Ladies and gentlemen, yesterday evening, we had an American
Airlines Boeing 737 MAX 8 landing gear catch fire.
The left main wheels caught fire.
Now this was prior to takeoff which makes little sense.
Everyone escaped unhurt
and they were actually coming down two of these slides
here that I will show you. Again a Boeing plane.
Who will they blame for this?
How do rear tires catch fire before you take off?
Well, this was an aborted takeoff.
A hundred and...
173 passengers and six crew members on board.
Minor injuries were reported, but no hospitalizations were required.
Let's take a look at more good times with Boeing.
You can see they're in quite a hurry.
The entire cabin did fill with smoke
and they had no idea of knowing what was going on.
You can see the rear tires on fire here.
They actually started sliding down the rear slide as well,
going just about right over the fire.
You'll see that in just a second.
There's the rear slide deployed.
Remember, 173 people on board.
Six crew members, that is quite a few people to get off that plane.
So, another Boeing incident,
this time an American Airlines, of course, a 737 MAX 8.
This one at Denver, Colorado Airport.
What a situation.
You can see the rear slide there.
They're coming down the rear slide.
Looks like they did get the fire out.
Oh
Unbelievable, folks.
You can imagine it did take some time to deplane that many passengers.
This actually goes on for some time.
God bless.
I don't fly anymore.
I flew twice a week for 30 years.
I think I'm just fine here on the ground.
God bless.
