New Construction Homes for Sale in Charlotte NC, Great Location | Parkside Crossing By Pulte Homes

Hey everyone, thanks for tuning into our channel. Today I'll be introducing you to Parkside Crossing, a new construction community by Pulte Homes located in the Steel Creek area of Charlotte. I'll be giving you the scoop on the floor plans offered by Pulte, the amenities that will be coming here, as well as the location and the reasons why you might consider this a great location to build your new home in Charlotte. Hello there, I am Albert Alvarez. I'm a broker and realtor with the Ally Group Real Estate in Charlotte, North Carolina. Together with my wife Lynn, we have serviced this Greater Charlotte Market for over 26 years. I'll be filling you in on this new construction community that has just started selling home and is sure to become one of the best communities in the Steel Creek area of Charlotte. Come on, let's have a look at Parkside Crossing. Nestled in the southwest corner of Charlotte, in the area known as Steel Creek, Parkside Crossing will grow into a family friendly community of over 500 homes over the next five years. Close to everything you would need for everyday life, Pulte here offers a great selection of home styles, floor plans, and price points to appeal to a wide audience. Pulte's home plans are grouped into collections, the Glen, Meadow, and Reserve. I'll point out quickly on this community map that Pulte is releasing 230 lots in phase one. The Glen collection is based around Kane Meadow Road, which easily accesses Sledge Road. The Meadow homes are just to the interior of the Glen homes, while Reserve homes align with the main entrance on Parkside Crossing Road. You can also see from this map the future phases where Pulte is planning more home sites, along with a third entrance accessing Sledge Road. Here's a brief overview of what each collection has to offer. The Glen collection. The Glen collection targets the new family and or buyers seeking a smaller home. The five floor plans range from 1647 to 2350 square feet of heated living area with three to four bedrooms and two and a half to three and a half bathrooms. All floor plans can be built with one or four exterior looks called elevation. Floor plans in the Glen collection have either front load or rear or alley load garages. Lot sizes range from 0.12 to 0.14 acres and today's pricing runs from the low to mid 400s but can go higher depending on option selected. Remember that whatever you might see online as starting price is probably not the final price since it won't include the cost of watt premiums and design center upgrades. Call me if you'd like to know pricing when you watch this video. So now we're going to bump up to the Meadow collection. Homes in the Meadow collection offer more structural options such as main level suites and home offices. Each of the four floor plans in this collection offers four exterior looks. Their sizes range from the one-story Compton, a three-bedroom two-bath 1913 square foot plan up to the 3020 square foot Mitchell, a four-bedroom two and a half bath plan with options to upgrade to five bedrooms and three and a half baths. Lot sizes are 0.16 to 0.17 acres and current pricing runs from the high 400s to mid 500s. Again please call me if you'd like to know pricing at the time you watch this video. Finer appointments are found in the Reserve collection. The five floor plans range in size from 2,321 to 3,205 square feet with four to six bedrooms and two and a half to four and a half bathrooms. Each plan has a choice of five exteriors and the opportunity to increase heated living area through home extensions. Several of the plans have tandem parking or simply extra garage storage space that can be pulled into the heated living area. With this collection you may see for example part of the garage convertible into an indoor flex space or bedroom suite or an extension to the back of the house to Lot sizes for the Reserve start at 0.18 acres up to over a quarter of an acre and prices today and i want to emphasize today run from the high 500s to the high 600s and could even hit the low 700s depending on upgrades. Putting it briefly, Pulte here is offering floor plans that can adapt to most families and buyers but other than a great house why would you consider Parkside Crossing? You will have a nice community of amenities including a pool cabana and playground. HOA dues will cover maintenance of the common areas access to the amenities as well as streaming tv service and high-speed internet which aren't normally covered by your dues but perhaps the most desirable feature of Parkside Crossing is its location. Literally just down the road from the community you'll find public elementary and middle schools and Parkside is assigned to a brand new high school not 10 minutes away. In the Rivergate shopping center and immediate surroundings just three to five minutes away you'll find chain supermarkets medical facilities and services all kinds of shopping including big box stores like Best Buy, Super Target, Kohl's and Home Goods, dining and entertainment opportunities. Did I say shopping? The Charlotte premium outlets are just 10 minutes away. At Parkside Crossing all the necessities will be at your fingertips. Want to get out for some fun? Take in the sights at the McDowell Nature Preserve just three miles away or enjoy time on the water at Lake Wylie right next to it. Culture entertainment pro sports no worries you're a few miles from major access and can drive to uptown Charlotte to experience all it has to offer in 20 to 25 minutes. Air travel? Charlotte Douglas International Airport is just 25 minutes away as they say location location location. So as you can see there is a great opportunity here at Parkside Crossing not only will you have a community that offers wonderful home plans and options by Pulte Homes but also will have nice amenities and a wonderful location and also remember that this is a five-year project so if you buy early such as in phase one by the time the community closes out you will have amassed a tremendous amount of home equity so increasing the value of your home quite a bit.
