James Kaufman will news report today.
Ladies and gentlemen, it is October 10th, 2025,
and we are very, very busy in the earthquake department.
We've just had a 7.6 magnitude quake.
We had a 7.4 magnitude earthquake yesterday in the Philippines,
a 6.7 today in the Philippines,
and a 6.3 today in Papua New Guinea.
This is the largest of the four large quakes,
so very strong earthquake, 7.6 magnitude Drake
Passage, just south of the tip of South America.
It was or did include an associated tsunami
warning. We'll check the buoys. USGS is the main source here.
They've given it a very shallow depth of 10.5 kilometers.
That is not a default depth.
That is an actual depth they believe the quake occurred at.
Now, ladies and gentlemen,
this is all due to the coronal hole that's been Earth-facing,
and we've been getting, well, killed by solar winds
and whatever those strange plasma blasts are every day,
which we're about to go over again.
But let's move on and get some detailed information about
this 7.6 magnitude earthquake.
All right, taking a look at what we have.
The closest active volcano right now is Maiko Volcano.
It's not very close to the situation.
So on the tip of Chile and Argentina, we see the Drake Passage.
The most dangerous waterways in the world.
A 7.6 magnitude earthquake happened about an hour ago.
And the main source is the USGS,
they've got it at 11 kilometers of depth, very shallow.
There may or may not be an island in there.
This is the area that, well,
South America or any continent is the very closest to Antarctica.
The Germans came in at a measly 6.9,
and the French came in at a measly 6.7,
with the Americans coming in at 7.6.
Makes a little sense.
Both the Germans and French have default depths.
Let's get some detailed information here.
Find out what's going on.
All right, instead of very strong,
we're looking at a major magnitude 7.6 earthquake.
And hey, this is getting up there as strong as they get, folks.
We're going to find out exactly how strong it
is in just one moment here.
This happened again about one hour ago.
This was a strong one, ladies and gentlemen,
a 7.6 with very few reports, because it's
in the middle of nowhere, USGS being the main source here,
they have all the geophones down
there, they say that it released 236.7 atomic
bombs worth of energy, unbelievably strong.
We've only had that one quake, the 8.586
in the last 10 years that's been this strong.
I think we've had some other 7.6s as well.
236.7 atomic bombs worth of energy released with this bad boy.
Good thing you weren't sailing through the strait,
believe it or not.
It's a very shallow depth area,
but only 14 people felt this.
So I believe that there's a monitoring station right here,
right where the quake occurred.
And there is a population on this island here.
This is off into the ocean, but it's a very,
very shallow part of the ocean.
So someone got the full effect.
A total of 14 people reported it total,
and 13 of them were right here.
The other guy was at the actual recording station itself.
All right, let's see what everybody has to say.
The USGS is 7.6, 10.5, 11 kilometers.
That's the real depth.
That's followed by the Germans at 6.93,
nowhere near as strong.
The default depth there.
The French at 6.71, default depth there too, nowhere near as strong.
Here we have the Australians coming in at 7.63,
even stronger than the USGS.
They have a default depth, but a stronger reading.
We have a 7.6 coming from the...
Incorporated Research Institute for Seismology,
and they have an actual depth.
I think they must have followed suit with USGS.
What a sham, as usual.
That's all they ever do.
Wow!
It looks like we have Chile coming in at a 7.8 magnitude quake here.
They have it at default depth,
but can you even imagine a 7.8 here?
The Italians came in at a 7.1, the Europeans came in at a 7.7,
the Italians gave it a depth of 15
kilometers and the Europeans gave it a default depth of 10 kilometers.
So we have a 7.8 mentioned
here by Chile and a 7.63 mentioned by Australia.
It usually gets it right in my opinion.
Now over to the National Data Buoy Center and what do we find?
We have absolutely no buoys.
We still see our two going off
from that 6.7, 6.8 over here,
but 7.63, 7.6, 7.8, well there's
no buoys there to tell us if there was a tsunami created or not.
So we'll just have to guess.
Wow, what a big quake.
I would guess that it did create some sort of tsunami,
especially in such shallow water right there.
Can't believe we have no data available for this.
All right, in summary, the USGS came in at 7.6.
Chile itself sits right on top of this, came in at 7.8.
Australia came in at 7.63.
We have associated tsunami warning,
very shallow area of the ocean, only 14 people reported
feeling it, that's why the DYFI is at a 2,
and there's no one down there to be shaken,
so the shake map is at a 4.
We don't know if there was a tsunami created or not,
because we have absolutely no monitoring
stations south of, well,
anywhere near that area, period.
With that said, God bless, guys.
Stay safe.
That crawl hole is busting us up.
I knew that those plates had to be charged
because we had that long-term crawl hole last time
and no earthquake activity,
and they are popping off one after another.

anything's possible.
Bizarro World.
