Welcome back. At the bottom of the hour,
4.30, we do have some breaking news. Just
pulling up this live picture of the White House.
The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals just dismissed
the Trump administration's appeal to require California
to set aside mail ballots. In other
words, the Trump administration had tried to stop mail ballots,
but the Ninth Circuit Court
of Appeals just said, no,
that's not going to happen and dismissed that appeal. We'll see what
happens, what comes of that effort there.
At the bottom of the hour, thank you so much for
watching. I'm Marla Tejas.
This is Fox LA Plus and Fox Local Los Angeles. And we are going to
get back to President Trump.
Speaking of, he is rallying for the GOP support, of course. This is
in Corinth, Mississippi. But before we get to that,
I just want to point out, given that ruling by
the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals,
it was last week during one of his midterm rallies that he
said that he has voted by mail the last two election cycles.
So he himself says he has
voted by mail. And this is all I'm bringing this up
because he has tried to stop mail ballots here
in the state of California.
But again, that appeal dismissed by the Ninth Circuit just moments ago.
