A lifelong Democrat just walked up
to a microphone in Michigan and endorsed
Donald Trump's Senate pick. Now, check the calendar.
Nope, it's not April Fool's, guys.
Haley Stevens, you know,
the same Haley Stevens that her own party booed off of a stage
like she had just suggested balancing the budget.
Well, she's now telling Michigan to vote for
Republican Mike Rogers.
Now, somewhere in Washington, Chuck Schumer just spit out his decaf
And I asked an intern to Google how to unendorse someone.
Oh, guys, this is the calm part of the weekend, believe it or not.
So up in Alaska, there are two
Dan Sullivans on the same ballot. One is a real senator.
The other one, let's just go ahead and
call him Decoy Dan. Well,
Decoy Dan has reportedly packed up and vanished, gone, poof. Witness
protection has fewer disappearing acts.
Mary Peltola's camp swears they know nothing. Oh,
and the name that just keeps on coming up
in this mess, Chuck Schumer. Then,
On a Sunday, while Alaskans were sitting in church,
an Obama-appointed judge tossed
the Justice Department's lawsuit.
Now, most of us can't get a plumber on a Sunday. This judge
opened for business.
President Donald Trump's DOJ is already firing back.
Meanwhile, in Michigan,
Tim Walz's backyard, the FBI, yes guys,
the FBI hit 17 locations in one day. Kash Patel's team
4 people accused of trying to swipe $41 million,
1 daycare billed millions of dollars and watched
zero kids. Honestly, 5-star safety rating.
Oh, and Dr. Oz, he exposed a housing program
that grew from $2.5 million to over $100 million
with workers billing 20 hours a day.
I can't even stay awake for 20 hours a day, let alone
working, and I drink coffee for a living.
Michigan, Alaska, Minnesota, three states,
one weekend, and the media,
they're busy covering pretty much anything else other than this.
So today, guys, I'm going to drop the names,
the numbers, the receipts like we always do.
All of it, because this is not left versus right anymore.
This is just right versus wrong.
Now, one quick thing, guys.
If you or someone you love is on Medicare,
if you're turning 65 years old,
check out my friends down below.
Chapter, I left their phone number and a link.
Real human beings, they speak English.
These guys are a godsend, okay?
Check them out.
Phone number's down below.
They're saving the average senior
a good 1,100 bucks a year on average.
Phone number is 909-563-8279.
Minnesota's daycares, they actually show up.
Now if you do here guys, go ahead and subscribe.
Unlike your boy, Decoy Dan, we're not disappearing anytime soon.
And by the end of the show,
if you happen to like it, if you thought the show
was worth your time, just leave me a like on the
way out. That's all I ask. All right, let's start with Michigan.
Picture it guys, you got a podium,
American flags, cameras are rolling,
and standing there is Haley Stevens,
former Democratic Congresswoman,
lifelong Democrat. But then she says it.
My vote for Senate is going to be with Mike Rogers.
The Republican guys, like, I was like,
did she just say and do what I thought she just said?
Like, I literally had to go to multiple news sources
because I was like, this cannot be right.
Anyway, the Republican guys, Donald Trump's pick.
You could hear a pin drop.
Actually, you could hear a dozen Democratic
consultants dropping their phones.
Her reason?
We have to stand with our country.
Wow, we have to stand with country, not party.
Country. Somewhere in a Democratic war room,
an intern is checking whether the teleprompter
got hacked. Nope, she meant every word.
And folks, when a Democrat this well-known crosses over
right before election day, this is not a crack in the wall.
This is the wall wobbling.
You need to watch for more of these moments.
I promise you guys, when the ship starts sinking,
people suddenly get very interested in the lifeboats.
We've got to make a choice about
who is standing with them. I think that Chuck
Schumer is going to become the majority leader.
You know, and I think that there are incredible Democrats
and incredible activity taking place across this country.
I stood with my party and I was booed off the stage and,
you know, it was violently shouted down.
You know, I was up there with other Democrats.
Those people who are on that stage with me,
they're going to make their choice.
The ballot box is still very personal and private.
And today,
In a moment of faith, tied to my faith, into this great city.
By the way, I'm standing here with a guy named Mike Rogers.
And there's another guy named Mike
who ran the city of Detroit for 12 years.
And a lot of Detroiters voted for him.
And, you know, he kind of looks like this guy.
And you know what happened with that Mike?
You know, he stepped out of his party.
He put up his hand for a brief while.
He was running for governor.
You know, I don't know everything that's going to happen.
You know, and all I can do is lead with love and integrity.
This was a personal and private decision.
I woke up this morning and I decided to go to church.
And I'm here with the person
who I am voting for for United States Senate.
Now, real quick thing, guys,
if you want the stories that are behind the stories, the Ron
Yates report is on Spotify.
Yeah, just go to Spotify, search me up,
look up Ron Yates, perfect for the car, for the
gym, for pretending to listen during the meetings.
Yeah, search it up, follow it, done.
All right, so here's what really makes this whole thing even juicier.
Believe it or not, it gets juicier.
This is the same Haley Stevens that her own party booed off
the stage. Not a polite golf clap.
She was shouted down by Democrats, her own team. Picture walking
off the stage, boos ringing in your ears.
People who hugged you last week are now yelling like you
stole their parking spot. And how did she end up out
of the Senate race in the first place?
A poll. Yeah, a poll said Abdul El-Sayed was crushing her.
So she stepped aside.
Her money dried up overnight. One small problem, though.
That poll has since been reported as being
fake, made up, cooked up like a Thanksgiving turkey.
Now, why would anybody trust a poll?
Fair question, right? But in Washington, D.C.,
a fake poll is still more honest than a real
campaign promise. They pushed her out.
Now she's pushing back. You guys know a Democrat who feels
like their party left them behind? Don't argue, guys.
Don't lecture, just go ahead and send them this video
and let Haley Stevens do the talking.
So Washington noticed real fast.
House Speaker Mike Johnson says that he reached out to Haley
Stevens personally and told her how courageous she was.
Then he summed up the whole Michigan
race in about four words, common sense versus crazy.
And on the crazy side of the ballot,
your boy Abdul El-Sayed.
That's right guys, Johnson says that there's no crazier choice
choice in the race.
I'm just, there's not much to reach out.
Just call her and thank her and say she did the right thing.
You should be a member of the Republican Party.
I'd love to have her.
I think Mike, if you want to talk to her, I think Mike talked to her.
Come on over.
Well, I sent her a note, spoke to Haley.
And told her how courageous she was, how much we appreciate that.
She's standing for truth.
Haley's a good person.
She's always been very thoughtful.
She loves her state.
She served it as best she could, and she's speaking the truth.
This is a contrast election between common sense and crazy.
And there is no crazier choice on the ballot than El-Sayed
and what he stands for.
And he needs to answer for that.
And I'm sad to tell you, the media has not done
a great job in making him answer for that.
But I believe the people of Michigan are...
And then a reporter asked a scary question.
Is she safe? I think that's a real valid question
here. I mean, Johnson's answer,
we're in a heightened threat environment. Now let that
sink in, guys. One woman, one endorsement,
and now people are worried about her safety
in America over a vote, guys. This is not politics.
This is more like a hostage situation
with some yard signs.
And so...
Nobody should have to fear for their life
or speak in their mind, period.
Now, honesty time, guys.
She still says that Chuck Schumer will be majority leader.
So she's not a Republican yet.
But when a Democrat
who still likes Chuck Schumer says El-Sayed is too far gone,
this is not a red flag.
This is a red parade.
All right, so let's go ahead and hop on a plane,
fly with me over to Alaska, guys.
Bring a coat, all right?
Bring some earmuffs, a scarf, and whatnot.
Picture, and don't forget your long johns,
picture a voter in the booth, right?
Pen in hand, looking at the Senate race, and there it is, Dan Sullivan.
And Dan Sullivan?
Wait, what?
Exactly.
One is Senator Dan Sullivan, the Republican.
The other is...
Daniel J. Sullivan. Let's just go ahead and,
for the sake of simplicity, let's go ahead and call
him Decoy Dan. The accusation
is that the Democratic operatives helped put him on the
ballot to confuse the voters,
pull some votes away from the real senator, and give Mary Peltola a
boost. It's the political version of a fake Rolex.
Same name on the front, ain't nothing inside.
Rolexes don't tick like that. And, of course, Alaska uses
Ranked choice voting,
where a handful of confused votes can shuffle the whole deck.
Now, honestly, ranked choice belongs in primaries,
not in general elections.
At this rate, next time, it'll be five Dan Sullivans and a moose.
Oh, and of course, now the plot thickens, guys.
Decoy Dan, gone.
He has reportedly fled Alaska, guys, and nobody knows where he is.
He just hopped on a plane, left Alaska.
I don't know where this guy is.
Now, picture his campaign off.
It's lights off.
Phone ringing, ain't nobody picking up,
just a cold cup of coffee and a sticky note that says
back in five minutes from like three weeks ago.
Mary Peltola's campaign says they had nothing to
do with it. Okay, noted.
But there's one name that just keeps on coming up. Chuck Schumer, guys.
Chuck Schumer reports are saying that there's documentation
tying the decoy plan to Chuck Schumer's and Peltola's staff. Now,
Everybody deserves their day in court.
I'm just going to go ahead and say this, okay?
Innocent until proven guilty.
Innocent people don't usually skip town right before election day.
I mean, I'm saying just a little observation.
Alaskans, they didn't ask for a magic trick.
They asked for a ballot.
Republicans and Democrats alike, they deserve the truth. So then
As if that wasn't enough, on a Sunday, things got a little weird.
While most Alaskans sat in
church pews, Judge Sharon Gleason,
appointed by Barack Obama himself, was at work. And she
tossed the Justice Department's lawsuit two days before the election.
That lawsuit would have
blocked certification if decoy votes ended up deciding the race.
Dismissed. Just like that,
Now, picture it, a dark courthouse,
every window black except one, glowing.
On a Sunday Chick-fil-A won't even open up on Sunday,
but this courtroom open for business.
This is why folks are fired up guys.
Judges are supposed to call balls and strikes.
They're not supposed to move the strike zone
when one team is up for bat.
It's not how this works.
The United States provides no workable plan
as to how it proposes to segregate ballots
cast for Daniel J. Sullivan on election day
and then conduct a court-ordered unspecified
investigation of those ballots in a manner
that would preserve voter secrecy.
Well, the DOJ says it's going to appeal,
telling Fox Today the court dismissed the
case on procedural grounds
but did not dispute the argument of the United States that Daniel
J. Sullivan, a.k.a.
A decoy Dan entered the race as a frivolous
candidate to confuse voters.
Now, interesting here, in the primary, 4,000 people voted for that
Daniel J. Sullivan candidate here in Alaska.
You have to wonder why those 4,000 people cast their
ballot for that candidate. I've been asking around,
do you know anybody who voted for this guy? No one
seems to know. So were they tricked? Were they fooled?
Were they in on this? 4,000 votes is a
lot considering some other candidates only got
a few hundred here in Alaska. Back to you.
Matt Finn, that's a beautiful background behind you.
Thank you so much.
Americans are sick and tired of these freaking judges
who seem to rule for a side instead of
for the law. But don't panic, guys.
President Donald Trump's Justice Department is not
taking this lying down. In fact, the DOJ is appealing. Their words,
we will take it as far as we need to.
That can mean to a higher court. It could even mean to
the US Supreme Court. So look,
the judge dismissed it purely on procedural grounds.
She did not disagree with our underlying lawsuit,
which is that this is a fraud on the Alaskan
Thank you very much.
I'm not sure there's anything that we can do.
We're appealing that.
We don't agree with that.
What our lawsuit seeks—our lawsuit does
not seek to have the federal government take
over the Alaska state system.
It just seeks to preserve the ballots,
to preserve the ballots in Alaska, so that Alaskan
officials, if they need to,
can determine whether there was confusion that caused an
unfair and unjust result.
That's perfectly legal under Alaskan law,
which does not allow fraud to influence an
election.
And so that's what we've asked the court to do.
Yes, it was dismissed on procedural grounds
and we're appealing that and we'll see what happens after today
and whether whether we need to move forward with that appeal.
So, I mean, it gives several days in Alaska to certify an election.
I think it's 14 days, something in that in that neighborhood.
The preservation of the ballots, obviously important.
What will trigger this for you?
Is it if the margin of a Dan Sullivan loss,
just hypothetically speaking?
Is impacted by the number of votes that Daniel J. Sullivan gets?
Does it have to be that kind of scenario
to trigger further action by the DOJ?
Yes.
Well, because of rank-based voting in Alaska, it depends.
So yes, there's a scenario where the incumbent,
the Senator Sullivan, could lose, but really
he didn't lose.
Really, because of rank-based voting,
it's clear that voters were confused.
And again, that's why you need to preserve
these ballots, because you need to look at
the individual ballots potentially to see
if there was voter confusion, to see if it's
obvious from the ballot itself that the voter—or likely
that the voter intended to vote for
Senator Sullivan but was confused because of the fraud that's taking place there.
And we don't know.
So we don't know yet what the Alaskan voters
are going to do or what the results will be.
And so that's why what we're seeking
is a preservation of the ballots so that if it's
necessary, if one of those scenarios exists
where it's pretty obvious or it could be a
situation where the Alaskan government needs
to step in and take a look, we want to make
sure that those ballots are preserved.
Which, by the way, is exactly what we should
do as the federal government to oversee and
and make sure there are laws in place
That allow the federal government to do what we're doing.
We are not taking away the state's rights to confirm their senator.
We're not taking away the state's rights to run their elections.
We're just executing on what we need to do under the Constitution
and the various federal
laws that exist with respect to voting and elections.
This is how you win this fight, folks.
Not with the pitchforks, with paperwork.
We don't storm courthouses.
We outfile them.
Appeals, higher courts, and
If a judge truly crosses the line, Congress has a tool for that, too.
It's called impeachment.
Here's what the decoy crowd forgot. Alaskans can read.
They sure can. These are people who deal
with grizzly bears, 40 below winters and months and months of darkness.
Do you really think two
names on a ballot is going to stump them?
Somebody in D.C. badly underestimated Alaska.
Now, buckle up, folks.
Minnesota just had a really bad day. Picture it. Sunrise,
Quiet streets, then FBI windbreakers everywhere,
agents walking out front doors carrying box
after box of files. FBI Director Kash Patel says FBI Minneapolis
and its partners served 17 search
warrants in one day, guys.
Daycares, owners' homes, even an autism therapy program. The result?
A 26-count indictment. 17 in one day.
Like, most government offices can't even return 17 calls in a month
And remember who knocked at the first door?
Nick Shirley.
Yep, that's right, guys.
This is a guy with a camera
who walked up to these so-called daycares and asked one
simple question.
Where are the kids?
Isn't this a daycare?
Turns out, well, turns out
that that was the one question that nobody in Tim Walz,
Minnesota wanted asked.
And so then come the handcuffs.
That's right, guys.
The handcuffs came out.
Four people arrested, four companies.
Here's a scoreboard.
Aspen Associates, $8 million in alleged fraud.
American Home Healthcare, $3.27 million.
Home Sweet Home, $10 million.
Yes, this is the real name.
Like, sweet for somebody, just not sweet for you.
Smart Therapy.
Close to $20 million, pretty smart,
right up until the FBI showed up, of course.
Now, if you add it all up, and prosecutors say
that they tried to grab more than $41 million
taxpayer dollars, money that was meant for kids,
seniors, and people who genuinely need help.
We're here today to announce that just yesterday,
FBI Minneapolis and our partners executed 17
search warrants in a single day to combine into a 26-count indictment.
Three of those search warrants were at a child care center.
Two of those search warrants were at the
residences of the owners of those centers.
And two more of those search warrants were on the Early Intensive
Development and Behavioral Intervention Unit here in Minnesota.
FBI Minneapolis and our interagency partners arrested four
of the alleged fraudsters.
Faisal Emi, Aspen Associates,
11 counts of health care fraud, 8 million in intended loss.
Jama Mohammed, American Home Healthcare,
six counts of health care fraud, $3.27 million in intended loss.
Faiza Ahmed, home sweet home, eight counts of health care fraud,
$10 million in intended fraud.
And Habiba Mohammed, smart therapy.
One count of conspiracy to defraud the United States,
totaling nearly $20 million in intended fraud and loss.
The subjects intended to defraud thousands
of victims of over $41 million,
money that was supposed to go to those in need,
with our precious taxpayer dollars funding that bill.
Instead, they thought they could get away with their crimes.
They did not succeed because of this team.
Kash Patel credits President Donald Trump
and J.D. Vance's anti-fraud task force.
Now, here's the kicker.
Investigators are saying that this is just the start.
$41 million and they're only just scratching the surface, guys.
This FBI follows the money. This FBI.
We'll put in prison anyone
who commits fraud anywhere in the world against any American
citizen.
Thanks to President Trump,
we finally have a commander in chief who prioritized the initiative
to go after the fraudsters with the full force of government.
Thanks to the vice president for leading
the anti-fraud task force with our Department of Justice partners
and the assistant attorney general, Colin McDonnell.
And thanks to this great team here with Chairman Ferguson,
with Dr. Oz, with our state and local partners.
It is an interagency lift.
As the secretary said, it is a whole of government approach.
And the results we are delivering are truly historic.
And then, of course, Dr. Oz, he stepped up
and this one's really going to make your blood boil.
Meet Charmaine Meadows. A federal jury convicted
her of stealing over $3.5 million from a Minnesota
program that was meant to keep homeless
and disabled seniors off the streets.
That's freaking low, guys. That is dirty.
So how did she pull this thing off? Well,
her workers bill 20 hours a day. A day, guys.
She billed for services in multiple states and
and countries and all at the same time.
She, like...
She even billed for people lying in hospital beds, guys.
Her website slogan, proven, personalized, profitable.
Well, she nailed one out of the three.
And today, we're going to put another face to the kind of bad behavior
that we're detecting and preventing.
Director Patel has agreed to help me.
This is Charmaine Meadows.
We want to put a name and a face to some
of the things we're talking about.
Earlier this month, Charmaine was not just indicted, she was convicted.
by a federal jury for stealing over three
and a half million dollars for the now defunct
Minnesota Medicaid Housing Stabilization Services Program.
There's many cautionary tales here,
so I'm going to spend a few moments to bring alive
what we are doing at the national level
with one individual here in Minnesota.
This program, the Medicaid Housing Program,
was designed to keep homeless and disabled
seniors who were suffering serious conditions,
the exact kind of people you want to put your
hand out and help back up again, it was designed to help keep them out
of institutions which would also save taxpayer dollars.
And by helping them get comfortable and stable housing,
it was supposed to achieve that.
But Charmaine and fraudsters like her...
don't want that to happen.
And they act in ways that obscure the process that could have allowed
it to occur. The program is so overrun
with corruption that it ballooned from being about
a two and a half million dollar program
when it was first established in 2020, just five or six
years ago, to over $100 million in 2024.
That is a 40-fold increase in four years.
Meanwhile, a regular American
puts in, what, 40 honest hours,
makes $30 an hour, and pays
taxes on every dime.
You ever wonder why the budget never balances?
Start right there.
So now, here's the problem.
Here's the number that should really keep Tim Walz up at night.
That housing program?
It started in 2020 at about $2.5 million.
By 2024, over $100 million. This is 40 times
bigger in four years.
Picture a chart on the wall of the governor's office. The line
just shoots straight up like a rocket
and nobody in the room even looks up from their
sandwich. Dr. Oz said it plain.
If you're paying even a little attention, you never
let this kind of thing happen.
Minnesota ended up shutting the whole program down. So why
More crooks? Or just worse at hiding them?
And it's not just Minnesota guys. People in Illinois
and Louisiana are asking hard questions about
their programs too. The little guys are in the
handcuffs. Now America wants hearings for the people
who were supposed to be watching.
So here's what every taxpayer wants to know.
Do we get the money back? We should. Every dollar.
Seize the houses. Seize the cars. The bank accounts.
Treat fraud rings like drug cartels.
Let Scott Bessent's treasury team follow the money and drag it all home.
Then fix the system. Put
photos on Medicaid cards like the VA does.
That way one card can't just get passed around like
it's a party favor. Real audits. Tougher sentences.
Because the real victims are not the politicians.
They're the disabled seniors who lost help.
Families that are stretching every grocery dollar,
tired of good news that never changes
anything.
Fair, right?
Here's the difference this time.
Handcuffs.
Michigan.
Alaska.
Minnesota.
This is not left vs. right anymore.
This is right vs. wrong.
Evil can win a weekend.
It doesn't win forever.
Now folks, America's watching and election day is right here.
