Fans getting ready for Game 3 at Ferg's

I think is still at Ferg's as the fans, Evan, tell those late arrivers to start heading over to the trough. Yeah, we're going to need them. Plenty of Brewers fans here, but also plenty of Rays fans here. Take a look. This is the crowd here right now at Ferg's. You can see there, the place is just absolutely packed. There we go. We got some Rays fans right here. Certainly, certainly the happiest guy in town right now is Ferg. He's got probably thousands of people here right now. I want to talk to a couple of Rays fans. I want to talk to a couple of Rays fans real quick. First of all, I noticed your jersey, Jose Canseco on the back. Amazing jersey. Why did you go with the Canseco? He was just, I mean, he was a little bit very early on in the Devil Rays days, but I feel like he was a really unique player in the Devil Rays history, and I was just, when I saw it, I had to have it. What does this mean to you and to all these Rays fans to be in this spot right now? I think for a lot of us, this is just like a dream come true. Most of my friends here, we all grew up in Pinellas County. I remember watching Julio Lugo and Seth McClung back in the day. I have a piece of the roof from when it blew off. So I think especially for us, after Hurricane Helene and Milton, this is especially a fantastic moment. How does it feel for you to know that right now you're in the middle of the baseball world? It's completely unbelievable just to see the spotlight on St. Petersburg. So, like he said, having grown up here, like, anytime that we can get, like, the spotlight on us is such an honor. What do you hope that people either from Milwaukee or people from around the country watching on TV take away from our community and our fan base? Well, I would say that the people that come by, I hope they get to see all the Floridian hospitality. I mean, the people down here are the best, and I hope they get to meet and see all the great Floridians that are down here and how nice and welcoming we all are. Are you guys at all down about being down in the series 2-0? Hey, they haven't broken serve yet. So they won their two at home, so now it's our turn to win a couple at home. Yeah, I think it'll be, like you said, they were down 2-0. The Rays are now, but they'll be going back to Milwaukee with a Rays lead at 3-2. I love that. Look, the fact of the matter is, guys, thank you so much, guys. The fact of the matter is, if you had told any fan base you'd be in the World Series, you'd take it, no matter what the score in the series is. You'd give anything to be there. And I have to say, the old saying is true. the old saying is true where else would you rather be than right here and right now unbelievable we'll send it back to you guys yeah we appreciate that Ferg's is always such a great spot hopefully some of them will be able to get into the game oh that energy is incredible evan i know you're having fun out there we'll be talking to you throughout the show we'll see you in a little bit for sure
