Preparing a newer unit after a year without use because of COVID

We are on our way to a church on the other side of town where we installed a package unit about a year and a half ago. He called and said it is not cooling. I hope it's something simple and not low on freon. But we're about to find out. This is today's patient. I cannot get in right now to turn it on. One of the deacons is on his way to let me in. looks like everything starts what he told me over the phone was that it blows but it's not really cold so it's nice and clean yeah all right schedule get it on temporary hold all right let's check it outside it's possible that that pressure is a little bit low all right that one was just a little bit low on freon a small enough amount where i'm just gonna say charge her up we have come back in a short period of time, but we had to add to that.
