Chocolate and chilli cheesecake is the best one I have created. Chili and Chocolate are the match made in heaven. Wow your friends with this rich and sumptuous Chilli Chocolate Cake. The heat from the chilli provides an irresistible warmth to the chocolate sponge. Putting this cake together has been a labour of love. It’s been through a load of variations and this one is pretty much perfect – which makes it special enough for any occasion. Customise the cake to suit tastes – add more chilli if you like more heat. Go for the chocolate ganache and whipped frosting for a sophisticated taste and finish. This chocolate cake is unbelievably easy to make.
Hello everyone, welcome to my channel
Alla's Yummy Kitchen or Alla's Yummy Food.
This is where I make easy peasy lemon squeezy recipes.
And today I've collaborated with Chili Oil,
but it's spelled differently, Chili without
the Y.
You get the drill.
Anyway, they've been really awesome
and I've decided to come up with three amazing recipes
for them and you're just going to be blown away
by how amazing they taste and how amazing they look.
So yeah, I hope you make some of these recipes.
It's going to be a mini series of these recipes.
We're going to start off with chili chocolate cheesecake.
What I love about this cheesecake
is that you can just not tell people that it's got chili in it.
So they're going to be like,
oh, let me try this amazing chocolate cheesecake.
And then they dig in and they're going to get the
hit of chili at the back. But you might want
to warn some people. I don't know. It depends
how much chili you like
as well I've made it just enough so it's kind of very
chocolatey but then you kind of get
the hint of chili at the end I'm very
excited to share this with you guys
so you're gonna get three videos this week
and that's five I meant three
and yeah let's get started don't forget that I'm
trying to reach hundred thousand subscribers
on my channel by the end of
this summer so it means
so much to me if you could help if you could subscribe if
you can share and like my stuff
and we can do this i know we can so please help me guys
and also don't forget to click the notification bell
because if you don't click the bell you don't
get notified when i upload a new video
so that way you will know straight away that i've done
a new video and you can check it out party time party time okay
that with that saying
know what's the saying anyway
on this note let's get started we're going to start with our base so
add your biscuits into your food processor
and blitz away until you have good crumbs then add
melted butter and don't worry if some
of them didn't crash we're gonna blitz them again for
the second time and you want to make sure
that you have really really nice kind of sticky consistency
see when they're done. I have sprayed my cake tin with some cooking oil
and I'm adding the biscuits
right at the bottom. You want to spread them around
and press them down so it's nice and even
and then we're going to place this into the fridge
while we make the filling. I have some dark
chocolate here. I'm adding one teaspoon of instant coffee powder.
Now you don't have to add coffee
but it does bring a lot
of chocolate flavor out we're gonna melt this in a
microwave for about 30 to 60 seconds you can find
my full recipe at aliceyamifood.com
and go check it out I've got loads of delicious recipes on there
next we're gonna make the cheesecake
in your blender add condensed milk then
cottage cheese you can also use farmer's cheese or
cinnamon vanilla extract and we're gonna add
the hidden ingredient vegetable
chili oil I'm gonna add good tablespoon
or two inside because of the dairy the
chili is not gonna be that's that hot
so if you want it hotter you might want to
add a bit more then we're gonna blend
everything together until it's nice and
smooth and add your soaked gelatin into your chocolate
and mix it all together
it is going to clump together
but that's fine we're gonna add this back into our
blender and it's all gonna be nice
and smooth when blended transfer your
chocolate cheesecake into a large bowl
and I have whipped some cream so I'm
gonna add that into my bowl
and mix everything together you can use heavy or
double cream or cooling whip whatever
you have just mix everything together
nice and slowly until the mixture becomes super chocolatey
and smooth then
add your chocolate cheesecake mixture onto
your biscuit base and we're going
to place this into the fridge
for about six hours gently run a knife around your
cheesecake so you can loosen it up
and we're just gonna take that off I am
using some melted dark chocolate
to decorate my cheesecake again you can use
anything you like I just think it adds a lot of color
and I'm also adding more
whipped cream on top
and this also helps with the serving portions then add red
chili and dark chocolate on top
and we're gonna just add a chili right in the
middle to make it look really fancy now
this is one of the best chocolate
cheesecakes I have ever made
and I love the hint of chili at the back it kind of
is really gentle it hits your throat just
at the very end it's not very powerful but you can add
more chili if you wish the consistency is amazing you get
the crumbly biscuit base you get super
creamy cheesecake in the middle it tastes
so chocolatey and honestly you just can't stop eating
