Georgia RICO case dismissal fallout.
Trump seeks $6.2 million.
18 co-defendants also pursue tens of millions of dollars
in legal fee reimbursements under Georgia state law.
As you may remember, Fulton County District Attorney Fatty Willis
was dismissed from the Trump Lawfare RICO case.
The new prosecutor, Pete Skandowskis,
dropped the charges against President Trump and his 18 co-defendants,
stating the prosecution was conceived in Washington,
D.C., and not the state of Georgia.
Skandowskas concluded that the alleged conduct was federal in nature
and that Georgia was not the proper venue,
noting that even special counsel Jack Smith declined
to pursue similar charges after reviewing the available evidence.
As a result of Fani Willis' dismissal from the case,
President Trump is seeking $6.2 million
in legal fee reimbursements in accordance with a law that
was passed by the Georgia State Legislature in May 2025.
We also have 18 other co-defendants
seeking millions of dollars of reimbursement for legal fees.
Senate Bill 244 intends to
provide for the award of reasonable attorney fees
and costs in a criminal case to the defendant
following a quote successful motion to disqualify
the prosecuting attorney for misconduct
connection with the case of course the sellouts
that settled their individual cases in turn
states evidence like Sidney Powell not be entitled to any monies
and if she ever gets a job again in
Texas? It would be laughable.
I know we all wish that Fatty Willis had to pay these tens of millions
of dollars to the unlawfully prosecuted victims,
but Georgia will now have to come up with this
money, which means the taxpayers in Fulton County will have
to pay the bill, although in my opinion
They deserve it for putting a lying Democrat thief
into office as their attorney general.
Over and over, I may say.
God bless, folks.
Give us a thumbs up.

And always remember, anything's possible in Bizarro World.
I just pray that she loses her law license, and so does Nathan Wade.
