The DOJ and FBI have a huge problem on their hands. They told the public the investigation was over on Jeffrey Epstein just yesterday, and Tom Fitton with Judicial Watch filed a FOIA request late yesterday seeking any and all documents associated with this case since the FBI and DOJ indicated the case was over. I guess they all forgot. That those documents, files, and tapes are public record and subject to all FOIA requests. Now, Kash Patel and Pam Bondi have told the judge handling the request, quote, we're still reviewing the Epstein records for crimes and cannot release them. This after they publicly signaled it's game over as far as the investigation. This is epic. I hope Tom Fitton has protection. Yes, after the FOIA request, the DOJ, under attorney Pam Bondi, has been caught speaking out of both sides of her mouth. The DOJ insiders have quietly told a federal judge they're still sitting through Jeffrey Epstein's records, including potential names of high-profile clients. The very same agency issued a memo declaring no more documents would ever see the light of day. Guess they forgot how the law reads. Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog group relentlessly pursuing accountability, revealed in a court filing that the DOJ and FBI claim they are still reviewing records in response to a Freedom of Information Act request or FOIA request lawsuit seeking documents on Epstein's network of elites and cannot release them at this time to the public. This is absolutely epic, ladies and gentlemen. These records include names of his clients, communications regarding the infamous client Liz, and any and all materials housed within either Department of the FBI or Department of Justice. This, just one day. After a purposely leaked DOJ FBI memo surfaced claiming the government has already provided the maximum information that it intends to and has no intention of releasing anything else. While it's not their decision, the information has to be released via the FOIA request. The old bait and switch is against the law and the public owns those records, not you two wannabe attorneys. This is also one day after the Justice Department and FBI told the American people that no more Epstein material will be released or is available, telling a federal judge and court just the opposite as soon as the FOIA request was made. The Epstein FOIA review is proceeding, said Judicial Watch's President Tom Fitton. We will be relentless in demanding transparency under our law of our nation, and I know Tom Fitton will not sell out.
