Developing now, two more teenagers were just arrested
for allegedly beating up a disabled
teen at a bonfire. That brings the total number of arrests to four.
You see their mugshots right
here. Chris Lindsay joining us live in Volusia County.
So Chris, the sheriff says the poor
victim doesn't even want to leave his house anymore.
Yes, he says he's recovering well
physically, but he's still dealing with the emotional toll.
He showed up to a party and
and was allegedly jumped by people he doesn't even know.
Grizzly attack of a handicapped man caught on camera.
When I first saw it, the first reaction was I want to throw up.
It happened at a bonfire in Tiger Bay State Forest while it was closed.
The young man seen getting punched, kicked and choked out,
the sheriff says, is physically disabled
and couldn't have fought back even if he wanted to.
He couldn't even throw a punch. He couldn't do anything.
And I think when you look at it, when you watch the video,
I don't even think he knew what hit him the first time.
Because he just walks up and he gets sucker punched.
Two teens were arrested shortly after it happened.
18-year-old Cody Stripling and 19-year-old Sebastian Bowers.
Wait, what? I just came out of my house.
Sebastian, stop.
On Wednesday...
Two more arrests were made,
18-year-old Logan Levesque and 19-year-old Casey Knight,
each of them charged with aggravated abuse of a disabled adult,
strangulation, and battery.
They're all looking at felonies, and they're looking at something
that's going to follow them for the rest of their lives.
And I hope and pray that's exactly what happens.
They should be known for what they did.
It says one of the suspects told detectives the victim said something
inappropriate about a woman, so they jumped in to defend her.
However, detectives say they haven't found any evidence that justifies
the alleged attack. Both Levesque and Knight appeared in court today.
