There's a candidate for U.S. Senate in Alaska who cannot be found.
Not by reporters, not by
neighbors, not by law enforcement. This is a bold strategy.
This guy is going after the Bigfoot vote.
That's right, guys. His name is Dan Sullivan.
No, not that Dan Sullivan. The other one,
Daniel J. Sullivan, Decoy Dan,
the man that Democrats allegedly recruited for one reason.
He has the same name as Alaska's Republican senator.
This is the whole resume, guys. No
rallies, no yard signs, no speeches,
just a borrowed name, a copycat logo, and a ballot
spot built to scoop up the real guy's votes.
It's dirty. You almost have to admire it.
It's kind of brilliant, honestly. But most people cheat the hard way.
And it hasn't even been 24 hours since President
Donald Trump called him out and Decoy Dan
has vanished, guys, poof, in a twist that shocked absolutely no one.
Nothing says I'm innocent quite like running away.
Alaskans are voting
and one candidate is currently a face on a milk carton.
Guys, a Patriot reporter spent 30 hours
in a tiny Alaska fishing town hunting for him.
Knocked on the door, silence.
Instead, he found a German news crew.
Germany, guys.
CNN couldn't find the story with a map and a sled dog,
but Germany flew in.
Mark Elias, the Democrats' favorite election lawyer,
is upset because President Trump called
him names.
Names!
A whole state got tricked.
And his big complaint is hurt feelings?
What a pansy.
Somewhere, Alaska voters are playing the world's smallest violin.
An Alaska lawmaker says that he'll testify.
Harvard legend Alan Dershowitz says five-year felony
An Obama judge blocked Trump's DOJ and
the DOJ is appealing. Guys, today we're going to follow the money,
the names, and we're going to
connect every little dot that the media hoped
that you were going to ignore. But before we dive in
real quick, if you or somebody you love needs Medicare
or help with Medicare, check After offers
free guidance, guys. These guys are amazing.
They're saving the average senior about $1,100
a year. So I left their link and their phone number down below.
Phone number is 909-563-8279.
Hit subscribe because unlike Decoy Dan, we actually show up.
And if we deliver by the end, hit the like button on the way out.
It's the only vote in America nobody can fake.
So let's go ahead and see if we can find Decoy Dan out here somewhere.
All right.
Picture this tiny fishing town in Alaska,
gray water, snow on the mountains, one quiet
The White House, where the United States Senator is supposed to live.
Nobody's home, though. President Trump said it plainly.
The fake Daniel J. Sullivan has
disappeared. Nobody can find him, including law enforcement.
Let that land for a second.
This man is on the ballot.
Alaskans are filling in bubbles, and the candidate has the same public
schedule as a missing cat. Now, maybe he's shy.
Maybe he went fishing. Maybe he's crouched in a
duck blind, blending in with the other decoys.
Honestly, most on-brand move that he's ever made,
Hey, to be honest,
But innocent people, they don't usually sprint away from a spotlight.
Nothing says I've done nothing wrong quite like an empty driveway.
So where in the world is Decoy Dan?
I feel like we're playing a worldwide game of Where's Waldo?
So let's go ahead and walk through the recipe.
It's impressive in the dumbest possible way.
Step one, find the Republican Senator, Dan Sullivan.
Step two, find another guy named Dan Sullivan.
Put him on the ballot and let confused voters do the rest.
That's the whole master plan,
guys. Somebody got paid to think of this idea.
Allegedly, the man that's doing the searching
was an operative named Jared Kurtz.
Picture him flipping through Alaska's phone book and
landing on the exact same name.
He didn't find a candidate, he found a lottery ticket.
And then it got even sillier.
Decoy Dan tried to change his middle initial from J to S.
The real Sullivan's logo? Copied. Rallies? Zero. Yard signs? Zero.
Dan Sullivan began months ago.
A staffer from Democratic Senate nominee Mary Peltola allegedly
received a directive from top campaign aides in the summer of 2025.
The instructions were simple
but unusual. Find as many people named Dan Sullivan
in Alaska as you can. The effort
reportedly included secret trips to communities across the state
and even the involvement of
of an operative named Jared Kurtz, who was.
brought in by Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee aides.
There's a money trail here as well, reportedly.
For FEC records, a pro-Peltola super PAC called
49th State PAC paid Wingspan Strategies,
a firm co-owned by Kurtz, about $87,000 this fall.
The Times reports it was Kurtz
who had made contact with one of the Dan Sullivans who,
quote, hated Trump, but liked Mary.
Dan J. Sullivan then entered the race.
He has insisted he is running voluntarily.
The DSCC, saying the DSCC is not involved with Dan J. Sullivan,
Republicans have a long history
of recruiting and propping up candidates
in an attempt to boost their own campaigns.
So the Times says it has text messages showing the DSCC
and Patola's campaign
communicated for months about this project.
In one text, a DSCC employee reportedly celebrated
when the Alaska Supreme Court ruled
The other Dan Sullivan.
was qualified to run.
Peltola is also denying the allegations.
This is just another distraction. It's another diversion.
Every day it's some new, you know, look over here moment.
Not Dan Sullivan, registered Republican,
incumbent, voted for this war in Iran 14 times.
This is not somebody who's working in our best interest.
And anybody who's working in our best interest isn't going
to talk about the nonsense. This is all stuff to sell newspapers.
Now, imagine Republicans were to pull this.
CNN would broadcast live from Alaska for a
month. In parkas, weeping.
You got a friend who swears elections are boring? Go ahead
and send them this video right now.
Go ahead and ruin that whole thought for them. Hit
share. It is the fastest thing you can do all day.
Second fastest, decoy Dan leaving
town. So then, of course, President Donald Trump walked up
to the microphone and, you
You know, Washington's least favorite.
Favorite game began. It's called Name the Names.
President Donald J. Trump didn't say
some people. He didn't say certain groups.
He read the list. Mark Elias, Norm Eason,
Reid Hoffman, Neville Roy Singham.
He called them criminals who abused the laws of our land.
At Mar-a-Lago, a reporter asked if he
was worried about the missing man. Trump's answer?
He knows he's guilty. When he pointed right
at Chuck Schumer and Mark Elias.
This is where it started, he said.
Now, here's the funny thing about Trump's labels.
They have an annoying habit of turning outright.
Annoying for his enemies, anyway.
Oh, and poor Chuck Schumer.
He only got a mention.
No poster, no spotlight.
The man's been in Washington 45 years,
and Chuck Schumer still can't even make the headliners list.
Give it time, Chuck.
I know you can do it.
It's reported that Dan J. Sullivan's whereabouts are unknown?
Are you concerned that he's- It's a fraud, and Daniel J. Sullivan tried
to change his middle initial to Daniel S. Sullivan,
as you know, and it's a fraud.
It's voter fraud at the highest level.
And he left the world, I mean,
nobody can find him now, so he knows he's guilty.
He knows he's guilty, it's a fraud on the people,
and when you look at that ballot,
nobody, I don't care, nobody knows what they're doing.
That is a total, it's a Democrat con job, and it was done by Schumer.
I mean, that really started with Schumer and Elias,
the lawyer, Elias, Mark Elias,
and I think they should be held criminally responsible.
So now, of course, the question
that cable news refuses to ask out loud,
what was in it for Decoy Dan? Now think about this, guys.
Nobody signs up to run for the United
States Senate and then skips out the campaign.
No speeches, no handshakes, no pancake breakfast.
This is not a candidate. This is a rental.
And rentals cost money. Follow the money.
It never lies. Trump named some very big wallets.
Reid Hoffman, Neville Roy Singham.
Men who can fund a political project the way that you and
I buy gum at a checkout line.
Nobody has proven who paid what here. Not yet. But this is what
investigators are for. And trust me, they're on it.
But picture it, guys. A man sells his name,
buys a one-way ticket out of town. Simple fix.
Freeze the bank accounts. Read the receipts.
Money talks, even when Dan won't.
Now, enter Nick Sorter, independent reporter,
no cable news budget, one plane ticket to Petersburg,
Alaska. Picture this town,
right? Fishing boats bobbing in the harbor,
mountains on every side. Three, about 3,000
people, not very many. You know,
the kind of place where everybody knows your name,
your truck, and what you ate for breakfast. Nick Sorter went in quiet.
30 hours, talked to locals, talked to officials,
and then he walked right up to Decoy Dan's
front door.
Knock, knock.
Nothing.
No footsteps, no curtain twitch, just Alaska wind and frozen fingers.
Perhaps a little snot rolling down his nose and instantly freezing.
For Petersburg, this is enormous.
Biggest scandal since the cops caught a couple
of teenagers sneaking cigarettes behind the
bait shop.
One guy with a phone found the house in a day,
CNN still looking for Alaska.
For 30 hours now, we have been covertly
in the small fishing village of Petersburg, Alaska.
Absolutely beautiful, beautiful town,
very small town where everybody knows everybody
didn't announce it for obvious reasons.
But we've got a lot of material. We spoke
with a lot of people. We spoke
with government officials. We have gone by.
Decoy Dan's house and the biggest question here
at this point is where in the world is Decoy Dan
supposedly he's fled
the town we'll find out
he lives over here i mean
the inside's actually kind
of cool i will say i won't show just just out
of respect for somebody that i probably shouldn't
be giving respect to like not gonna try
the doorknob obviously i guess the next movement
we might hear is uh you know police maybe dan lives
in the uh the coach house over here wipe my feet
I respect getting cold, like my hands are getting damaged by this.
So when I've done this in the past, when you knock on somebody's door,
even if they don't answer,
they're typically like, you hear like, you know,
something like somebody's moving around
because they don't like the idea that you're knocking on their door
or they're nervous or whatever it is.
It's not exactly
the most inhabited zone in America.
I will say, if Dan is actually here,
He's like hiding under the couch,
because there's no noise, there's no movement.
I'm very shocked by it. I was almost hoping there would
be at least a little bit of movement,
uh, just so that somebody could, you know,
call the the cop that lives on this island.
Now, look at the front yard, guys.
This is my favorite part, okay? When you run for Senate,
your yard should scream your name.
Giant signs, flags, maybe an inflatable eagle.
Decoy Dan's yard had one sign from the League of Women Voters,
Stand Up for Democracy. Not his name,
not his face, somebody else's slogan.
This is kind of like opening a pizza shop with a Burger King
King's sign out front.
Maybe we need to call, like, the coroner or something?
I mean, there's no movement in this house.
All right.
Yeah, so just to be clear,
we got that stand up for democracy, but let's tamp that down.
Democracy, vote 2026, League of Women Voters.
Apparently, I guess assuming that women
are too stupid to vote for the actual Dan Sullivan,
stand up for democracy.
So democracy means misleading the entire state
into accidentally bubbling in the wrong Dan Sullivan.
He tried to change his name
to Dan S. Sullivan instead of Dan J. Sullivan
so that he would appear exactly the same on the ballot.
Is that democracy?
Then it got even stranger than that, or dumber,
I'm not quite sure which. Maybe y'all help me.
A German news crew rolled into town, interviewing Alaskans.
Sorter says that they were hunting for
clips to make Trump look bad.
So he quietly recorded the people doing the recording.
Germany flew across an ocean for this story, guys.
CNN couldn't find it from New York.
Sorter's message? Foreign meddling
in our elections will not be tolerated.
Dank?
No thanks.
Meanwhile, Mark Elias went on camera and folks, he was hurting.
Trump hates me, he said.
Trump sued me.
Trump called me a racketeer.
Trump called me a bad person.
That's the list, guys.
That's the defense.
Not, I had nothing to do with this.
Not, here's the proof that I'm clear, I haven't done anything.
Just a list of
Mean things that the president said about him,
picture it guys, a whole state handed
a ballot with two Dan Sullivans on it.
And the man Trump blames, he wants a hug, aww, he wants a hug.
Care bear countdown?
Yeah.
Then Elias warned that if people don't fight back, we're doomed.
We might survive five days, maybe five weeks,
but not two years, doomed over a middle initial
guys.
But I am speaking out in every possible way I can,
notwithstanding the fact that Donald
Donald Trump has called me all kinds of names.
Notwithstanding the fact that Donald Trump hates me,
he has sued me, he's called me a racketeer,
he's called me a bad person, he said I'm trying to destroy the country.
Here's the thing, if we give in to this,
if we do not stand tall and we do not fight back,
and the people who have the ability
to do so do not speak out with everything they can,
then we are doomed. We may make it through the next five days,
we may make it through the next
five weeks, but we are not going to make it through
the next two years. And so when this
When this is over, when this election is over.
And we have defeated this next wave and the wave after that.
We need to have a serious conversation about what we
do when Democrats are in power.
We need to have a serious conversation
about what we do around accountability.
And because this is not going to get better for 2028.
I mean, if you think if you think it's bad now,
just imagine what what Donald Trump and
his ilk will do.
Now, somebody please get this man a blanket and a juice box.
Poor guy. And so now, of
course, the walls start moving, right?
Alaska State Representative David Eastman stepped
forward and said that he'll gladly testify.
His story? Jared Kurtz met with him, and he
tried to recruit him, too. Wait a second.
Recruit a Republican? Yep. According to Eastman,
Stephen Kurtz.
wasn't only hunting for fake Dan Sullivans,
he was actually shopping for Republicans willing
to sit on the ballot and split the vote.
A casting call for spoilers. Picture Kurtz knocking on doors,
looking for anyone who'll stand still and soak up some votes.
Then he stumbles onto a guy with
the exact same name as the Senator, Jackpot.
Except now one of the men he pitched is ready
to raise his hand and tell everything.
One witness can turn a scheme into a case,
And this one is talking.
Now here's the irony guys,
the most important witness in this whole mess is the one that
nobody can find.
Decoy Dan knows who called him,
Decoy Dan knows who pitched him, and who paid him if
anybody did.
So that makes him the most valuable man in Alaska,
worth more than a king crab boat.
So here's an idea, offer him a deal, immunity,
a war room, a hot cup of coffee, an electric blanket
In exchange, he
He sings like a canary. Names, dates, phone calls, all of it.
And one question deserves
an answer. Did somebody tell him to lie low until
the votes are counted? Because the timing
is awfully convenient.
Investigators find people for a living. They're very good at
it. Somewhere in Alaska,
there's a cabin with a very nervous man inside. Dan, go ahead
and answer the door, sir. Now meet Alan Dershowitz,
former Harvard law professor, defended a president
On the Senate floor, written more law
books than most people have ever read,
not exactly a guy in a MAGA hat yelling
from a pickup truck, he was asked,
is this just a dirty trick or crime?
His answer? It crosses the line to crime.
Plain English. When people team up
to trick voters into picking the wrong person,
that is what we like to call a conspiracy.
And that can be a five-year felony.
Is this just a bad, dirty trick if she knows anything about it,
or is this a violation of the law
No, I think it crosses the line to crime.
There is a Second Circuit opinion that basically says
if you get a conspiracy, a conspiracy,
and here there's clearly a conspiracy,
had all these Democratic operatives working together,
a conspiracy to deny people their
civil rights or to defraud voters
and mislead them into voting for the wrong person, that could rise
to the level of a felony, a five-year felony.
So the Justice Department is doing the right thing
by filing a lawsuit.
The Alaska authorities are doing the right thing by looking at this.
And if there ends up being a criminal prosecution,
a conspiracy prosecution of the people
who were involved in creating this sham candidate, that would,
I think, come within the statute and be constitutional and lawful.
The just a sort of a note of reference,
which is Alaska started early voting back in August, August 5th.
So I'm not so sure this would have any impact on on the outcome.
This new I mean, I actually the Donald what it would make
an outcome on whether or not on who they chose.
Dan Daniel asked her, Daniel J. But whether or not she's involved
or someone didn't want to vote for under the suspicion she's involved,
that's probably that's over because of the early voting.
Conspiracy doesn't require an unlawful result.
And even if there is no impact on the election,
the conspiracy has already occurred.
That is people have gotten together and agreed to violate
the voting rights of Alaska citizens by misleading and defrauding them.
So even if it has no impact
on the election, the crime has been completed.
If it does have an impact on the election,
Then I think we'll see lawsuits undoing the election
and the Senate itself can refuse to seat
the so called winning candidate if the winning candidate won by fraud.
So this is far from over.
I think we're just seeing the beginning
of something that may very well culminate in
criminal charges. Now here's the kicker,
the crime is finished the moment that they agree to it,
even if not one vote changes.
Now, if it does change the outcome,
Dershowitz says that the Senate can refuse to seat the
winner. Now, imagine winning a Senate race
and then getting stopped at the door. Sorry,
you're not on the list. Oh, and then came the excuse.
An interviewer shrugged on live TV.
Early voting in Alaska started August 5th,
so this probably won't change anything, right? Wrong.
Simple math, guys. No calculator needed.
Let's just say the real Dan loses by 4,000 votes
and the fake Dan Sullivan gets 5,000 votes.
Who were those 5,000 votes really for? A guy with no
rallies, no signs, and no forwarding address?
Please. Those votes were meant for the real
Sullivan. Ain't nobody know this other fake decoy Dan.
And the Democrat who walks away smiling is
Mary Peltola. So here's my fix, guys, free of charge.
Take every one of those votes for the
fake Sullivan and hand it over to the real one.
Done. Let's just make it simple.
This is not complicated. This is just counting.
So the Department of Justice stepped in. It sued
Alaska to block certification of the results
while this whole mess gets sorted out. And believe it or
not, a federal judge said no. Appointed by Barack Obama.
Real shocker, guys. The reason? Something
called standing. Plain English,
you can't sue over this because the court can't fix it. A fake
candidate on a real ballot and the court can't fix it?
Oh, this is very comforting.
The DOJ is appealing, and with President Trump
in the White House, I promise you this is
far from over.
Now, picture that milk carton one more time,
you know, that face, the name.
Somebody is going to find Decoy Dan,
and he's got a lot of explaining to do.
Now folks, here we land today, you got a fake candidate,
a copied name, a missing man, and
the man that President Trump blames is upset about his feelings.
CNN missed it, the machine tried to bury it,
and you found it right here on the Ron Yates show
Think of one person in your life
who still believes every vote should count the way it
was meant to.
Send them this video, guys.
Not to make them angry.
Send it so that they know that somebody is watching
and that this fight is far from over.
And remember what I asked at the top.
If we delivered, hit the like button on the way out.
One second is free.
Still the only vote in America that nobody can fake.
So we'll see you on the next one
because trust me guys, there's a lot more coming.
Maybe even decoy Dan.
