How is she getting any air at all?

This is an inspection of the ductwork. I think they said they want it lifted and put on my mask real quick. They want it lifted and rewrapped. Y'all see that? It's got a major problem right there. That outlet ain't getting nowhere. This whole, the whole supply is down. Let's see what else we find. Y'all see this? Shop that they haven't called about nowhere. We just, I think that's a homemade reducer right there, and that just goes to an outlet. That's pretty bad. Duct system, that thing, lifting it off the ground and rewrapping, ain't what it needs. It needs more than that. The tenant actually said her air conditioner was working. We quoted them a new duct system and got approval. Now, just got to get it on the schedule and get it done. Tomorrow, I'm doing that rotary compressor that I diagnosed a month ago. The thing will live on.
