What's poppin'? Coming up on 10.30, and that means it's time for a little celebrity dish this morning. We're here with media personality Cam Rogers. Ten bucks on Cameo, big deal, all the things. Well, thanks for it. fitness into the schedule all right let's get into what is popping this morning we're going to start with a former employee of rapper Eminem's recording studio has pleaded guilty in a case involving more than two dozen unreleased songs Joseph Strange worked at the Michigan studio for 14 years he used his access to copy and sell music that was not authorized for release well strange pleaded guilty yesterday to criminal copyright infringement for what i saw i think he released like a dozen songs over a certain period of time did you really think you were going to get away with that i was just going to say that i mean in today's day and age 2026 this happens a lot actually in the sports betting space you guys know that's kind of my niche a lot of times you'll have like spam accounts or scammers create a second cam rogers then they dm the people and are like hey sign up for my pics and it's like a telegram account and then you lose money out of that so it's very much a big deal in various different industries and for this guy to actually think he was going to get away with it it's like really yeah yeah his name is Joseph but when you do something like that Joe i mean come on and to think that you would do that with Eminem songs right as if he would not find out and then how many people immediately downloaded that song imagine that Eminem just riding down the street with the window down and here's one of his unreleased songs not cool it's so great and then what did this person think that they were going to get out of doing that yeah anyway you're not going to get the royalties move out of the country with all your money i guess and never be seen again? I don't know. All right, we'll keep you posted. Well, Khloe Kardashian says that she doesn't understand where the dating rumors of her and Scott Disick, the father of her sister's three children, came from. Khloe addressed the rumor on her podcast and shared that she told Scott he had no clue either. The Kardashians pointed to editing around a scene in which they joked about having a child together. She says Scott is her, quote, real legit brother and the rumors are just weird. Okay, where did the joke come from? like yeah that that joke is kind of weird yeah it's so this yet again shows that you know a lot of those reality shows they they the stars of the shows always say i don't know what's going to happen until we see it on tv and that's the producers editing it so i don't know at that level the caliber of who they are now i would have it in my contract where i gotta see this before it hits the air in order to protect something like that so i don't have a beef unwarranted beef with my sister and also to make it make sense because that doesn't make sense at all no my thing is i I feel like fans just create rumors almost to see if, like, there's a certain reaction by the celebrities, right? So you're throwing spaghetti at a wall. Maybe there's some truth to this. No, guys, I'm not dating Michelle Branch, okay? That's been thrown out there by my fans. So, yeah, this is odd to me. I could never see this actually happening. I know. I do love Michelle. I love her. She's great. All right, well, they have put that rumor to rest. All right, well, Cardi B is addressing critics who had something to say about why Nicki Minaj was left off of her list of musical influences in a profile for the New York Times Style magazine. On X Spaces, the Bronx rapper said that she grew up listening to Madonna, Lil' Kim, Foxy Brown, and Trina. And while she acknowledged listening to Nicki Minaj when she was 17, she says Minaj didn't have the same influence on her as the artist she named. Cardi and Nicki, as you know, have had a tense relationship fueled by industry competition for almost a decade. what are you making i don't know i mean come on i think this is an ego thing she doesn't want to go there she doesn't want to give the credit but you have to i mean Nicki Minaj is the OG in my opinion of that sound and i grew up with her you know in high school and what have you with her songs Super Bass etc so i think you have to give your flowers a little bit but sometimes people just have the ego that they don't want to you know give that credit do you think if they were in a better space uh in the industry maybe she could have been mentioned as in oh absolutely yeah i mean it wasn't a slight but it it was a slight yeah i mean you know but i but i like how she worded it because when i first read them like oh okay yeah you're reverting back to Madonna and or whoever she's had and everyone else from back in the day so i i get it but yeah you could have said hey Nicki Minaj had a major influence uh on the world of rap today from a female perspective or something yeah so but hey uh no slight to Cardi B yeah she's the woman so she's killing it yeah They both are and have been. They're both queens, for sure. Yeah. Okay. All right, well, actress Lala Anthony is showing interest in dating again. This comes five years after divorce with former NBA star Carmelo Anthony. She was on the Jennifer Hudson show, and J. Hudson slipped in the question about whether she had been dating. A former radio host said, quote, this is my season of being open. Okay, all right. Funny you mention that, because this person is also single on Hinge and doing all the things. So if you need any advice for putting yourself out there, I'm happy to help out. Okay, well, while you're at it, why don't you give those who are looking maybe for the one piece of advice? Be yourself 100%. I am 100% Cam Rogers on my profile in real life. You know exactly what you're getting into before you go out with me. And then there's just no issues there. You know exactly what you're walking into. It's going to be tough. I would imagine for her to go out and date and or the guy who you know who she decides to date because you're coming behind Carmelo Anthony and what I mean by that is that you know his star shines very bright sure and so you know it's going to be you will be discussed from here on out as hey you're the second guy perhaps to be with Lala and so nothing wrong with that but at the same time that you know that's a tough act to follow and you will always be aligned with that story in my mind well she looks great she's 44 and she looks beautiful so she won't have any issues i don't think no issues at all i would think too just being in the entertainment industry or just being at a certain level of celebrity dating can be hard if you decide to maybe look outside of that realm right it'll kind of be interesting because a lot of times we see stars dating stars but i can understand some of the challenges too that come with maybe not finding the one in that space and sort of being afraid to venture outside of it because of that can just open up a whole different world of problems now and are they okay with uh carmelo anthony and lala do are they i think you're okay yeah so then you know forget what i said maybe it's all good hey man have a great time you know so check out Hinge all right do it maybe for her Raya it's not where Simone Biles met Jonathan Her I think so that is the OG celebrity dating app yeah funny enough so hey are you on Raya I used to be oh there's a story behind this i got booted off because i made fun of the app on tiktok and i guess somebody who worked there saw it because it is a little bit ridiculous i mean you can't set distance preferences so i'm matching with people in spain it's like let's meet in the mid-atlantic for drinks it didn't make any sense so yeah and you're paying for it you can tell you haven't apologized welcome me back though okay good luck all the best to you always fun with you guys thanks for having me the dating space that you're so fun uh what's your handle so people can follow yeah Cam Rogers live on all social media.
