I sure am.
It is a ladies' show.
Welcome in Sunny Bismarck.
Great to see you.
Hi.
Hello.
I don't know what day it is.
I know.
I don't know.
I don't know.
Isn't it the weekend?
I know.
And then I'm distracted by her beautiful hair.
Oh, no, stop it.
She's like, no, no, no, you've got to do this.
You know, we did a little bob, actually.
No, but you know you have to do this.
You have to do the bob.
It looks fabulous.
What made you do this?
You know what?
I am the queen of doing spontaneous things,
And so it was kind of like I already had a haircut appointment.
It was supposed to be a trim.
And then I was just like, because your hair was long, girl.
It was long.
And I was like, let me just get rid of it.
It's a new season.
I told her we should shave our heads and just wear wigs for a while.
We can get a fresh.
Yes.
I love that.
Fashion.
I love that.
Anyway, it looks really good.
We'll get you a wig.
Why not?
All right.
Let's fire it up.
DC did not make the cut for the next IndyCar season.
Some residents had hoped there would
be another Grand Prix in 2027 following the one in August
that was part of the America's 250th anniversary celebrations.
But in releasing its schedule today,
IndyCar says the Freedom 250 Grand Prix
will remain as a one-time event as originally planned.
So Cam, how do you feel about this
not becoming a yearly tradition?
Yeah, I'm down with this.
This kind of gives one-time thing and that's it.
Fox 5 did a great job with the shoulder programming
ahead of this.
Steve and crew, they were awesome to watch.
And I think that's really all you need.
I'm good.
You talk about like also the logistical nightmares
that go along with this thing.
and, you know, the traffic and what have you.
This is the nation's capital, of course.
I feel like this cannot be a yearly thing.
And so, Bisma, you probably know more so than anybody
about, like, the particulars with what goes into this stuff.
So I think a one-time thing is perfectly fine.
Also, when the president is involved,
that's even extra security, extra precautions.
So one time, all good.
There was a lot that went into it.
I was actually wondering how this was all going to go down.
But I had some friends that went,
and they said it was so incredible.
Really?
and so exhilarating i mean minus the traffic
and all that stuff but i don't know i think this one
i wouldn't have minded to see again
no you're shaking your head i'm like i'm a long-time
resident of dc here's the thing
and like you know like you said like logistics it was just so much
right i always say on social media like there's never
a dull moment in dc there's something
happening every single day
and we don't need another thing that's gonna shut down traffic
for so long they're building things out they're doing
this it's just like okay it was great it
was for 250th birthday celebration and then you're done
then take it elsewhere where there's just
not going to create like a complete gridlock
where we cannot move for days yeah because
they're building this thing out i don't know i just it
was fine part of me though is like i don't
know it puts us on a map we're not just we're
on the map already we don't need more map space
we're not just a politics city yeah like yeah sports entertainment yeah
but the only thing is
And like Sonny said, remember when we had the White House,
like, wrestling match?
Oh, my God, it was insane.
My flight got canceled because of that.
Yeah, everything got canceled.
Nobody could get into D.C.
It was a total gridlock.
The only thing is, though, August is really, really dead in D.C.,
so the revenue that comes from tourism, that's lost.
But honestly, I mean, personally, I'm happy that it's gone.
It's not for me.
It was incredible also how quickly they put
a racetrack like that together.
Normally, you need a lot more time to make sure there's safety checks.
That's what I was worried about the most.
But I'm glad everybody answered that one.
Where were the cameras that night?
Where were the cameras?
Were they snapping?
Where was that?
Because usually when I'm speeding, you know.
Right, right.
Oh, that's a good point.
That night they were turned off.
Where was that?
That was a good point.
All right, moving on.
A growing debate over safety as the city of Richmond moves
to replace some of its traffic lights with stop signs.
City officials say the goal is to get rid of aging signals
that could save taxpayers millions of dollars.
But according to Axios, the changes are already confusing some drivers
who are rolling through these new stop signs
because they just didn't see them.
Despite these growing pains, Richmond is considering making
the switch at dozens more intersections across the city.
So, Bisma, how do you feel about this?
So if they're focusing on state safety, why are traffic,
you know, stop signs better than traffic signs?
Like, I feel like everyone's rolling over them anyway.
So I know, and I know this is part of their like vision,
zero, like zero accidents, zero
fatalities, but it doesn't make sense.
It sounds like they're, they're, you know,
gaining more revenue into their budget, but
it doesn't make sense.
I don't get the logic.
Yeah.
Yeah.
For safety.
There's no study that says that stop sign
is going to cause less mayhem.
No, it would never work here.
People don't understand a four way stop.
Right.
I don't think it's like a thing here.
and every time i see one and i'm at one i just kind of sigh
because i already know someone's
about to make me mad like someone's gonna make me mad it's gonna
be a problem or it's gonna be a
delay yeah this would never work like traffic stop like traffic lights
are the easiest thing
right yeah also i always say if you really want
to focus on safety put speed bumps everywhere
no one's moving you're doing five miles an hour i hate those things
and then they're so annoying
that you're having you have to you have
to you can't fly over it yeah you know part part of me
is like okay i can only understand
this for a safety thing if it's a very low traveled
intersection yes but if it is busy
this is the worst thing people are going to roll through
those stop signs we're going to have
so many crashes this is crazy for many people stop
signs are optional growing up in new england i mean
the ma you know what i'm going to say at
the end of that those massachusetts drivers
are not good at all let me tell you and so i don't
think this is a good idea this is one
of those classic stories where it's like okay we all are
in line about less taxes
but why are we removing this not good more stop signs means more mayhem
in my opinion the traffic lights
are binary they're obvious you can clearly break the law
stop signs you know you've got a rolling stop
and things like that it's a lot more subjective and
How much money are you actually saving?
That's the thing.
But are you also, you know, risking people's lives?
But they might be, they might put stops on cameras,
which now we have a lot in D.C. as well.
And I'm so confused because am I supposed to wait five seconds?
Right.
So now I'm counting and then people are honking and I'm like,
but they're watching me.
I'm just trying not to get my $100,000 ticket.
They're watching me.
I'm counting to five.
It's just so crazy.
Those tickets for me in D.C.
Yeah.
A hot take.
This is why we need self-driving cars for everybody.
Okay?
The cars will figure it out.
we just chill in them do you trust that okay
that's what i do every day like it's a tesla
i'm just like letting it drive
but can you do whatever you want well no okay you can't do
whatever you want you can't like just take a nap
and let it drive you somewhere actually there have
been reports you can't do that you can't technically do that you know
but this is like
the purge i'm just saying there needs
to be a little bit more regulation either right i'm sorry
you can't be on your phone either technically
no but yes you can if you if you finesse it a certain
way you can i do not advise doing that for the record
but we need more regulations on it so
you're sleeping and you're on the phone everything
but driving essentially yeah all right let's talk
about mustaches so i can't i gotta i gotta know
if you've ever had one um they're growing in
popularity as more celebrities
are embracing the look tennis star Carlos Alcaraz
is the latest to hop on the wave before him there
was Travis Kelce, Timothée Chalamet, Harry Styles
Turns out mustaches are popular with younger generations
because there's so many grooming options.
Sunny, how do you feel about this?
Do you think this is attractive?
No.
Oh, I think it's terrible.
And watching that video,
and I feel like I've said this before here on the show,
it gives very much like porn cop, you know?
Yes.
You know, not that I know, but, you know,
the porn stars with the stache,
yeah they play cops in the video
and they like pull you over i don't know it's given the reno
like it's weird it's uh it's just weird yeah
that one guy right yeah yeah it's weird every time i
see a guy with a mustache i think he's doing it
for some reason like yeah you have to have like a
nice beard like something well something to go along
with it okay let's ask the guy on the panel
here Cam the lone wolf have you ever had facial hair listen i'm
a self-aware king and i know what
i can and cannot pull off a mustache is not one
of those things believe me sometimes even the
stubble that i have on my face i'm like i can't pull
this off they're zooming in on you about
clean shaven all the time they are production team's all in on it
so this actually reminds
me of that episode of Drake and Josh we're really getting close
this is tight this is too tight guys
when Josh grows a mustache and Mindy his girlfriend wouldn't kiss him
because of the mustache yeah but
there are guys out there who can pull it off like
a rustic cowboy that's obviously not me but could
be attractive and i know that for some women out there
a mustache is part of their niche part of
what they like i kind of like the beard with a thin mustache
but it's the total look that i like
if you have that skinny mustache you have to be have
the beard no you have to be funny i mean when
i look at you i'm like okay that guy's funny like let me go talk
to him he's not he looks like a
character it's like having a hawaiian shirt
on at a board meeting yeah like you can't you're not
taken seriously which is fine if that's
your thing i personally like it you're like he's an artist
right you know he's an artist you know i i'm trying
to give i'm trying to get ChatGPT to
give you a mustache should i come back oh look oh
my wow it's actually not bad i look pretty good
That is actually not bad.
Zoom it in.
You look actually decent with it.
Okay.
Wow.
I mean, that's a 10 out of 10.
Okay.
A hard 10.
Yeah.
Not bad.
Now, can you add like a little beer to him too?
I'm kind of curious.
We'll work on that for the next commercial break.
Okay.
That's our poll question tonight though.
What do you think?
Mustaches.
You like it?
Oh, 63% of you are feeling it.
You like it.
It really just depends on the mustache for me.
But let's see what you say throughout the night.
There's a QR code at the top of your screen.
We want to hear from you.
Vote.
we'll check back in we will be right back picture
it right here we're still trying to you know
it's a different vibe for cam we'll see all right welcome back
the new york knicks pulling a fast
one on their employees with an email of all things this story is wild
so listen up uh over the summer
the team won their first championship we know
in 53 years typically team employees get a championship
ring. Many of them got an email asking to reserve
their preferred ring sizes. Turns out that email
was a phishing test. Employees
who clicked on the link were forced to attend a mandatory
cybersecurity training, and they still have not received their rings,
even though players have.
So, Cam, can you even begin to justify this?
No, I can't. And really, New York, for goodness sakes,
it's been 53 years. You're celebrating a championship,
and you ruin it with something
like this. And a lot of the assistants don't even have the rings yet.
Of course, the NBA tipped off
for the first time this year on Tuesday night.
And there was a big ceremony for the Knicks and
what have you. And some of those assistants didn't have rings
on their finger. Unfortunate. So,
yeah, I think this is kind of crazy.
But also I was pondering this. Don't some companies do this
to like check on their employees?
But this was the worst timing for them to do this. And then
the worst way to do it. Like,
I understand because I feel like this is a moment they're
celebrating why why try to have an aha moment with your employee
who who is so excited and wants to
put their ring size in and and clicks on the link
and i don't i just i know i i honestly i just
didn't see anything wrong with it
because my thing is we all understand right we work for companies
that this is a huge deal you're always taking these trainings
because one small little mistake
you know can shut down a whole radio station
you're losing millions of dollars like you cannot
do this also i'm sorry you're working it back you're
not getting a ring you know that so you're
like like who got the email right was it people
that actually a lot of people that actually can
get the rings the uh the executives that like
are part i mean everyone's part of it that's what
i'm saying are these people that actually would get a ring
because if they send it to just the
entire company you know you like stack papers
in the back you're not getting a ring so you're
actually clicking on that it's
so irresponsible yeah like you know you would never get a ring
no matter what it's not even in your job
but i feel like the people that do get a ring in that
whatever email they still haven't even got their ring
and some of them clicked on this right so i
don't know you should be careful i'm
with sunny i feel like it's clever right like it's kind of
just like if this is coming from a shady thing why
are you clicking on it right it's like it's not i
don't know if it's like so much as like gotcha it's like okay
are you paying attention because
it's so easy these days honestly i've gotten
scammed before right like i got do you think
those people that clicked on it yeah okay bad
on you you go do cyber training should still get a
ring if they were supposed to get one yeah of course yes
but they have to click the right link
but i think that i i'm i i guess we don't know
but to me it's the people that actually were
supposed to get a ring i don't think they would get
an e you know what i'm saying like because
they actually think that they're getting a ring
so let me pick my size i think is that they sent
it to the entire company and people
were just clicking like hell yeah i want like yeah
water boy got an email like no you know you're
not supposed to have a ring like why are you
clicking this email i don't like it i don't like it i don't like it
and also why can't the water
boy get something i just feel like i just feel
like it almost like as you're laughing at them
like yeah you thought you're gonna get a ring
of course you're not gonna get a ring like you
you're not part of the people that are getting
the ring we're the cool ones that actually are
gonna get the ring like how like i just feel
like it's making fun of the group that it's not
supposed to get the ring i don't know workplace culture you're too
into this okay stop clicking
emails you're shutting down a company and okay
then we're all gonna get fired like no well then
everyone should get a ring all right moving
on jet blue testing out kid free flights the airline
says that there is growing demand for adult only travel
so they launched a partnership
with virgin voyages the package called
do not disturb includes a round trip child free flight
from JFK to Fort Lauderdale, a four-night Caribbean cruise.
They say a majority of adults are willing to pay at least 10% more
for kid-free travel, especially on long-haul trips.
Sunny, are you booking one of these?
I don't mind it.
I mean, I think because this is a good partnership, right,
because they're going on a cruise that's also adults only.
So it's kind of like, okay, we're all going here.
There's no children involved anyway.
But, you know, I don't have children.
I don't mind children.
I don't think I've ever had a really bad experience.
but i wouldn't mind if i just i'm going somewhere with my friends
and don't want to be bothered and
i know it's going to be a long flight
and i don't want to hear a kid crying if that's an option i'll
do it it's it's not a big deal i mean there
are adult only hotels exactly so there is a reason
why people do advertise them yeah i'm surprised
this hasn't been a thing earlier because there
are adult free every i mean only yeah you know everything
the resorts vacations all the things
so i feel like i mean i would pay for it yeah i'm
not used to hearing streaming kids and i haven't
had an issue with it on a flight but i don't i would pay
so many people i guess do on flights
and so i don't know cam are you
with this when i hear adult only i'm like oh is hugh hefner gonna
be on this plane like what are we talking about here
my mind is in the gutter i'm sorry everybody
i think this is a good idea honestly
but how many people are actually going to do this because right
now flights are insane price wise do you really want
to pay more on top i guess if you're easily
annoyed by kids i meanwhile not so much i'm always locked
in on a plane i've got my vod
sod in hand i've got michelle branch playing in my airpod
so kids really aren't an issue for cam
rogers but to each his own yeah
and i think a lot of parents actually do opt out and do like
child free trips just
for their own sanity yeah i don't know how much more i'd be willing to
pay to like be on a plane yeah i was gonna ask you
because you you're the only one here that
has kids. I have so much
sympathy. Do you want to be on a flight that doesn't have
children so you can just not be bothered? No, I'm not
bothered by it. I have so much sympathy
for parents in that moment that when a baby
is crying, I just feel so bad for the parents.
I do too. I feel so bad for them.
They are working, probably trying, you know.
And what can you do? You can't like hold the kid's
mouth. So honestly, I have
sympathy. I probably miss my kids in that moment.
So no, I wouldn't do that.
Alright, moving on. NBA player
LaMelo Ball catching the internet's
rage for his comments on
fatherhood. The 25-year-old said, oh, no,
when asked if he changes his nine-month-old's diaper.
LaMelo says that he has done it before,
but he really thinks the responsibility falls on his
girlfriend. Most people criticizing him about
his approach to fatherhood, but others are defending
him, saying that couples usually split duties,
so we can't jump to conclusions. Bisma, where do
you land on this one? I mean, honestly,
everybody splits their duties differently. If he's paying
for 100 percent or you know contributing more
in that way fine that's their duty but i also think
you should know how to change a diaper just
in case there's an emergency i also feel like this
situation where they probably have house staff
they have nannies things like that so it's just
different than the typical situation would i want
my husband to know how to change a diaper and help
me yeah absolutely so but to each their own
if you have that circumstance good for you do you know
If it works, it works, I guess.
Here's a message to my future wife.
I'm not changing any diapers.
I'm hiring TaskRabbit.
I'm kidding.
No, of course.
I would help out.
This was actually talked about on the Take It 2 today,
and David had a good point about this.
You feel more connected with your kid, I feel like, if you dive
in with all the responsibilities that are required to raise a kid,
which would include, of course, changing your diapers.
So definitely something that you need to do.
i think this is a rare situation to bisma's point
because we're talking about a celebrity
a professional athlete with a lot of money
and a lot of runway so they probably have a good amount
of help and when you have that kind of money
then you don't need to change a diaper i do think that's
a good point it also just takes us back
to our parents generations yeah i don't know if my dad
necessarily changed diapers my dad never changed
a diaper yeah like that's not even a thing like
that was like that was my mom like
that was a woman's thing like sorry to say it that way but
back then that was like a woman's job back
then um uh i don't think i've ever changed a diaper i mean
i don't have kids like i don't think i even like
it's well changing someone else someone else's
kids like my nephews and stuff like i'm not doing
that okay like i'm not doing that um but again
like everyone said this is a celebrity they
probably have people helping them would it like
he's 25 years old he plays basketball he's
so busy the mom's just like at home you know take
care of the baby like so i get it he hasn't maybe done it
but it's it's just not i think people are
taking it out of just they're blaming him they're like he's
not helping i'm sure the woman's not
complaining he has a much different setup obviously if you have nannies
and so much support and so
much money it's not going to be an issue if you're not a celebrity
though yeah i don't think this is
something that you split because some something's
gonna happen where i gotta give the baby to you
you gotta change the diaper like we're on a plane i need
your help this is not something where you
be like that's not on me like or i gotta go somewhere
and i gotta leave you with the kid
like this is not something we split
so you gotta get your hands dirty and uh take care of my baby
all right stay with us we're gonna
be right back with this panel
welcome back mcdonald's telling
fans not to fret because the mcrib will be back soon
the sandwich will begin to show up in select
locations nationwide next tuesday
and that's earlier than usual if you don't know a mcrib is
a pork patty shaped to resemble a rack of ribs
and it's served on a bun with barbecue sauce pickles
onions the divisive menu item
though is only available for limited periods it's been around
since 1981 sunny what's
your favorite fast food item okay i i don't mess with the mcrib it's
not my thing i always hear about it it's coming
back every year it's like a thing people go for
No. Wendy's number six, no tomato, extra mayo,
hot fries, side of cheese sauce with a Diet Coke.
Wow. That's the spicy chicken. That's how I get my meal.
And I've eaten the same way for years.
And everybody knows I'm a big Wendy's fan.
Like Wendy's to me is the best fast food place over everybody.
OK. Wow. I wouldn't have expected that.
Does it have something? Taco Bell, hands down. Really? All the way.
Yeah. So it would be nacho chalupa with beans,
no meat, obnoxious amount of fire sauce,
a little bit of hot sauce in there, too.
yes but yeah 100 percent it is and then a cheesy bean
and rice burrito amazing yeah yeah i would say taco
bell for me too how about you cam well listen i love
a good water popsicle this body is a temple
right it's cutting season 24 7
so i don't dabble in fast food too much sober at least really not
well after a late night after
a few cocktails coming back home it's 2 a.m i'm getting up
doordash what am i getting five guys that's been my thing lately okay
so again go to wendy's
well they're fresh too but that's kind
of the jam you gotta tell them that you'll wait
like drop my chicken drop my fries i'll wait okay you just have
to say that i used to work there
does shake shack count as fast food or no i think
so because i love me a good shake shack with those
cherry peppers on them delicious what about chipotle can we count
that i love chipotle
i haven't had in a while that's good yeah i think
so it does okay it is fast food it is the fastest
I am getting very hungry as we're talking.
All right, coming up, we're going to share some poll results.
What do you think about these mustaches?

63% of you do not like mustaches.
We've been working on cams,
