Degrees outside guys as we take a live look downtown.
Those winds are calm. Those trees
changing color in Campus Martius.
We are approaching our peak color of the year. So
usually this time in October is when we start hitting
our peak colors. Very fair to say that
because if you look around you're seeing those oranges
and reds popping up. Jackson 61, Mount
Clemens 56. Here's the next seven days
when it comes to the high temperatures. Mid to upper 60s
all the way through the weekend.
Really through early next week too. Monday is still 66. By
Tuesday, we dropped down to 59, but then we bounced right back up.
And those low to mid-60s, 63, 64, takes us through Halloween.
So it does not look like it's going to be a super cold Halloween.
Remember a couple years ago when it snowed on Halloween?
Does not appear to be the case this year.
The jury's still out when it comes to will we see rain on Halloween.
Two different weather models, one saying dry,
one saying a few spotty showers.
I'm trending more towards the drier one at this point.
I think it looks overall, pattern-wise, like a more dry situation.
but we'll keep an eye on that.
You know, still about a week away, a little over a week away.
Here's today, hour-by-hour forecast,
noon to 8 o'clock, 55 up into the 60s,
sunshine through the afternoon, another gorgeous day.
I mean, boy, we have been in just a really lucky nice stretch,
and we'll keep that running through the weekend.
Cooler overnight tonight, fog does form in those overnight hours.
We'll probably see that over the next couple of mornings,
Saturday morning and Sunday morning,
likely to see that fog with those spotty shower
chances popping up Wednesday and Thursday.
Brandon, over to you.
