No cooling, a typical HVAC adventure

all right we got a call on this one saying it's not cooling i got this is a vacant house and hopefully i got keys so uh we are fixing to go in what's down there but it looks like a mess i think they got a dirty filter i might be able to clean that up just a little bit 25 by 30. checking this little hole because um around here we got gopher tortoises and they make holes like this and that's not necessarily anything you'd worry about but um rattlesnakes are known to stay in the holes for the gopher tortoise it's 410 or what 410a 2011 to 10 years old let's see if it's been freezing up couldn't doubt it after seeing that filter the water source this whole thing could use a cleaning the uh gas meter is back there so i'm thinking there's a possibility we got if there's a spigot back here i don't see it but yeah there's my meter gotta be a water source somewhere no water sources i'm not sure my hose will reach but i'm gonna try it wound up just right and this still happens a little bit of water on that blower motor but i have repeatedly heard it making some strange noises before i mean like every five minutes or so it sounds like the bearing's about to go out so i'm letting it run see if we can catch it stopping that may be not the only problem but the major problem all right we got most of the ice ice off now i gotta go to the other side if you think i'm done now wait till we look in the other panel and the whole hose i've got i'm cleaning this coal as i'm thawing it out come out and clean that up now let's see what pressures are i've still got the return door open over here pressures look much more normal do something i brought this out here so i can put the water hose on it then we'll have to see what i can do about that little return box all right i put that panel back on and see that filter and that return looks like it was the biggest problem i've been doing all this work down in there i could get the wasp right for that a filter and try to clean up that return a little bit this up and see if i can't reach down in there and get it we got a shovel
