Our little mobile home in autumn: harvests, rose-shaped apple pastries, and cooking on a wood-burning stove

Amidst the golden autumn foliage and the profound stillness of the deep woods, step into a peaceful day immersed in the beauty bestowed by nature—all unfolding within our cozy little mobile home. 🍂 This week, we’re crafting an autumn story, a journey that travels from the branches of the trees to our dining table. We hand-picked seasonal fruits, brought the essence of the wild into our tiny kitchen, and savored the fruits of our harvest right here in our mobile home.
Our day began with a stroll through a forest draped in the colors of autumn. We gathered apples and hawthorn berries, discovered wild raspberries, and uncovered the small, precious gifts that nature has to offer. Back in our little home, we roasted potatoes over the gentle warmth of a wood-burning stove. Using the apples we had just picked, we crafted rose-shaped pastries with puff pastry; and from the hawthorn berries, we brewed a soothing, warm tea—the perfect drink for this time of year.
Throughout this journey—from the trees to the kitchen, from the quietude of the ancient woods to our inviting dining table—we found joy in embracing nature’s bounty and sharing the treats we prepared with our own hands.
Golden leaves, baskets brimming with fruit, the warmth of a wood stove, and homemade delicacies—it was a truly serene day. This is how we experience the changing seasons in our mobile home, learning to cherish the beauty hidden within even the most ordinary of days. 🍁
