor Wembanyama. Wow. 12 points. He missed his first 12 field goal attempts through three quarters he was one of 13 from the field but he was 10 of 12 from the free throw line uh he had six blocks he's obviously gonna be great at uh yeah yeah what are your thoughts that the Thunder that the healthy Thunder go into San Antonio I found it hilarious his first shot came at the buzzer at the end of the third quarter on a lob yeah like where was that the entire game a dime I digress by the way we'll talk about that somewhere down the line the idea that the San Antonio Spurs looked at their roster and thought Luke Cornette was still the best backup option blows my mind not only did you do that you bought that snake Billy Donovan on your bench to run your defense and what happened tonight you got cooked okay as I like to say about the Eagles season 12 piece chicken fried hard hard jazz cook deep fried on the defensive end with the greatest defensive player we've seen in a generation so as i'm watching the spurs which have become one of my favorite watches until Luke Cornett comes into the game you can't tell me that they scoured the NBA for free agents and you couldn't find anybody to come in or draft that could take the spot of Luke Cornett who when He comes in the game. He gives you nothing. If this comes down to the Western Conference Finals, like I think it will with these two teams again, the Thunder will win because you get zero production from your bench. And I mean zero. They have to do something. I absolutely agree. De'Aaron Fox, Dylan Harper, Castle. Why is he still on the team? 0 for 5 from 3 in the first half. Harper left with like a calf. He came back, didn't look the same. a castle 11 in the third quarter three of three from three in that quarter looked pretty good in the second half he they let him shoot all night as they did in the Western Conference Finals they just kind of went down tonight
