(78) Acrylic Pour on a Budget - Part 3 - Second Painting

Okay, so for the second painting, what I'm going to do is just put cups underneath it to hold it up. I actually have the plate that I used to catch the paint, and I like a lot of the designs on here. So what I'm going to do is let this dry and save it. I believe I'll be able to peel it off and use it as a skin. The plate is very flat and even on this side. so i will just set this aside so for this one a couple of cups with it and you want to make sure to rest the cups on the wood frame if you put them on the canvas when things dry you're going to have cup marks with my very first painting i actually did that so i learned the hard way not to do that so for this one I'm going to use my peach colors the cranberry a little bit of this dark red and probably some of the browns I haven't decided yet if I'll put them all in so I'm just going to get six cups just in case and that's really pretty and I think I'm going to pour this similarly to what I did yesterday take two cups just layer my paint in and then just do a dirty pour that turned out really pretty so I want to try it again with these colors and see what kind of striations I can get make sure my canvas is good get my two cups I'm going to start with some of this really dark red this is really pretty and then some of this cranberry this lighter peach dark brown and some more of this dark color that is really pretty we have quite a bit of paint so i know we're gonna have some leftover that i'll be able to use for skins so let's tilt this okay with so many of the peach and pinks it almost reminds me of like a valentine's day pour there's some really pretty parts in here this is exactly what I was hoping for. So what I will do is take the camera down and get some pictures and then just use up the leftovers for some skins. Thank you for watching.
