Sometimes the thought of labor.
Everybody's strapped in.
One good setting, one very good setting.
You got one deep sauce?
No one, no!
Good morning LA Weekly, good morning Saf.
How is everybody doing?
Welcome to episode 11.
You join us on Maintenance Mondays as always
and we're not actually that busy today.
Or probably we was this morning but I've arrived a little bit late.
Check this baby out.
We have a new toy at the showroom.
Porsche 911 GT3 RS in this Hulk green.
Can't wait to take you guys out for a drive in that.
As-salamu alaykum.
How are you Bia?
I'm lovely.
All good Alhamdulillah.
Looking very, very, very fresh.
I like your haircut.
All good Alhamdulillah.
I know we're going to get pulled up on this but we didn't grout the floor.
No, no we have but it's ungrouted itself.
Oh the building's so much cleaner.
Big shout out to Real Clean.
Karl and his team.
Oh guys come on.
Everybody just wants to kill my fish.
Saf you've worked it out by now what we need to do don't you?
Oh it's tripped I think.
For now what we have to do is because there's no reserve tank.
Oh sh** we've got no water.
How are you lad?
Everyone's looking fresh today haircut and go on in.
Beautiful Alhamdulillah.
I called him I said can you come out?
He said I'm in the car but I'll come out next week.
Tell him next week when the fish are dead.
Yeah when the fish are dead.
So I've turned the skim off and that's the best I've got.
Look, look, listen to this.
Can you hear that?
I had to do that because I sat down.
So you've just got to shake it around.
You've just got to wake it up.
Maintenance man this.
Okay I think we've got to work with gravity a little bit here.
It's just in future if this is happening just keep shaking that until it waits up.
But other than that it's all good to go.
It's all happening.
All right.
Ladies and gentlemen it is Monday.
The weather outside is beautiful.
Another beautiful start to the week.
We've had a lot of inquiries come through over the weekend regarding car hire.
On our socials, from emails and some phone calls that we need to get back to as well.
So we're going to be getting on to all of that.
The team are flat out doing just that as well in our next door in his own office.
Alhamdulillah everything is under control.
Mashallah, mashallah.
Say mashallah brother.
Mashallah.
The conveyor belt has been extended.
Right we do have a GT3 RS downstairs.
There's nothing like a naturally aspirated Porsche engine.
High revving Porsche engine.
They sound absolutely incredible.
If you haven't already heard a 911 GT3 RS before.
Make sure you stay tuned in this video.
Because we're going to have some fun in a short while.
I'm going to take you out in it.
Take you around the car.
It's my first time experiencing the car as well.
I'm going to let it rip.
Hear some noise on that.
Big shout out to my friend for dropping that off to us.
It's going to be fun to try it out.
But it's also going to be super tempting not to buy one.
Porsches are always mega.
Office is super tidy, clean.
The conveyor belt is full.
We've got to extend this extended conveyor belt.
It's all happening.
Monday's LA Weekly.
Let's get it.
Good morning, Mr. Iqbal.
How are you, lad?
I'm all good, thank you.
It's not how you park.
Free.
Free?
Not setting a good example for the Nikkei, are you, lad?
Pops, this is one of the filthiest colour looms I've ever seen.
Soon you're not going to have anyone wanting to even inquire about this car.
I'll tell you what it is.
Let's just strip the grille.
Make a mess of it.
Of course not.
But we'll get him to do it properly inside, innit?
Get the proper job done.
Get that.
Get all them little bits and pieces off.
And then we'll just get it in and we'll crack on with this.
As I mentioned, you guys are probably thinking,
well, why on earth do you not stay on top of this?
We want the cars to look just as good as all the others.
But unfortunately, some cars, they're just so busy, they require time.
Time which we don't have, otherwise we'll lose customers.
Right, Pops?
Yeah.
But do customers not complain about the front grille?
Sometimes there's no winning with Mr. Iqbal.
Right.
We're going to have some meetings, crack on with a bit of Monday,
and then we'll go out in the GT3 RS.
I promise you, I will take you out.
I promise you, I promise you.
Look, look at the keys.
I promise you, I will take you out.
What's going on here?
Got my apprentice working today.
Well, we realised that this is probably not going to be able
to go into the workshop to have the grille done.
So we thought we'd just take off the topaz skin altogether.
We're authorised topaz dealers as well.
Yeah.
So this is all professional work.
The good thing about this, guys, is that it's actually reversible.
So the paint that was painted onto the grille is topaz skin,
has a very nice high-gloss finish.
It's been on the car now for over 70,000 miles.
So it's done its fair share of good work.
86,000 miles.
Sorry, 86,000 miles.
So it's done its job.
However, the durability that we need, it needs to be permanent,
just like the other Rolls-Royce Cullinan, the black or the red interior.
So for now, we're going to peel the grille away so that it looks good.
It looks like a normal Rolls-Royce Cullinan without the patches in it.
We have brand new wheels arriving from Forgiato for this Cullinan,
also for our new Cullinans that are arriving as well.
We have a white Rolls-Royce Cullinan on the way
and another black Cullinan with orange interior,
brand new with starlight headlining.
So in total, inshallah, we will have four Cullinans by March, April, inshallah.
All right, let's get this one looking mint
and you'll see the results towards the end of the day.
And hopefully in between messing about with this car,
we're going to take the GT3 RS out for a spin.
I promise you, I promise you, we are going to take the GT3 RS out for a spin.
I know you guys have been saying, Alim, there is a lack of exhaust,
speed and energy coming from you when it comes to the cars.
Well, look no further.
We have the naturally aspirated king here.
So we're going to go out that in a bit, a little bit of work.
Give me about an hour or so.
Right, see you guys in a bit.
Yo, bro, you told us you're going to take us for a ride.
What's going on?
I know, I know, I know, but it's very important that we do this as well.
It's so fiddly, sir.
Like right into the edges.
These struts, shall we say, are actually the hardest part to strip.
But we're getting there, slow and steady.
It's just these two sides and the grille that we're going to remove for now
just to make the car a bit more presentable.
And then it's going to be going in to get painted full black.
So you want to go out in the GT3 RS then, do you?
I'm just waiting.
At least somebody cares about the LA Weekly crowd, hey?
Hey, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Just because you bring in briyani for lunchtime every week, right,
doesn't mean that we have the pleasure of doing that as well.
We have to go get ourselves some lunch.
What that means?
What?
People send you CVs, dude.
For what?
Chef?
No.
Oh.
Wife.
Oh.
This guy, man.
This guy.
What are you doing?
Right, ladies and gentlemen, the official colour of this Porsche is lizard green.
And the key is matching with the car.
Moving on into the interior of the GT3 RS,
we've got the 918 style seats with the lizard green contrasted suede down the middle.
Perforated, very breathable, good comfort.
Now, it also has a three-point harness.
All right, check this.
All right, we're strapped in.
We are not going anywhere now.
The seats, they're a lot more comfortable.
You're not slipping and sliding when you're hitting the corners at hundreds of miles an hour.
Let's start her up.
Right, let's pull her out and show you a little bit more.
Woohoo!
You haven't even heard half the car yet.
There's a rev limiter on it, so it can't go over 3,000.
Wait, actually, let me give you the exact number.
Yeah, it doesn't go over 4,000 revs.
Bearing in mind that this car does scream all the way to about 9,000 RPM.
So yeah, you haven't even heard half of the car yet.
Now, a lot of people would say,
Alim, Porsches, they're supposed to be black, gray, silver.
That's what we normally see all Porsches at.
But this lizard green one really is super exciting.
You can get them in purples, in oranges, in greens.
But yeah, I really like this one.
It's also got the ceramic brakes as well.
Ample stopping power, especially if you're on track.
Get that heat into the brakes and then it's going to be performing like a dream.
This isn't our only green car that we have here at Platinum.
If you just look just over there, we have a Lamborghini in green as well.
Very, very similar color.
Right, I think our lunchtime has been ordered.
Our food is ready.
And shortly, we should get moving, get cracking.
I have some family over today visiting.
They also had to come and drop off a car.
Yeah, we're going to take them out in the GT3 RS and see what they think of it as well.
Where are they?
Subad!
You ready to roll?
Let's go.
Yeah.
All right, then.
Are you ready?
All right.
All right, ladies and gentlemen, you join us.
On our lunch break in the GT3 RS.
This is the first time.
Whoa, lift suspension.
Even though it's a track car, it does have lift suspension.
Key when you're living around Birmingham.
Now, the differences between the GT3 RS and the Turbo.
Main difference, obviously, is the power.
This is a naturally aspirated car.
And that is a Turbo car, which means there is absolutely no delay, no lag in this car.
When you want the power, it's instant.
It's telling me to fasten my seatbelt, but I have.
Oh, okay.
I've got to fasten both of them.
All right.
Bloody hell, there's so many straps here.
So even though the three-point harness has got me strapped in, I love it.
Carbon here as well.
But more importantly, it's that sound.
It's that sound that all us petrolheads love.
And that's the make or the break when you come to finding a supercar.
It just wants to keep going.
It just wants to keep being pushed.
It's that type of engine.
And revs all the way to 9,000 rpm.
It can really, really scream through them revs.
You've got to get some heat in those tyres.
Otherwise, it's pretty dangerous, this thing is.
Listen.
It's just so responsive.
I feel in such control of the car.
The way it plants itself.
The way it handles.
It's so directive.
The braking is so sharp, so tight.
I would have so much confidence on track with this car.
Let's see what we can get.
Ladies and gentlemen, my verdict for this car is...
It's barbaric.
It's brutal.
Mashallah.
An absolutely stunning car.
A beautiful car.
I would love to get some more time with this car.
Maybe we might do an official review with it.
But yeah, that was our little lunch break in the GT3 RS.
Yeah, we're gonna go munch into our lunch.
Saf, did you enjoy your little ride?
Right, let's get it.
All the pesos, we got everything.
Can I meet you?
Yeah, of course.
You're meeting me now.
Let's go.
Can I have a picture with you?
Instagram, mate.
It means a lot to me.
How are you, sir?
I'm good, I'm good.
All good.
You're right, I'm getting on with it.
You live around here?
Yeah, I've just moved to Reynolds, Stetsford.
Yeah, yeah.
It's not far.
Eight to ten minutes from here, yeah.
Well, inshallah, when you have some more time during the week,
more than welcome, inshallah, I'll be there.
Thank you, sir.
Thank you so much.
That's it, sir.
Likewise, sir.
Thank you so much.
Right, guys.
So, do you think this is why Mads left his car here with us?
Because he felt like he was gonna get himself into a lot of trouble.
Ladies and gentlemen, the verdict.
This car, I would give it a straight 9.5 out of 10.
This is some serious fun and I think if I had one of these...
9.5?
Yeah.
What's the 0.5, you see?
It's just a little bit clunky and I can't adjust the seat to...
You know, because it's just one fixed seat, carbon seat.
That's no problem.
But yeah, fantastic car and one that will live in the memory books for some time.
If I had this car, I think I would probably lose my license very, very quickly.
It's time for lunch.
Let's get some chicken downers, baby.
Okay, one for you, sir, and one for Mads.
You need to be a stock number, sir.
You don't think, do you?
This is going out in the morning.
There's probably no way you're getting down.
Okay.
MashaAllah, what about all this?
Yeah, it's coming off.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
It's just going to go over the top bit first and then the finer details...
Don't point at me.
It was your idea, so you started it.
You can finish it.
Good luck.
You're doing a great job.
Thanks, Pops.
You'll make a good stripper when I can act 12 past.
Do you want to ask him?
Huh?
Do you want to ask him?
Yeah, I feel as meekly as I look at the Madison.
Well, I actually like watching these meetings because it's completely
away from the industry that I work in, and it makes me enjoy watching.
And he presents it very, very well.
It's phenomenal.
He's got a team now.
I need to find lessons and everything.
You might as well just call this promotion weekly.
Promotion week?
Promotion weekly.
What do you like about LA Weekly, Nadez?
Devante is very good at LA Weekly.
Yes?
Good user.
Wow, guys.
From next week onwards, we're going to be losing a cast member.
Nargis is leaving us.
Comment below if you think Nargis is losing his drive or will to work here.
Right, we're going to carry on now.
Enough nonsense.
Let's get straight back to it.
They used to roll back in the days.
How's it going there?
How's it looking?
Oh, look, you can play a song on this.
I'm going to play a symphony.
What tune is this?
Sounds like Alton Towers when you're going up on the ride and it's going up like this.
And then you go to the top before it's about to do the U-turn, it goes like this.
And everyone's like, oh, it's about to go.
And then you hear one more.
We're not normal, are we?
Oh, yeah, it's very normal eating the spiciest briyani in the world
every single day with about a litre of coke.
Very normal, that.
It's not Warren Buffett, this one.
Right, guys, we're going to crack on with this.
Enough messing about.
Mondays, Maintenance Mondays.
It's been a good one, very chilled.
I had to strip the grill on that after seeing a comment from you guys saying,
hold on a second, what's happened to Aleem's Rolls-Royce colouring?
What's happened to the paintwork on the front of it?
Well, it's peelable paint.
We're stripping her all down.
We're going to give her a wash and she's going to look absolutely stunning.
The boys are flat out upstairs in the offices.
Alhamdulillah, a very, very blessed start to the week.
Right, let's carry on working and we'll see you shortly.
LA Weekly, baby.
Make sure you give it a thumbs up if you're enjoying it so far.
We'll see you soon.
Let's go.
Ladies and gentlemen, so we've been working all day on peeling the grill
and we came to the struts and we realised that it's so time-consuming.
What have we got ourselves into?
So we went to the good old method of jet washing, as Nahid will demonstrate now.
It comes off like a knife going through butter.
Right, fire away.
Door away.
It's got to be good.
It's like a brand new grill.
You're actually a professional, you are.
Pardon?
You're a professional.
Thank you, father.
Ask Yanni if he can give you a job.
See, guys, if you guys tell me my cars don't look good, trust me,
I'm going to put the effort in and we'll make sure that they look good.
It says to me that if there's a problem with the grill on the Cullinan,
you'd best come again.
Peelable paint, baby.
All right, guys, there we have it.
Maintenance Mondays, a successful day, alhamdulillah, behind me.
We have the Rolls-Royce Cullinan.
This is the same Cullinan that I've been pulling up to the cameras with
for the last five, six, seven episodes.
I've been saying how we're going to refresh the front end up
and all that sort of stuff.
Unfortunately, we physically do not have the time
to put this into the workshop for the black pack
because there is just so much work to be done.
There is just so many jobs.
We cannot be letting down our customers, our clients.
For that reason, we took things into our own hands.
We decided to strip away the front grill, strip away the flying lady,
get some chrome polish onto it, refresh the front end,
take it back to factory, take it back to stock,
and I think it looks absolutely gorgeous.
As well as the exterior, we've gone in for a full interior clean as well.
This is a very bright color, but not only have we cleaned it today,
we've gone over all the chromes, polished up all the chromes,
made sure all the buttons are working, everything is dust free.
Yeah, it's like one out of a box.
As well as the Rolls-Royce Cullinan, we have the Rolls-Royce Phantom 8,
the Dawn, the Wraith, the Drophead, another Phantom,
some Lambos, the GT3 RS, all which are shining like a diamond,
looking fresh, clean, just the way that we like it.
The floor is clean, the building is clean.
We are set to demolish this week.
LA Weekly, Mondays, it's over.
Tuesdays, let's get it.
Oh, my God.
As-salamu alaykum, bro.
Wa'alaykum as-salam.
Good morning, LA Weekly.
Good morning, Saf.
Whoa.
What a start to the morning, Mashallah.
Beautiful weather.
The GT3 RS, strap yourself into the three-point harness.
It's one of the best cars that I have ever driven, no cap.
Amazing car.
Good morning.
How are you, sir?
That car is definitely an 11 out of 10, that is stunning!
But you know what we need to do, Bhaiya?
We need to get that car upstairs because you need to get it away from me as soon as possible.
What reports, man?
Try something very spirited.
No, no, no, no, I've been very scared of this car.
That is some fun.
Completely different to the type of cars that I normally drive.
It's very track-focused, very performance-orientated, and you have to be a real, real proper driver
to really extract the potential out of that.
As-salamu alaykum.
How are you?
What's going on?
I'm moving some cars upstairs.
As-salamu alaykum, Nam Bhai.
As-salamu alaykum.
How are you?
Well, let's get this car away from me as soon as possible, that GT3 RS.
It's the best car I've ever driven.
Can't get out of it.
All I want to do all day is just drive.
You're quite out of it now.
Oh, no, I am, I know.
It's going to come upstairs now.
Smells of fuel, metal, cogs.
How are you, Majbhai?
I'm good.
Majbhai, we have a little complaint.
What's that?
This week.
Definitely, we need to get the shout-outs in.
I'm going to sit down with Saf tomorrow morning.
Yes.
Right?
And I'm going to do all the shout-outs.
Okay.
And then there'll be no complaints.
Do you want to tell them why we haven't done the shout-outs for the last two weeks?
How busy have you been?
Just back-to-back.
Exactly.
We say on a Monday morning we'll do it, and then you don't see me all week.
Nam Bhai, today is an office day with you, so I have come appropriately dressed for your
office day.
Yesterday, I was dressed for an hour here.
Today, I am dressed for you.
I thought you were going to do a portrait.
Come on, brother.
You know me now.
I do a half job.
Portrait, landscape, stories.
I'm ready for the website.
I'm ready for the socials.
We're going to sit down shortly, and we're going to go through it all.
Bang out some orders.
Because from just posting those three pictures.
The awards are posting the GT3 RS on the story.
Oh, ****.
All right.
Do you want to give a disclaimer as well as children that will be phoning you at lunchtime?
Another disclaimer.
The M3 and the GT3 RS are not for hire.
Are not for hire.
Thank you.
Do you like my shade of blue, though?
I thought I'd change it up.
And me black trainers.
And my black jacket.
I've got like six, seven different blue jeans.
And no one will ever clock which ones are which.
That's literally the best thing that you can do.
I'm old school, old school.
Am I as old school for you?
Did you see the award I won on, I think it was episode eight or nine.
Right.
Someone said I got the loosest jeans in the world.
Bro, that's a man's jean.
That's straight fit.
Am I loose enough?
No, it's mashaAllah.
You know what?
My rule growing up for me and my brother was your jeans got to go over your trainers.
Let me just check this.
Yeah.
You know what?
MashaAllah.
I've got thinner legs.
I'd rather see that on you than see man's walk around like that.
Oh, no, no, no, no, no.
Not that.
You mean like Geordie Shore style stuff?
Nah, nah.
None of that.
New car sales, please.
Tristan, if possible.
He's not here, I'm afraid.
He's due back at the dealership tomorrow.
Anybody?
Anybody in new car sales?
No, anyone in new car sales?
911.
Iqbal.
I want to order two 911 Turbo S's.
One for myself.
And one for my brother-in-law.
One eternity later.
Sorry, there's nobody available?
If you can just get them to call me back as soon as possible.
We're just going around in circles now.
I really need to speak to somebody.
Please.
Thank you.
You see?
I know that Porsches have a long waiting list.
I'm not trying to get one in the next 6 months, 8 months, 12 months.
I don't even care if it's next year or the year after.
Can I not just get my order in?
All I want is a 911 Turbo S that I can drive daily.
It's my favourite car.
Or was.
To be honest, I might forget about all these cars when the Bugatti comes.
Let's call a different Porsche dealership whilst we're waiting.
Pops, can I borrow your other iPhone?
Thank you so much.
Good afternoon, Peter.
It's Mr. Iqbal speaking.
Aleem, how are you?
I'm very well, Mr. Iqbal. How are you?
Good, thank you.
I just wanted to speak to you about a couple of Porsche orders regarding two 911 Turbo S's.
One was for my brother-in-law and one for myself.
He sent over the order forms.
We were told that we can't do it.
The weight is not the issue.
I'm not asking for an early car.
I'm not asking for nothing like that.
All I want is just to be able to put down my deposit and draw out a car from Porsche Soliol,
as it is my nearest dealership, my home dealership.
Where are we at with this, Peter?
I need to look into this whole situation in regards to you placing the order
and what happened in regards to the cancellations.
We do, on every new car order, which is Porsche, part of our operating guidelines,
we have to do a due diligence process.
Peter, may I pass you over to my father?
He's just sitting opposite me now.
He knows a bit more details about it.
His name is Salim.
I'll pass it over now.
Hi, Peter.
You called me back.
You said, look, I want to take the order, but I can't because due diligence won't let me.
If that's the case, that you guys feel more comfortable in suddenly getting the private name,
then I'll order both of them on my son's name, yeah?
Yeah, absolutely.
Well, if you could look into that and come back to us.
And if that's the case...
Yeah, by all means.
By all means, we can do it.
Are you interested in anything else used at the moment?
No, nothing at all.
Just two 911 Turbo S Coupes.
We're going to spec them identically.
And just order them in my son's name, both of them.
He'll pay the deposit out of his account, and he'll pay for the cars out of his account.
Perfect.
Peter, you're a gentleman.
Thank you, sir.
No problem, Salim.
Speak soon.
Bye-bye.
Right.
Well, there we are.
We've got some progress.
Only like 25 minutes into the office, already spent some money.
This is dangerous territory.
Maybe that Porsche GT3 RS really fired up the Porsche bug in me.
Tristan, if you're watching this, buddy, I'm expecting your call.
Sell me a car.
Right.
Let's go on downstairs, and let's see what the boys are up to.
Sal.
Yeah?
You know why we ordered two?
Why?
It wasn't actually for my brother.
It was one for me and one for you.
Yeah.
Hey.
That was a secret, man.
Madboy.
How are you?
I'm good.
Did you like the Rolls-Royce Cullinan this morning?
I actually thought it was a brand new one you'd got delivered.
No.
Honestly.
No, I looked at it properly.
I thought, what?
Let's have a walk over here.
Listen to this.
Imagine why I thought we bought a new Cullinan.
I walked past it first.
Look at the car.
So, I've gone in.
I've walked right past it.
I'm looking at it.
Maybe it's got damage on it.
Yeah.
The grill's so shiny.
Yeah, it's brand spanking.
Did the customer like it this morning?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
He loved it.
We just, you know, it's been like that for the last few episodes.
And I just thought to myself, I can't have customers take it.
Even though they always come back with a smile.
They leave with a smile, come back with a smile.
It had to be done.
So, whilst we were peeling it, with the heat gun in our hands, you know, nah, here the
night.
And I tell you what, I've got to give him a shout out.
Why?
Do you know what I've called him from?
He's got a new name now.
What is it?
Lightning Recovery Puncture Repairs.
Lightning?
Lightning Recovery Puncture Repairs.
What's that all about?
So, on Saturday, I had a puncture on the Cullinan in Leicester.
I don't know if I'm allowed to say it on camera, but he turned up to Leicester in under half
an hour.
Yeah, that can happen.
He changed the tyre.
Obviously, he flew there in a helicopter, didn't he?
In six minutes, he changed the tyre on the Cullinan.
I was timing him.
Did you?
I actually gave him a hug and I still can't give you a shout out.
Bolt on, bolt off situation.
Honestly, well done.
He's a lifesaver.
And he's on his way.
So, shout out to Nahid.
Shout out, Nahid.
Lightning, Lightning Recovery Puncture Repairs.
Yeah.
It's just a, it's just been born.
And the car just, oh look, it's Tristan from Porsche.
Tristan!
I'm all good.
How are you?
Right, guys.
It is Tuesday, LA Weekly.
It's all happening.
We're buying cars.
Getting some bookings in.
You know, the usual stuff.
You know how it all happens.
Beautiful weather.
We're going to get the GT3 RS upstairs.
Get the cars all nicely displayed upstairs as well.
And that's it.
The usual stuff.
Let's bang out some work, baby.
Let's go.
Another beauty.
Another modern day classic has arrived at Penn.
It is the beautiful SLS.
This will be going in for a wash.
And then will be stored upstairs alongside some of the other cars.
The SLS is one of my favorite Mercedes-Benz.
And this one in this metallic white, pearly white is absolutely stunning.
With the red leather interior as well.
These gullwing doors are absolutely iconic for Mercedes-Benz.
If you know about the 300 SL, you know it's now nearly a 1.4 million pound car.
And this is the modern day version of it.
The coupe version.
The doors going up.
There's some fun facts about this car.
Such as that if you do end up toppling the car over,
there is gas canisters that cause the doors to explode, blow off.
So, yeah, you can get out of the car if it's on its roof.
But yeah, another one.
GT3 RS, SLS, washed, cleaned, upstairs.
Let's get it.
LA Weekly, baby.
LA Weekly, it's time for a Tuesday debrief.
We have been bang at it in the office.
Business as usual.
Lots of emails.
Lots of quotes going out.
Lots of bookings.
And all that sort of stuff.
Look at the new lift.
Looks fantastic.
No, it looks much better.
What do you think, Saf?
Yeah, way better.
Right.
We've got the cars upstairs.
All cleaned.
Washed up.
Nicely on display for those driving past to enjoy the settings.
I absolutely love it.
We've got a green car on the end.
And a green car on this end.
I can't get that colour name out of my head.
Lizard Green.
This is the Phantom Drophead.
If you guys don't already know, Phantom Convertible is now discontinued.
There's the Dawn now.
So, no Phantom Convertible.
So, a very special car.
Got the SV Roadster here.
One of 500.
And then the Green Aventador S Roadster.
Sorry, the Green Aventador S.
Do you remember when I said Urus?
I think somebody pointed it out.
Lamborghini Urus Spider.
Ha, ha, ha, Aileen.
You messed up.
Duh.
Got so many different models to flip through.
I can make these mistakes, you know.
Right.
LA Weekly.
We're on Episode 11 now.
We're on Episode 11.
And you know from the previous season that around Episode 12, 13, we start to wind down
the season.
And that's what we're going to be doing with this season as well.
Yeah, that's right.
Season 2 is coming to an end.
But we're not going to be leaving you.
There will be a Season 3.
But yeah, we're going to have a small, short break.
In that break, however, it's a break for you guys, not a break for us.
Saf and I are going to be making some mega content.
Some mega content with the cars.
Some fun content away from the LA Weekly side of things.
Really, really exciting.
We've got some great things in store.
I'm so excited to create it.
Obviously, working with Saf.
Saf came on board halfway through the LA Weeklys.
And having him on board with what he can do and the vision that he brings to the table
makes my imagination go 100 miles per hour as well.
And then we end up coming up with some mega ideas.
And I've got that confidence in him to know that he can pull it off just the way that
I expect it to be pulled off.
If you're going to do something, you've got to do it properly.
Otherwise, don't do it at all.
And that's the ethos that we have here at PET.
And that's the same ethos that, luckily, my cameraman Saf has as well.
So that's why you guys are the luckiest viewers, the luckiest subscribers.
Because the content that we are going to be producing for you guys, it's going to be
top-tier stuff.
It's going to be mega.
It's going to be things that you haven't already seen on YouTube.
And if you already have, you haven't seen it in the way that we're going to present
it to you.
It's going to be phenomenal.
Very, very exciting times.
It's Tuesday, LA Weekly.
It's a fantastic day that we've had today.
Once again, a big shout-out to my staff members, putting in a great shift every single day,
making sure things are happening.
There's a lot to this car hire game.
A lot of people see our business and they say, hey, it's super easy.
Just buy a few cars, put them out and hire.
Yes, what we present to you, we present it to you, and we show you maybe 30% of the business.
But there is a lot more.
And I do hope to show you more insight of the business in the future.
But for now, we've got to keep that balance because this is a real-world business.
We are making some real money.
And we can't let the cameras get in between all of that.
All right, LA Weekly, that's it for Tuesday.
Alhamdulillah, it's been a fantastic day.
Business as usual.
Really excited for tomorrow, Wednesday.
Let's get it.
As-salamu alaykum, bro.
Walaykum as-salam.
How are you, Saf?
I'm good.
How are you?
All good, alhamdulillah.
LA Weekly.
It is Wednesday.
Welcome.
Naib Bhai.
What's happening?
Hey, look.
Our culinary is back.
It is a one-of-one unique culinary.
Our hard work, our blood, sweat, and tears went into this grill.
I'm sure the customer enjoyed it now, didn't they?
Oh, yeah.
Right.
Naib Bhai, what's happening?
What's the latest?
We are heading.
Are you hungry?
Hungry.
Hungry?
Hungry.
What do the boys want to eat?
They want to eat shish kebab and naan.
Really?
Yes.
They want to eat shish kebab and naan.
Oh, where is that?
Shahi Naan Kebab.
Oh, man.
I've heard of that before.
Right.
Well, can I come with you?
Yeah, yeah.
Come.
Why not?
Let's go.
Where shall we go?
Where shall we go in?
Oh, yes.
We're going to the Mustanabian.
Yes, sir.
Right, guys.
We're going to head over to go get some lunch for the team.
We've also got some guests over today as well.
And what better car to go in than the BMW M3?
Now, we haven't actually taken you out in this car yet and gone for a drive and shown
you how loud it actually is.
Neither have I actually properly taken it out for a drive.
So, yeah, we're going to do that now with Naheed.
We're going to go get some food in the process as well.
And you can come along.
Let's see what this is all about.
This one in good setting?
Very good setting.
One in very good setting.
Everybody strapped in?
One good setting.
One very good setting.
One slow **** car.
One making a lot of noise.
One not going anywhere.
One loudest one in the room.
Oh, one nice.
One nice, this one.
This one nice.
You do 140?
One making lots of noise.
Sorry, this one crazy, man.
One foot slipping.
One slipping feet.
One not going fast.
One just loud.
One not fast.
This one not fast.
This one speed limit.
Okay?
Remember, Mexico.
Hyundai likes giving it some...
This one I like no pop, pop, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang.
My pop, pop, bang, bang.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
The tunnels are nice.
Oh, the tunnels, did you say?
How long have we got?
We've got time, don't worry.
Quickly, yeah?
Okay.
Whoa.
This one is going two wheels.
This one going two wheels?
This one like Sheikh in Dubai.
Yeah.
Yes, this one.
No, no, no, not Dubai.
This one is one Japanese side side drift.
We go thinking YouTube, Japan, this one doing like this.
Oui, oui.
Oui.
Do you speak French?
How are you?
That's what I'm always waiting for now.
Come, let's go.
Oh, wow.
It's echoing, you know?
Okay, this one, we go one Z left.
What's happening here?
Disney Channel?
It's a show, man.
Please do that.
Oh, yeah, of course.
They got kids?
No, they haven't.
Of course, man.
No.
They got kids?
No way.
Oh, that's so cute, man.
Oh, Teletubbies brings back some serious memories.
You don't need to send it.
Just drop, drop.
So, this is what it sounds like out here.
This is what it sounds like in the tunnel.
It's snappy.
Actually, that is so good.
It's addictive.
That is very addictive.
Well, that was fun.
Okay, we're going to leave it there now.
Wow, it's time for some shish kebabs.
Let's get it.
I think Sam's making his own.
I didn't know that you're at the wheel.
So, why have you decided to take the wheel?
Please remember, we've got a lot of food in the car.
And chutneys.
Chutneys can explode.
You know, they're only very fragile.
What?
All over your seats.
And then pinnacle detailing.
What is this?
Making his car more dirty?
But not around the bend.
Think of the chutneys that are going to explode.
Oh, no!
Why didn't you put it on the floor then?
Oh, it is what it is now.
We can't do both.
No, we can't.
We can't get exhaust notes and not expect exploded chutneys.
Hey, it's for the weeklies.
Even if they don't explode, should we just splatter them all over the car and go to jet?
Bus, bus, bus, bus.
And...
Woo!
What's up?
You got one detail exhaust?
No, one detail...
No!
No, I've got a graphics designer waiting for me at the show.
No, I've got to get to a meeting.
I've just literally told him I'm going to be there.
One, one making CEO sweating.
One not good employer.
This one not getting good reference.
No, no bonus this moment.
Customer got a meeting.
We just decided...
When he watches LA Weekly thinking that we went to go get food,
he'll know we were messing about on a roundabout.
You should come in the car with me one day.
No, no, allow that.
I'm not going in the car with you, man.
That's not good.
No, no, no, no.
Bro, you reversed into a bollard.
That's what I'm saying.
We're just as bad as each other.
Is that your car?
Oh, yes.
You use rubbish stickies, don't you?
You need to get good quality stickies, man.
They just fall off every single day.
They're £5 a strip, £10 a strip.
They don't work on the Lambos, though.
They don't work on the Lambos?
No.
See, that's what it is, man.
See, the reason is that the technology is it only works on...
Rolls-Royces?
Yeah, only Rolls-Royces.
It's painted to technology.
That means, people, please can you tell Alim to buy me a Rolls-Royce?
Then I can put my number on.
That is literally the most expensive way around this whole situation.
Right, so we've successfully got the shish kebabs.
And our guests have just arrived back.
One red Lamborghini back.
One Lamborghini back.
Oh, yes, one M4.
One M3, one M4.
One take it out, one going meeting.
One thing is addictive, talking.
Right, guys.
I have a meeting with a graphics designer now.
Regarding a few things that I want to be doing.
So, this is going to be away from the camera.
So, I'll see you all shortly.
Let's go.
What year is the car?
Year, that is 2019.
Very expensive for 2019, no?
No, it's fine.
Thank you so much.
19 plate for that much?
That's ridiculous.
Let's have a look.
Wow.
He hasn't advertised it, no?
The cheapest colour then is 305.
That's 19 and 25,000 miles.
Yeah.
And the highest one is 900 miles, VAT qualifying, 71 plate.
Well, 305 is the cheapest one.
And the most expensive one is 420 grand before a kit.
420 grand, 71 plate, 900 miles.
And VAT qualifying is 420.
So, this car, and that's the spec on the car.
You know, it's not a fantastic spec.
So, this car really, if he can give it you for about 390, we're in for a good shout there.
Phantom 8s have come back onto the market, haven't they?
That one that we enquired about, that Series 2 extended wheelbase, is that 200 now?
Don't you have it at 220?
That's 200 now.
SF90 is too fast as well, by the way.
Like, too fast.
1,000 brake horsepower.
Plus, there's problems with the hybrid battery, which is the last thing that you want to happen.
If it goes into the workshop and they say, oh, you've still got to detect, you know?
Bit of an issue, isn't it?
But just to let you know, anyway, you can pick up an SF90 for about 300, 400,000 pounds.
So, I mean, value for money, what this does as well, it's more of a solid car.
There's a lot of recalls on the SF90 as well.
They've been catching fire as well.
390 grand is the cheapest SF90, 70 plate.
And it's too fast, way too fast.
Right, guys, it's Wednesday.
We're ending the day off, buying some cars.
And the usual, usual.
As usual, you know?
Been a good day so far.
Anyway, let's get it.
Thursdays is all happening.
Let's go.
As-salamu alaykum, bro.
As-salamu alaykum.
Come on, brother.
What's happening?
I'm doing all right.
Oh, man, I wasn't feeling too tough yesterday.
We had to call off filming, didn't we?
LA Weekly, what's happening?
It is Friday and we are on our way.
Friday prayers.
Saf, nice to see you.
Yeah, nice to see you.
You've just done your voodoo?
Yeah, I've literally just done it, yeah.
You literally put your head underneath the tap.
It's soaking wet.
Yeah, I know.
You need yourself a towel, huh?
Bro, I couldn't find a towel.
How are you feeling, though, now?
I'm feeling much better today, thank you.
Feeling much, much better.
We also had some things going on at home as well.
We had some guys coming over to check over the building and that sort of stuff.
So yesterday I was just like, you know what?
I can't make it.
But I'll tell you one thing, though.
I had a very, very good sleep.
I felt like I caught up on three, four weeks worth of sleep.
Look at me.
Looking fresh.
Totally fresh.
You know the only thing you need now?
What?
Just a fresh trim.
Oh, no.
I need to get a trim as well, you know.
Saf, why don't we just grow our hair?
Nah, I can't.
You know, I had a man bun before.
Did you?
Yeah.
When did you cut it?
2019.
I grew mine in 2019.
You cut yours in 2019.
There's something very powerful about long hair.
I think it needs to come back.
But this stage is a very difficult stage.
What else is new, lad?
What else?
Nothing, man.
Just the week's going on.
It's going very fast.
It's my fourth week already.
Fourth week.
Incredible.
A month on the LA Weeklys.
We've produced some phenomenal content.
We were talking earlier in the week about ending the season off soon.
We'll see how that goes.
Hey, comment below.
But then again, I've got so many things happening in the next few weeks that ending a season,
does it make sense?
We've got another Lamborghini coming.
Which one?
Do you know that?
Which one?
It's a...
It's a surprise or something.
It's like a surprise, but I think I've opened my mouth up in the past before.
I might have already told you guys.
I've already definitely told my Instagram followers.
If you follow me on Instagram, Lord Aleem underscore official, you would know that I have a Lamborghini
Huracan Performante arriving in Viola Basque, in Viola Ashifa.
The same color as my SVJ.
Sick.
Twins, man.
That's going to be twins.
Exactly.
So then there's that happening.
Then we've got some Uruses arriving in March, April.
Then we have the Bugatti just around the corner as well.
Somebody actually told me, Aleem, you need to trademark that.
It's all happening, but...
Yeah.
Oh, guys.
Right.
We are on our way to Friday prayers.
I'm going to meet up with my friends after, and then we are going to head over to the
graveyard for a bit.
And that is it, really.
That is it for today.
Fridays, you know what's happening at PET.
This car is going out on hire for the weekend.
It's all cruise control.
I'm in me mum's car.
Right.
Let's get over to Friday prayers.
It's a blessed day.
And yeah, we're going to pray, hop on out, and continue with our day.
Let's go.
Excuse me, which chocolate do you want?
That's your one, isn't it?
What?
Time Out.
I love Time Out.
My favourite.
It's light as well.
It's a wafer.
Saf, just to let you know, inside there, they said that they had to travel through three
or four different continents to get the best tea.
And one of the countries that are on the wall over there is Italy.
Nice.
Yeah.
So hopefully this tea tastes good.
Go on, have a sip.
Best tea in Birmingham.
Isn't it?
Yeah.
My personal preference.
Whoa.
Storm Malik.
Wow.
It's a proper little dut pati, isn't it?
Yeah, man.
Is it nice, yeah?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Come on.
This is nice.
So, Saf, in Italy, when we did the road trips and stuff, right, we realised that coffee is
Italy's drink.
Yeah.
It's Italy's way forward.
Black coffee, espresso.
Yeah.
99 cents coffee, every service station.
Police officers drink it.
The best coffee you're going to have.
For 99 cents.
One euro.
Numero uno.
No, no.
Euro.
Huh?
Euro.
Euro?
Yeah.
Euro?
Euro.
I wish this was a euro.
This was not a euro.
So, Friday, it's all happening.
I've left my car in the bus lane, haven't I?
Yes.
This is my good dear friend, Mr Iqbal.
Waheed Iqbal.
Not Chao.
And you might have seen him previously on my LA weeklies before.
A very dear friend of mine and whenever we link up, everyone knows there's nothing like
an Iqbal party.
Yes, Jigga.
If you're watching this, please don't make fun of him.
Wow.
We're pretending it's nice and warm.
I just burnt my face.
I just burnt my mouth.
Oh my God.
I've just lost my taste buds now.
I burnt my tongue, Chao.
Right.
We finished up with Friday prayers.
We're having a quick tea with our friends and then Waheed and I are going to head over
to the graveyard.
We're going to go visit our friend's grave and also my grandmother's grave as well.
That's in Hansworth, so after we go to Hansworth.
And inshallah, it's going to be a fantastic day as always.
There's my hair all over the place.
Oh, Storm Malik's disappeared now.
Where's the wind gone?
Is it still Storm Malik?
Storm Aleem.
No, Storm Aleem.
There ain't no stopping Storm Aleem.
What do you reckon?
Storm Aleem is a very dangerous thing.
You don't want Storm Aleem.
Storm Aleem is not good.
It's a bit dry for my liking.
Right.
Right, ladies and gentlemen, now that Storm Malik has passed, it is the right way to end
the LA weekly.
Thank you so much for tuning in.
If you've enjoyed this week's episode, make sure you give it a thumbs up.
Oh, the sun's out.
We've got a few things to do today, but you are not going to be joining us for that as
they are personal things.
Make sure you hit the subscribe button.
Make sure you hit the bell notifications button if you don't want to miss any future uploads.
And if you've enjoyed this week's weekly, make sure you give it a thumbs up.
Comment below.
We've had some great laughs.
We didn't film on Thursday.
That's my bad, but we will be back next week for another fun episode.
Guys, keep smiling, keep shining, and I'll see you all very, very soon.
Take it easy.
God bless.
Bye-bye.
