First time trying SEBLAK, AYAM GEPREK and BAKMI AYAM

What's up everyone? Unfortunately, Bali is still in total lockdown. So we cannot go to local markets or to local rooms. So we decided to order some local food here. We're going to order it with Gojek and I'm going to try it with my friends. So for today's food video, we chose that we are going to try Seblak and Ayam Geprek. And right now we are ordering it. But as you can see, there are lots of different types of Seblak, so we're figuring out which one we're going to try. So apparently it's really normal to have chicken feet with Seblak. For me, I never ate chicken feet before. I don't know if I like it. Maybe we're going to order it with chicken feet just to try it out. Right now we're ordering Nasi Ayam Geprek. I think it's like super spicy chicken. That's why we need to have the rice with it. And it costs 20K. We just ordered Nasi Ayam Geprek. We ordered Seblak and now we're going to order the last one, which is Bakmi Ayam. And this costs 15K. So we put it in the chart and then we order it. The order is sent to the resto. Are you ready girl? I am. Kev? I'm not. You're not? What? Then you're the one that's hungry. First food has arrived. I don't know which one it is actually, but we're going to figure it out now. The first one that arrived is the Ayam Geprek and it looks like this. There is so much green chili on it that I'm actually scared for my life, but I've heard so many times that I need to try this. It looks quite good, but the chilies... Let's see. We have team spicy over here. This is going to be so spicy. I'm not sure if I'm ready. Yours is going to be spicy. All right guys, shall we just try our first bite? This is how mine looks like with all of the green. Oh, keep that out. Oh wow. Uh huh. A little bit. Oh no. Here we go again. It's really spicy. These guys are weak. Okay, Mash. Holy guacamole. Can you try with some green? I feel like this is way more spicy. All right, Mash. I need a cucumber. Ah, it's kicking in now. Oh my God. Green. Challenge accepted. Ow, ow, ow. Why is that hurting? What's the green one? It's more spicy. Ah, shoot. I need some water. Let's try it. It's spicy. The orange one is like hot. This is more flavorful, so it's got like a saltier taste to it and like limey taste to it. I haven't tasted it after the first bite, so... I like the green one. The green chili is super nice, but spicy. I really need some rice. It has indeed a more special taste to it. Rice? I dare you. You too, but Kevin. Stack me up, girl. Let's go. Let's go right now. All right. Is that all you got? It's like a hot dog. Rice. Is he okay? No. They ask you how you are, and you just have to say that you're fine, when you're not really fine. Me neither. The sambal taste is good. Like, there's indeed a little bit of lemon in it. But for me, it's too spicy again. Unfortunately. I need to go in the pool. Just the last bite. I would eat this more often. It's such a good taste. My warm up is done. Did you hurt yourself? No, it's still hot. Okay, we're trying to eat the rice like local Indonesians, but it's difficult. I don't remember how to do it anymore. I don't remember how to do it. I don't know. I'm just going to eat it. Did we do it right, Vishnu? Yeah. Perfect. Yeah? Wow. Next up, we have the seblak. And this costs 33K, which is still really affordable. We have seblak. It looks like this. It's a soup. But there's so much inside that I have no idea what it is. I'm sweating a little bit. Are you nervous? I'm really nervous. I don't know why I'm nervous, but just because there's so much in here, like even little eggs and I have like meatball and then some kind of jelly. Do we know what this jelly is? You gotta try one of everything that's in there. Okay. But you too. First off, we're going to try just the soup so I can see how the soup tastes like. This is super good. It's not too spicy at all. A lot of flavor in here. I like it. Airplaner choo-choo train. Scaredy cat. Let's go. I can't. It's not bad. It's really flavorful. Yeah. It kind of reminds me of like ramen noodles mixed with like extra spices and stuff in it. It has enough spice in it. It has such a good flavor. We are all super confused about what this is. So if you know what this is, please comment down below so we can finally figure it out. We're all too scared to try it. The flavor is amazing. It's just like there is a lot of things in here that I don't understand. It's like a mystery box. Yeah. Here, try this. You got this. Here we go. It is quite spicy the more you eat. The taste is just wonderful. I would give this actually a 9 out of 10 just because of the taste. But it's more that there's a lot of things in here that I don't understand and I'm scared to try. From which animal is this egg? It's kind of like a bird. Really? So we have a bird egg here. So let's try it. Try it, girl. Mama, save me. Wait. I don't understand. It's a weird texture. Like, I don't really understand it. It's super soft. It's like a hard-boiled egg. Yeah, but the white... But soft. Like, it's really... I don't even... Look. It's really soft on the inside. It's soft inside, but... But then the white stuff is more chewier than the regular egg. Yes. It's a really special egg. It's a golden egg. Yes. It's a one-of-a-kind egg. That's for sure. But the noodle and the mushrooms with the soup, 9 out of 10. So we have this little thing which we don't know what it is and Mash is gonna try it. We're all a bit scared. Mash 2, Kevin 0. Let's figure out what this is. It's just tapioca pudding. It's like a little pudding. It's really good. It's pudding? It tastes like a piece of bread. So it's not made from meat? No. Then I will try as well. The things we fear are so yummy. That's a good thing to add in a soup, actually. Next up in line, we have this meatball. I hope it's from chicken. I'm gonna try it now if I like it because I had one meatball which had bone in it and I'm not a fan of bones in meatballs, so let's see if this one has the same. It's good, but it's... 9 out of 10. It's a very hard meatball which makes it super confusing and I don't really like the taste, so I'm not a fan of this meatball at all. We're trying now this jelly thing which we are also unsure about what it is. Cheers, girl. Same thing? It's like a rice thing or something. Oh, like a glass noodle? Yeah. Yeah, that's... Everyone's afraid of this little guy, so... You're so brave. Someone's gonna take... Someone's gonna take the wheel, okay? You gotta give the people what they want. I'm sorry, I didn't really like that one. We have the last person who needs to try. I tried this last year a long time ago. Really? Yeah. Take your first bite. You have to taste everything, though. Everything? Yes. I'll try my best. Please tell my mom. I love her. Here we go. Okay. It's pretty jelly-ish. Right? Like, yeah. It's pretty spicy, but not that spicy. It's still good. You guys tried this one, right? Yeah. You haven't tried this? We tried that, but we didn't like it. Yeah, you didn't like it. Let me try this. Yes. What do you think? You can be honest. I think this is a cracker. It's melted. It's a cracker, definitely. What would you give this soup? Which number? I think 7. 7? Yeah. Okay. Still good. 7 for Subak. Last but not least, we have bakmi ayam, which is also a soup, but it looks like this. So we're going to put it into a bowl right now. So we have the bakmi ayam here, and it looks like this. It actually looks a bit like indomie, but then like in a bigger version. I'm going to have my first bite now. Let's see. This is perfection. I love this. It's not spicy at all, so it's not hurting. I love the chicken in here. It's like small pieces of chicken, which is really good. And the taste is very soft and sweet. Wow. I'm really impressed with this. This might be one of my favorite Indonesian dishes, I think. This is for me, I think 9.5 out of 10. Because it could be a little bit more spicy, and that's it. This is a really nice taste. I think that might be a really nice combination. A little bit Subak with bakmi ayam. Let's see if that would spice it up a little bit more. This taste is now perfection. This is a little bit more spicy, and there are more herbs and spices combined. So definitely this is such a good combination. Let's try with Krupuk. I didn't have it with Krupuk before, and I'm just dipping it now into the sauce. And see if it's a nice combination. So nice. I love Krupuk. It's one of my favorite snacks. And combined with this, it is so good. I really love it. Best thing ever. After trying so many different kinds of foods, I finally found my favorite dish. And it's this one. It's bakmi ayam combined with Subak. And it's perfection. The taste is perfect for me. So I'm gonna dig in now. I'm gonna finish this whole bowl.
