Ladies and gentlemen, in the Atlantic,
we have a named tropical storm, Dexter.
Dexter is not a very powerful storm.
It's headed northeast.
It's got sustained winds of 45 miles an hour.
In a minimal central pressure of 1,002 millibars,
we also have a disturbance off the east coast
of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
It's increased to a 30% chance of formation,
although if it does form, I expect it will
head out to sea and follow Dexter.
Third, we have another tropical disturbance
or tropical wave coming off the coast of Africa
with a 50% chance of formation currently.
We're going to have to wait and see with that system,
but I don't believe that it will make
it all the way to the U.S. East Coast.
Jumping over to the Pacific,
we have our 8th depression, Depression A.E.
And behind that, we have another tropical system, tropical wave,
with a 70% chance of formation over the next few days.
Both these storms are headed out
to sea in a west-northwest direction,
with Hawaii being the only possible place to make a landfall.
Jumping over to myfoxhurricane.com,
enhanced satellite view, we see Dexter.
sucking up a lot of moisture
and heading to the northeast in the direction of Ireland
or the United Kingdom. We can also, if we look closely,
see the circulation happening right here.
Now the problem with the circulation
is it's spinning clockwise instead of counterclockwise.
We should be seeing the tropical system like
that spin counterclockwise.
That's the system that they're giving a 30% chance
of formation to right off the coast of Florida,
Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
It looks like they have this weakening as it makes its way out to sea,
so this should not be a problem for any
of our friends across the pond either.
Taking a real quick, brief look at the spaghetti models,
everyone's chiming in.
And they all have it going in the same direction.
Again, this storm will be weakening
into a post-tropical cyclone within three to four days.
Now, taking a look at what we should be worried about.
We have a lot of moisture coming in on that cool front.
As you can see, pushing through the Houston area currently,
and we have a lot of moisture in the Gulf of America,
Gulf of Mexico, whichever you prefer,
and that's all headed right into that front there
and headed onshore in the Florida Panhandle currently
and across Georgia and into places like Mississippi and Alabama.
So this moisture in the Gulf is what we need to worry about currently.
Taking one close-up look to the Florida panhandle here,
we see all the moisture coming off the Gulf again.
The Florida Panhandle is receiving a lot of rain
and moisture along with Alabama and parts of Mississippi.
With all that said, I see no chance of any tropical weather hitting
the United States over the next several days.
God bless you guys. Please share, subscribe,
and always remember, anything's possible in Bizarro World.
