This morning's cool house takes you to one of the fastest growing communities in all the valley. Queen Creek has bloomed from just a farming community to a city where luxury has blossomed. Thanks for coming in. What a great space this is. This is a really great space. We are inside Kolita by Toll Brothers in Queen Creek, Arizona, and this is the former model for the whole community. All right, let's take a look. This is one of the first things that you notice when you walk into the house. It's just beautiful. What's the square footage on the house? So this home is 3,300 square feet, three bedrooms, plus a den, four bathrooms. And it's that modern elevated farmhouse style. As we make our way down this beautiful hallway, the kitchen, this is a great place to gather. It really is. And you know what I love about this kitchen? You have this mix of navy and warm wood cabinetry. It's really beautiful. Love the dramatic waterfall edge island. I think it really makes a statement in this room. This is a great place to gather for breakfast. But for elevated, when you want to do dinner, you've got the dining room. Yes. Love the dining room. And I really love that it overlooks the backyard and you have these gorgeous views while you enjoy your dinner. Very sweet, it's very cozy. It really is. I think it has a lot of beautiful finishes, too. I love the lighting, lots of different textures. And you have these electric blinds that open up to this incredible backyard. Indoor outdoor living in Queen Creek. Paulina, this is living. It really is. This is what Arizona living is all about. I love how we have these glass walls. They completely open up. You have this great entertaining space overlooking your pool. It is. Love this pool. I would say it's very Palm Springs like just steps away from your primary. You have this gorgeous, striking circular pool. Very different. So different. It's beautiful. Love the fountains. And I love this fire pit. It's perfect for those chilly Arizona nights in the winter. Paulina, thank you for the tour. Thank you for coming out. This is one cool house backyard. That backyard is fantastic. Wow, that's fire pit. You know, in our Arizona winters. That would be nice. Gathering around the fire with your friends. And roasting some marshmallows. And listening to a little bit of Christmas tunes, like a little Frank Sinatra. Oh, my gosh.
