Good Tuesday evening. I'm Chief Meteorologist
Emily Walls. We've been tracking a couple
spotty showers for your election day.
Of course, the polls are now closed and tonight we're looking
at scattered rain showers continuing.
Temperatures, though, staying very mild,
especially for this time of the year,
usually for this time of November.
Average low temperatures end up dropping down
into the upper 30s, but guess what?
Tonight we're holding steady in the 60s
and we're going to be nice and warm again tomorrow too,
especially for the first half of the day
when we're counting on high temperatures in the low to mid 60s
and then we will be dropping into the 50s during the afternoon.
So just make sure that you're prepared for that temp drop.
Later in the day tomorrow, seven-day forecast will have a couple showers
around Wednesday for the first half of the day through midday
and then on Thursday an isolated shower or two is possible.
Otherwise, we're mostly cloudy
and then becoming partly sunny late in the week over the weekend.
Things look great. We're actually trending a little sunnier now.
We're going to be nice and sunny on Saturday
and on Sunday now with temperatures near 52 degrees on Saturday,
mid 50s on Sunday and then next week.
It looks like we have another warming trend
and that's going to push temperatures into the 60s.
By Monday and Tuesday.
