The Secret Service and NORAD have deployed short-range surface-to-air missile systems, including Avenger SHORADs, to protect Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate and the West Palm Beach International Airport. These measures aim to counter drones and low-flying aircraft, though officials have declined to provide specific details regarding the operational security or any specific threats.
James Kaufman will news report today.
Service to air missile systems added to protect Trump at Mar-a-Lago?
The real leak everyone was looking for was,
well, they fired her after 40 years.
Maria Bartiromo and Marco Rubio.
They told us that everyone,
told everyone that we had about 350 Patriot 3s left,
and now Trump wants about 100 of them to protect Mar-a-Lago?
The Secret Service ordered short-range surface-to-air systems
to counter drone technology to be positioned
in and around President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach,
Florida, officials confirmed on October 29th.
Military and presidential officials declined to provide further
details about the decision to increase security at the estate where he
is expected to return, and he is there now for Halloween weekend.
U.S. Army Humvee-based Avenger short-range air defense or SHORADs
or SHORAD systems have been positioned on a floating barge
just offshore in Palm Beach, offshore from Trump's estate and,
well, at the International Airport in West Palm Beach, Florida.
They don't have the Patriot missile batteries yet.
Palm Beach International,
known better as Trump International now, is actually, well,
Air Force home, second home, right?
So, West Palm Beach, Florida,
now has the Patriot missiles, the few that we have in the
world, going to protect that small family.
Quote, at the request of U.S. Secret Service and NORAD.
NORAD and U.S. NORTHCOM recently deployed ground-based air defenses
and assets to counter unmanned aircraft systems capable
in and around Mar-a-Lago, Florida.
This, according to a military spokesperson,
according to the Epoch Times, quote, these assets add
a complementary layer of technology to enhance protection.
The North American Aerospace Defense Command,
or NORAD, and the U.S. Northern Command Public
Affairs spokesperson said in a statement,
due to the operational security, we're unable
to provide additional details.
The Secret Service did not respond to requests
for more details on this subject, i.e. Thursday
or Friday.
No details have been released about
when the military equipment will arrive or if it's
arrived.
In the West Palm Beach area,
no confirmation of any specific threat has been given.
The Avenger air defense system is a surface-to-air missile system used
by the military as a mobile defense protection against cruise missiles,
drones, low-flying aircraft, and helicopters, according to the Army,
and this will be the first thing, well, in place.
They're actually going to put Patriot missiles, Patriot III missiles,
and after Marco Rubio spurted out,
everyone wondered where the leak came from.
We had only about 350 left.
Well, Mar-a-Lago wants about 50 of them, right?
About 50 to 100 of them.
Sounds fair to me.
What another ---- show by the Republican liars.
You know what?
I'd never vote for a Democrat, but I'm so tired of being lied
to by Republicans that there's got to be a third way out of this.
I say we look into Tucker Carlson
and MGT's third-party system and maybe I'll run so we know
we get someone that won't cheat, steal, or lie. Period.
Please share, give us a thumbs up, and hey, God bless you all.
