Directions
1. Add milk first into a strong blender. Then add spinach, cucumber, mango and pineapple, protein powder, linseeds, and maple syrup. Blitz on setting 1 and then increase to 10 slowly. This should take 40-60 seconds in total to get to the perfect consistency.
2. Pour the mango, pineapple spinach smoothie into a glass or a pretty jug. Decorate with any topping you like. I added chia seeds and strawberry. Enjoy it straight away and stay healthy.

Всем привет! Welcome to my channel Alice's Yummy Food.
I'm so excited because today I got a gift in my postbox.
Something that I've been dreaming about forever.
I've got my new Vitamix blender and I'm so excited.
I can't wait to share some
of the most amazing easy smoothie recipes with you.
I've also thought about ice cream so I'm going to do a couple
of short videos to show you what you can make.
And yeah, I can't wait.
And today I'll be sharing with you my favorite smoothie recipe,
which is pineapple, mango and spinach.
It is so delicious,
so healthy and full of amazing nutrients and vitamins.
One of the most common questions is,
can you combine fruit and vegetables in a smoothie?
And the answer is yes.
In fact, it is so much better for you
and you can hide vegetables inside a fruit smoothie.
No one will be able to tell
that you've added some extra greens in there or extra veggies.
This is also perfect if you have fussy kids
that don't like to eat vegetables.
You can hide a lot of vegetables in your smoothies.
In fact, I personally only drink smoothies with my vegetables.
I tend to add more vegetables than fruit as I find
that that's healthier and obviously contains a bit less sugar.
so if you are looking
for a really healthy nutritious breakfast on the go
yeah look no further we're gonna make one today
for this recipe I'm using
almond milk you can use any milk
that you like it can be plant-based or you
can be normal milk I've got spinach you can use kale
as well cucumber mango
frozen mango and frozen pineapple over here I've got maple syrup as a
sweetener you can use honey
or you can just use agave syrup or anything that
you like and here is my ground linseed powder I'm
also going to be adding a
scoop of vanilla plant-based protein take your blender
and we're gonna start
adding wet ingredients first
so I'm adding my milk now I'm gonna add my
greens, my spinach, mango
and pineapple, vanilla scoop,
protein powder, linseeds,
cucumber and maple syrup.
Now all we're going to do we're just going to close
this and I'm just going
to start on slow
and then increase
to the high. That's it.
Literally 40 seconds.
Look at this beautiful
color.
You can decorate with
some chia seeds and a fresh strawberry.
And here it is, that's how simple it is
it is to a healthy fruit and vegetable smoothie,
full of vitamins, full of protein and so easy
to make. Now it's time to try this. Wow,
so creamy, so flavourful and you can't taste
any spinach, don't worry.
I really hope you enjoy this tutorial and I'll see you soon.
