The United Kingdom's RAF Fairford base
that our B-52 bombers use was attacked?
News arose today that a fire has broken out at an air base
that is currently used by the U.S. Air Force
in its military conflict against Iran.
We've had a very large fire break out
at the United Kingdom's RAF Fairford Air Force base in the U.K.
This is the U.S. Air Force's forward base
that we utilize for our largest bombers.
When the U.S. is going to drop one of its largest bombs,
that bomb most certainly goes to this base
and is dropped by one of our very largest bombers
that is using this airfield.
At this time, it is unclear whether this huge blaze popped off,
But sabotage and or attack would make perfect sense
as Iran knows that these large bombs are being fielded.
Currently, the U.S. Air Force is said to be investigating the incident.
The Telegraph reported several crews were deployed to a large incident
at RAF Fairford in the early hours of Sunday morning.
and footage taken overnight appears to show smoke billowing
from what is claimed to be the base's commissary,
a shop that provides food and equipment to soldiers.
Other pictures from the scene show that the building's roof collapsed
as firefighters brought the blaze under control.
No one is said to be injured,
and no RAF or U.S. aircraft is said to be damaged,
according to official sources.
Now with that said, it appears to be business as usual,
as U.S. bombers continue to utilize the runways.
This is footage of two of our U.S. B-52 Stratofortresses
arriving at RAF as the war began with Iran.
And it is a big one.
These bombers have flown in more
conflicts than any other aircraft,
including serving as nuclear deterrents at the height of the Cold War.
If we're talking Bunker Buster, you're looking at what's carrying it.
Right here, folks.
Again, the runways appear to be usable,
and they say that they have a couple of B-52s taking off daily
and probably keep one or two in the sky at all times.
God bless.
