Israeli settler take-over

How are Israeli settlers taking over land in the Occupied West Bank and who is making it possible? These Israeli outposts have violently taken over almost 20% of the West Bank. They do it by attacking Palestinian residents like Musa and his 17-year-old son, forcing them off their land. During such attacks, the Israeli military is often present and actively supporting the settlers push the Palestinians out. It's not just my problem, it's the problem of the Palestinian people as a whole.
