And obviously I appreciate every single one of you

And today I want to show you this indulgent chocolate tart.
It's amazing so easy to make it tastes delicious
and creamy and that kind of really chocolatey
fudgy kind of oh you know you eat that and you're like
in the chocolate heaven so for all your
chocolate lovers out there you're gonna love
this recipe you do i do make my own pastry from scratch
but you don't have to if you're feeling lazy
or you don't want to you can just buy that in the
store that's completely fine
and the tart is so good now let's get started right first we're
gonna make our sweet shortcrust pastry
so add your plain flour and icing sugar into a food processor
then I'm adding cold butter it needs to be really cold
for this recipe to work and then we're gonna
blitz everything together really quickly until
it resembles nice crumbs consistency then we're
to add all of this into a large bowl
then add your eggs and mix everything
together until the mixture becomes nice
and sticky if it is too dry you can add
a drop of water but in this case it shouldn't
be and then use your hand and
roll out the pastry
into a nice round shape just like that then add more
flour onto your surface place your dough
and then sprinkle more flour and just
Just roll it around several times just to make it nice and even.
You don't want to overwork the pastry.
Then we're going to place some cling film on top
and wrap it around and then place it
into the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Next I'm going to show you how to make a cartouche.
Cartouche is more of a technical term for parchment paper circle.
So we're going to fold it in half
and then in half again and then you're going to pinch
the corner from the side
and then roll it downwards just like that.
Once it's
done you want to take your cartouche
and measure into your pan so measuring it
from the middle till the very end of your tin
and then cut off around there
then make little cuts across this is just
to help the cartouche fit in well
into the corners of our baking tin.
When you unwrap it you can just test it and
and it fits nice and well into your baking pan.
Next, I'm gonna spray some cooking oil.
You can also use butter and then add some flour.
We want to coat the baking tray around
to make sure that the pastry doesn't stick
to our baking tray.
Once your pastry has cooled down,
you're gonna sprinkle more flour,
take your rolling pin and start rolling it out.
Be quite gentle, do one side and then turn it around
and do
the
other
side.
You want to make sure that you roll it out evenly.
You might want to sprinkle more flour on top
to make sure the pastry doesn't stick
to your rolling pin or to the surface.
Once it's all rolled out, you want to test with your pan
to make sure that you've got enough pastry
to cover
the whole
pan.
Then take your rolling pin and wrap your pastry around.
This way, it's easier to transform it onto your pan.
And then
gently
roll it
out onto
your pan.
Make sure you tuck inside so the pastry doesn't break
and just gently press into the pan.
Then take your rolling pin and move it on top.
Once it's done, we wanna take a fork
and prick the pastry all around the bottom.
This ensures that the pastry doesn't puff up
when you bake it in the oven.
Then add your cartouche and your baking beans.
You can use anything else that you have in the kitchen
that doesn't burn.
And we're going to bake the pastry for about 25
to 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius or 350 Fahrenheit.
Next, we're going to make our chocolate ganache.
So in a bowl, add your double or heavy cream.
And then add butter. I'm using unsalted.
And then add your dark and milk chocolate together into a bowl.
And we're going to melt this in a microwave
for 60 seconds with 30 second breaks in between.
And when it's done, just leave it to cool down for a little bit.
and then mix everything together you'll start to see that the chocolate
and cream combine together
and once you're whisking it it will start to become more
and more chocolatey and the color
will change to this beautiful chocolate sleek oh i can just eat
this with a spoon just look at that
shiny chocolate glaze then gently take out your pie
and put this on the side and we're going to
add our chocolate filling right
in the middle just like that and make sure you
pour it from the side
so we have a little bit of bubbles if you do have any
bubbles left you can just poke them with a toothpick
and make sure they kind of
disappear then you want to take your chocolate tart
and place it back in the
oven for about 10 to 15 minutes it
doesn't really need a lot of time once
you see that it becomes set on the top
it's ready guys and girls I have my
recipe on my website at aliceyummyfood.com you'll find full ingredients
and also directions on how
to make this and also you'll be able to find loads

directions and the full recipe in english
and russian languages take it off the oven you will
start to see little bubbles on top
which means it's ready it's still wobbly in the middle but
that's fine that's perfect
and we're going to place this into the fridge for
about one hour after one hour
in the fridge you can see that the tart has set
it looks really really nice beautiful
chocolate color just gently take it out
of your pastry case and then sprinkle some icing sugar on top it's like
Christmas and there you go guys
beautiful chocolate tart I'm gonna slice
into it just to show you how delicious
