Video Summary
AI GeneratedThe Giants and Commanders face off in a matchup characterized by high volatility and uncertainty. While Washington may be the stronger team on paper, injuries to Jayden Daniels and the absence of Stefon Diggs create risks. The Giants rely on Winston's high-risk, high-reward style, while poor weather and defensive vulnerabilities suggest a sloppy, unpredictable game.
Giants and Commanders, we mentioned earlier in the show
that the Commanders get back their quarterback, Jaden Daniels.
Washington last week played toe-to-toe with Arizona,
made a big play at the end of the game in order to win that.
I think the final was 36-24,
but the game was right down to the last play of the game.
Giants end up winning that one,
and certainly they could win this one too,
although on paper, Washington probably the better team of the two.
maybe some offense coming as uh Winston you know had had
a Winston game last week a couple of
touchdowns a couple of picks and i expect that to continue today
but as we talked about Joe it's
like wide open you know like any of these teams can beat each other
and so you know generally
speaking i like to go points if that's the scenario
but i i do think Washington's a little
bit undervalued at this point uh two years ago
this was a team on the doorstep of the Super Bowl
they lost their quarterback last year
and that led to a disastrous season i know they're still
not 100 healthy but i'm not ready to just throw
the towel in on anyone in this division because
there's really nobody wants to win it yeah
to me this game feels like a very sloppy
game uh you have weather concerns
and as well with some of the rain on the east coast side of things
so uh this is a tricky one Cam Skeddo
was healthy enough to play with the shoulder injury
so that's a good thing but last week we were all
in and we talked about why we should be all in
with the Giants and Winston and the scenario there.
And we were right, right? This was the
YOLO ball Winston game with neighbors
that we're all waiting for this week. I don't feel as good
about this. Uh, the Commanders defense shows up
and they are aggressive and that's going to
lead to turnovers. And I think the sloppiness
in this football game leads me towards an over
because I just think you could see a score on defense
and that would impact this total a great
deal, uh, more likely on the Commanders side than on the Giants side.
Uh, also the Giants defense,
i have real concerns about as well uh going forward in this game
so the volatility of this
one for the 41 and a half i'll take
the over i think there's gonna be a lot of weirdness in this
game a lot of stuff you can't control
so don't bother uh this just came across recently actually
in between our last break Terry McLaurin is going to play this week
so he is active Stefon Diggs is
not which means you're gonna see a little bit
more Antonio Williams working in this game
if i like the run game more
for the Commanders i feel more confident but i just don't they sign
Austin Ekeler whose best days
are unfortunately behind him great guy great running back but
unfortunately i just don't know what he's got left in the tank
so helping this team right now i think
is inconclusive to me i don't see how he does
and Jayden Daniels also not 100 healthy
playing through this injury i think is a major risk
so once again so much chaos potentially in
this game i think it leads towards some points
but not the pretty kind of points that we can
control like last week more of the ugly where you see scores
on defense and scores in weird
ways because field position gets given up in weird circumstances
