It fits perfect here inside so I can use every space. Today I had polenta to eat. Polenta maybe you know it from the Italian cooking mentality. It is corn and you can eat it to sweet things like berries or like I today with tuna or something else. You can use it like you want you just had to put it into water and let it cook. When it is softened then it is ready. I had a very nice subscriber a friend of mine Bill in America and Bill always sent me some gifts with special things from America and this here is a lolly with a scorpion inside. I will eat it now. To you Bill. I am not sure if you can see it at the camera but here are glow worms on the way. As I was a child I am always waiting in the summertime for the glow worms. They came out at 10 o'clock in the night and this is already very late for a kid that had to go to school. So I only see them in the summer holidays. It is a cotton cover for a normal sleeping bag but in the summer times it is enough to sleep. It is very very thin and enough for the warm months in the summer. I will try to sleep now but I am sure that I don't can sleep well because I don't feel so safe here. I don't know why. It has no reason. Nobody sees me but this is a place where many people are. Not in the night but in the day and it can always be that someone is following me. So I think this will be a short night. We see us tomorrow when the sun is coming out. Good night. Good morning. What a terrible night. I've slept never before with my knife open and in my hand and the peak sun also next to me. I don't know. But every time I wake up with a flying heart. I cannot say why I had this feeling but this was not nice. And now it is six o'clock and I'm still awake. I sleep only for three hours. I'm really really tired. I think I need an ice cold bath to wake up. Otherwise I don't want to wake up here outside without coffee. This was a really nice sleeping setup. I had it never before but it works really great and I am so happy that I had a mosquito cover with me this night. Now I am not anymore alone here at the lake. At the other side there are some people and I want to see a little bit more from the landscape. Walk a little bit, maybe cook a berry breakfast. So I slowly pack up my things back in the backpack. This is the guardian that I sleep tonight. It is a waxed cotton but very stable and normally for protect the sleeping bag from the dirt on the ground that you can sleep directly in your sleeping bag with the cover with the guardian at the ground. But in the summer months it is normally enough to sleep but this night it was a little bit cold. I think we had about 12 degrees. I don't know exactly. So it was not so warm like I thought but enough. Sleeping with the amok at the ground is just genius. It is perfect. I don't have so much space as I lay in the amok in the air because the under part don't hang. But it is enough and you are protected from the insects. I collect resin in the past always in the autumn and winter months because these are the times where I need the resin. But the perfect time to collect it is summer because it is very soft in these times and when it is hot outside it comes really nice here outside. But be careful the resin is to protect the tree. At this place at the lake I will make my breakfast. I am always looking. I always had my eyes open for fruits but there are no fruits. A few strawberries but I had to eat them directly and a few blueberries. Not much. Yesterday I found so much and here is not a good place for fruits. But I will collect what I found and then I will have a sweet polenta with fruits. This is all I found. Not much but okay. And also some nettle flowers. This was the noise that I hear the whole night long. I want to show you my new water filter. It is from Grail and I've become it at the outdoor trade I visit a few days before and it works very simple. You only need this bottle. Here the dirty water. The dirty water came inside and then this is the filter part. But I show it to you step for step. Here inside I had now the dirty water.
