Всем привет!
Welcome to my channel Alice's Yummy Food.
I'm so excited to show you these
amazing pirozhki recipe today.
The house smells incredible and they go so so quickly. What
I love about pirozhki as well is that you can freeze them
and then defrost and bake
them for a little bit longer
or if you just want to warm them up and they're so so good.
They're perfect for dinner parties, as a snack,
as a finger food or if you're just like me
you're going to have several of them for dinner.
And these will be stuffed with chicken. I
really really love chicken recipes
and these are sort of wrapped in this warm, crispy and
soft and doughy dough.
So I really hope you enjoy this recipe, let's get started!
I'm going to make our dough.
Add your eggs into a stand mixer, then add sour cream, then
you want to add butter
and mix everything together on a low speed until all the ingredients
combine the butter should be nice
and soft at room temperature then increase the speed until
the mixture becomes nice and pale
and at that point you want to start adding your flour add a
little bit of flour at a time
and mix on a medium speed until the dough starts to come together
this process will take 10 minutes
or so just keep adding flour until your dough stops sticking to
the KitchenAid mixer and it's nice and elastic
and super easy to work with you'll be able to see
how it looks so place it onto your counter
with some flour knead it a few more times with your
hands just like that and because we don't have any yeast
in there it's ready to go straight away
and you don't need to do anything else guys
and girls i have my recipe on my website at
alice yummy food.com you'll find full ingredients
and also directions on how
to make this and also you'll be able
to find loads of other recipes that I do
for my channel and just click through click
on a picture and you'll be able to
see the whole video with the directions
and the full recipe in English and
Russian languages in your food processor add
your onions and then garlic and you
want to blitz this for a few minutes after
that you want to add your chicken
breast I prefer using chicken breast
as it's much leaner but you can use any
chicken parts without the bones
that you prefer feel free to add any seasoning
I'm using garlic powder pepper and salt
and once it's all mixed in it's ready to
go add chopped greens
into a bowl you can use parsley dill coriander anything
that you like with your chicken mixture
and mix until it's all combined and
smooth then you want to season it with salt
and pepper and the mixture is done
take your dough cut it in half using a cookie cutter
and then in half again and
we're going to pinch a little bit on top
and roll out into a small ball we're
going to use our rolling pin and move it up
and down until you get a nice shape
like this then you want to add about one tablespoon
of your filling inside and
then pinch the dough from the top going around the edges
and then all the sides
until you have completely sealed your pirozhok.
You want to make sure it's
quite tight so you don't have the filling coming out from anywhere and
it's nice and sealed in there.
So it should look just like this, very nice and
cute. You can also control the sizes of your pirozhki
and make them smaller or
bigger as you like.
Add your pirozhki onto your sprayed cooking sheet and we're
going to make sure that they're nice
and coated with some egg wash and then
you're gonna bake these for about 10
to 15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees
Celsius or 350 Fahrenheit.
Once they're done they'll have this beautiful golden
color around them
and you'll be able to smell them around the kitchen. Serve them
Come straight away, enjoy them while they're nice
and hot and when you break into each
pirozhok you see this beautiful filling
and it tastes absolutely amazing.
The dough is super thin and round
and there is a lot of filling inside which is the best
pirozhok in my opinion.
