Day.
Um, I got it.
I got it.
Um, we are going to my mom's house.
Um, you're helping?
Yeah.
You helping me fill up my water?
Me too.
Yeah.
Um, the kids are really excited.
They want to go to my mom's house.
They've been wanting to go to her house for a while.
Um, but she works, like, Sunday through Wednesday.
So, we can only really see her Thursdays and Fridays.
Um, sometimes Saturdays.
Um, but we're about to go to her house.
I packed up my lunch, the boys' lunch for the day.
Um, and then we're just going to hang out for the day.
I don't, no, I don't need ice, baby.
I'm going to put a liquid I.C. inside my hydro jug.
Um, I have 15% off if you guys are interested in one of these or trying them out.
Um, you got like 15% off.
My code is RuthieTara.
Leave it down below if you guys.
Shake it?
Yeah.
Yeah, I'm going to shake it.
Yeah.
Um, and so, yeah, we're going to go to my mom's house today.
Packed up all of my stuff.
Packed up my stuff to go to the gym later, too.
Um, I think I'm going to leave the kids at her house and run to the grocery store.
I just need to grab a few things for this weekend because Memorial Day is on Monday.
I'm going to cook out this weekend just my parents and, like, just us at my mom's house.
I'm going to make, like, a pasta salad.
You are such a brat.
Um, yeah, that's the plan.
Um, and I also just need to grab a few things.
I also just need to grab a few things, um, for the week.
So, you want to say hi?
Yeah.
Hi.
Hello.
Alright, let's go to Abra's house.
What's the plan for today?
Got to go pack up my abundance of stuff.
Okay, you guys, I'm at my mom's house right now.
Okay, I want you guys to drink some water, too.
Um, and we're cleaning out her garage because, you know, every time I come here, apparently we're cleaning out a garage.
And my stepdad is a little bit of a hoarder.
He likes to, like, not get rid of things.
And I'm, like, opening up one of the containers.
And what do I find?
Old phones and computers.
And I have to share with you guys because it's, like, nostalgic.
Look how bulky this laptop is.
A laptop.
It has a DVD player.
Look how thick the DVD player thing is.
Like, nowadays, it's just, like, you just insert it.
It's in great condition.
With the screw.
Look how thick this is.
Oh, my God.
Wait, but that's not it.
There's more.
It's okay.
Leave it.
There's another one.
And look how thick this one is.
You guys don't have my old laptop, do you?
The fact that we used to Skype.
Oh, my God.
It's crazy.
There's some more cell phones right here.
Every cell phone we had.
Isn't it crazy?
Here, look.
Look at this one.
This one's so fancy.
It used to be able to play music.
Let me see this one.
This used to be your phone.
Oh, my God.
Hello.
Now, I'm breaking up with you.
Hello.
But this is so cool.
You just have a camera.
Wow.
Oh, this was your phone, like, a couple years ago.
This was, like, when you moved on up in the world with a Samsung screen thingy.
Mommy, this one can play music.
Oh, see, these are hard drives.
So, like, if you have your hard drive, why can't you throw out your computers?
I don't know.
Since you have the hard drive.
Like, I would destroy the hard drive, but...
I do not know.
She has her old tablet, which...
A Nook.
I remember this.
Can I see those other phones?
Where's those other phones?
No.
But I just want to see.
I want to show the camera.
Okay.
I want to show the camera.
I remember my old phone.
You don't have my first phone because my mom...
It worked.
Man, battery life used to be good back then.
So, this used to be my old phone.
Oh, my God.
Oh, battery's low, though.
My old phone.
Do you guys remember, like, writing your AIM messages and, like...
I used to have the Envy, the first Envy, that big gray one.
My mom broke it on me one day because she was angry at me.
Because of your mom?
Yeah, I know.
I was a bad girl.
But this was, like, my other phone.
I went a while without having a phone, and then I got this one.
And this was, like, my phone that I had.
And I remember having this phone when everyone was starting to get the iPhone,
and I still had this one, but...
The Blackberry.
It doesn't turn on, baby.
His battery's dying.
The Blackberry.
Like, it's crazy how big the phones are now.
Like, the phones used to be so little.
You used to, like, cramp your fingers.
This used to be mommy's old phone.
This one was so cool.
Do you guys remember this one?
You used to flip it this way.
You could flip it this way, so you could take your little selfie.
That was super cool.
Look at all these nostalgic...
You know what's crazy is that my generation, like, my kids will never see a flip phone.
That's why we save them.
Isn't that kind of cool?
But they will see it, but I save them.
Or, like, even, like, a home phone.
Like, my kids don't know what a home phone is.
Like, I remember growing up, like, having a home phone for a long time.
But it's kind of, like, it's kind of cool.
Like, that's kind of cool.
I have, like, my old iPhones, but not my old, like, cell phones.
I kind of want my cell phone back.
But we're going to finish cleaning up the garage.
Back here at the garage.
We're going to run to the grocery store quick.
Have to grab a few things.
And then I'm going to probably come back, eat, and then, yeah.
Yeah.
I don't know.
I'm tired.
That was a lot of work.
I did a lot.
You're lucky.
I love you, mom.
So we are heading home.
I just dropped my mom off at her house with all her groceries and Landon.
I set him up with his lunch.
He's just having last night's pizza leftover.
And then Asher fell asleep in the car, so he is napping in my mom's house.
And I helped her bring all her groceries in.
And now I'm heading home to my house to unload all of my groceries, which I got $250 worth of groceries today.
I wanted a few things, but they were having, like, such a good sale that I just couldn't say no.
I did get a lot of fresh produce, which is always, like, what I need the most.
I feel like fresh produce I go through, like, crazy.
The kids needed fruit.
I needed, like, vegetables.
We got, like, salmon and some snacks.
I got a lot of snacks, actually, that were, like, on rollback or closeouts, which if it's on closeout, that means, like, it's not coming back to, like, Smith's, which is my Kroger.
And so I got, like, a lot of good, like, the Z bars and stuff like that, like, for super cheap.
So I got some of that stuff.
I got a lot of stuff.
I got yogurts that were on closeout.
So I got a lot of stuff.
Because it's already 1.40, and I'm going to the gym at 4.
So I'll probably get back to my mom's house at, like, 2.40, 3, and then the gym is, like, down the street from her house.
So I'll just wait there until I go to the gym.
And, yeah, I'm really excited.
Cameron is home all weekend.
He's home Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday for Memorial Day.
And it's so fun because, you know, Cameron's been security forces.
He's in the Air Force.
He's been basically on flight this whole time.
He'll be in the military for six years.
No, seven years this summer.
Oh, my gosh, seven years this summer because we're being married for seven years.
Right?
We've been together for eight years.
We'll be married for six years, yeah.
Wow.
So he'll be in the military for six years this year, and he just started on back office.
And he's, like, a UDM, so he's, like, the unit deployment manager.
So since he's back office, he actually gets, like, all back office days off and, like, holidays off and stuff like that, which is crazy.
Because, like, he's always worked security forces.
Or not security forces.
He is security forces.
But he's always worked on flight.
When you work on flight, you work all holidays.
You work, like, every snow, anything like that.
Anything.
You are always working.
Like, you're always on call.
Like, you are, um, I forget what they call them.
Like, essential.
Yeah, you're essential.
So Cameron's, like, essential but not really anymore.
But he gets to have those holidays off.
And so because Memorial Day is on Monday, he actually has Friday off too.
I guess Friday is a family day.
And then he has Monday off for Memorial Day.
So he has a four-day weekend, which is really exciting.
I think we're going to blow up the pool that I got from Costco tomorrow, which will be really, really fun.
I, like, I want to get in it myself.
It's supposed to be, like, 94 degrees or 93 degrees tomorrow.
So I'm going to get it myself too.
Oh, no.
There's, like, a bunch of sand.
I'm going to drive into it.
My car's going to be so dirty.
But, yeah, so we're going to probably do that this weekend.
My mom, we're supposed to go to my mom's house on Saturday for a cookout.
But my mom is, like, fixing her pavers this weekend.
And she was like, I can do it Sunday.
I was like, no, don't worry.
Let's just do the cookout at my house.
Like, I don't care.
It's just us.
So, like, who cares?
But we're going to do a cookout at my house on Saturday now instead.
But my mom, she's like, I have this, this, and this.
And then we're at the grocery store.
She's buying some more stuff to bring to my house.
So, like, really don't worry about it.
Because she knows that I want to keep it, like, healthier.
Because, like, I'm on a health journey.
And, like, obviously I need to eat healthier and stuff like that.
But I bought some stuff.
I wanted to buy a watermelon.
But, like, I wasn't sure if the watermelon was going to be good.
So I didn't buy it.
She bought a watermelon.
But I was like, I'm just so sick of buying watermelons and it's not good.
So, yeah, we're going to have a little cookout this weekend at my house with my parents.
And then on Sunday we're actually going with our next-door neighbor who's moving.
He's a little bit older than us.
Or a lot bit older than us.
Like, I would say he's probably 20 years older than us.
But he's moving.
And so he actually wants to go to this, like, sawmill market.
Which is actually, like, it's kind of cool.
It's an old mill.
Like, mill.
And that makes sense.
Like, an old mill.
And basically they converted it and there's, like, a bunch of little restaurants.
Not, like, restaurants.
But, like, these little food places that you can go in.
And it's so yummy.
And you can sit outside and stuff.
So I think we're going to do that on Sunday.
Because it's his last weekend here before he moves.
So we're going to do that.
And, yeah.
That should be pretty fun.
But, yeah, let's go inside and empty all these groceries.
Let the dogs out.
You know, all the nine yards.
Let's get it.
I'm putting away my groceries.
But I picked up these.
So I really wanted to try these out.
They are the Prime Hydration Drink.
I got Blue Raspberry because I feel like orange.
I don't feel like orange-flavored things.
And the other one was, like, the Lemon Lime.
And I'm not a fan of, like, the yellow Gatorade.
So I got the Blue Raspberry.
I picked up one for Cameron too because they're on sale for two for three.
But this is, like, what is his name?
Jake Paul or Logan Paul.
One of those Paul brothers.
Came out with this.
And it's supposed to be, like, kind of like a healthier Gatorade.
Because Gatorade is, like, good for electrolytes and stuff.
But, like, the amount of sugar and all that crap in it is, like, not good.
So this one's, like, made with coconut water.
So this one's actually made.
So the macros on it is nine fat, four carb, four protein.
So I don't understand this because it says calories is 25, protein zero grams.
But then on the bottom it says four protein.
Oh, four carb.
I get it.
Nine.
Okay.
But, yeah, this is made with coconut water, 10% coconut water.
It has 250 milligrams of BCAAs, B vitamins, antioxidants,
and 835 milligrams of electrolytes.
So I wanted to try this.
Ooh, it kind of.
Oh, I can smell the, like, blue raspberry to it.
It kind of smells, like, sour.
I feel like I'm losing it.
But I kind of want to try this out.
Okay, ready?
That's actually pretty freaking good.
It's sweet, though, like, really sweet.
Definitely has, like, that sour blue raspberry taste.
That's good, though.
Definitely yummy.
You can't even taste the coconut water either.
I'm not a huge coconut water fan.
It's actually really good.
Karen's going to really like this.
So I'm kind of glad.
This is definitely yummy.
If you like blue raspberry flavors, try this.
It's sweet, though, but it's good.
I also picked up the Ilani Sparkling Water.
This is in Pina Colada.
These are nice, especially if you like, like, sparkling drinks.
Like, I love carbonation, but I know I shouldn't drink soda.
But the Ilani Sparklers are good.
Last time, I think I got the mango.
The mango is really good.
This is the Pina Colada.
It's good.
But it has, like, a really strong pineapple taste.
Not like a Pina Colada.
Like, you can't really taste the coconut.
But it's really, really good.
These are really good.
I wanted the cotton candy because I saw my friend, Marissa,
talk about the cotton candy, how good it was.
And I was like, oh, I want to try it.
I went into the store.
They didn't have the cotton candy.
It was, like, completely sold out.
And I was like, of course it is.
So it must mean that it's really good.
So I'll have to keep a lookout for it.
But I got the pineapple or Pina Colada.
It's good.
But it tastes like pineapple.
But it's good.
It's good.
Yay.
Drinks.
Hydrate yourself, right?
I'm almost done.
I put away my groceries.
So much stuff.
I picked up these.
I'm going to make, like, little, what's it called?
Like, sponge cakes.
Like, these with, like, the strawberries and blueberries.
And then, like, whipped cream.
And that's going to be, like, our Memorial Day dessert.
These are actually only 60 calories for one cake.
So I can actually eat one of these.
Fruit is just natural sugars.
And there's really no calories to it.
And then the whipped cream.
I got the light, sugar-free one.
So I got this one.
And it's keto-friendly, zero sugar.
I got the zero sugar.
And it's only 15 calories for two tablespoons.
So this is, like, a really healthy, easy dessert that you can have.
Like, by the time you're watching this,
it'll probably be closer.
But you can think about it for, like, Fourth of July or something like that.
But really healthy.
I was going to get the almond milk whipped cream.
But they didn't have any.
So I just got that one for now.
But, yeah, I'm going to finish putting away my groceries.
And then go back to my mom's house.
Oh, I do want to show you.
I'm very excited.
I found these.
And I've heard good things about it.
But it's the Barilla Protein Plus Spaghetti.
I always have to say spaghetti really slow because I used to say sp-sp-sp-spaghetti.
I can never say it.
Spaghetti.
And it's a protein spaghetti.
And it has 190 calories for two ounces.
But it has 10 grams of protein.
So this is a really great way to, like, help with extra protein.
I'm probably going to do this with, like, some sauce.
And then maybe some chicken.
And I think I'm going to do that for dinner tonight.
Because chicken is really low-cal for four ounces.
Like it's not that high.
It's good in protein.
And I've slacked on eating today so bad.
I had some, like, pancakes at my mom's house.
High in calories.
I only had three of them.
And then I had half of or I had one slice of pizza from last night.
So that was kind of high in calories too.
Because last night's dinner was high in calories.
But I only had one slice of pizza instead of two like I did last night.
And then I still need to eat, like, a salad when I get to my mom's house.
It's 2 o'clock now.
But, like, I've barely eaten today.
And my protein levels are, like, super, super low.
I'm going to have to, like, drink a protein shake today.
Eat some extra protein.
So I thought this was really cool.
So I'll let you guys know if this is good.
But we need the rest of the groceries.
I need to hurry up.
Hurry up.
Got to my mom's house.
Got my HydroJug.
Got my Prime electrolytes.
And I got my sparkling water.
Does one eat this many drinks?
No.
But am I going to drink that many?
Yep.
So I'm going to my mom's house.
And then it's 2.30.
So I actually did really good.
I'm going to go to my mom's, eat my salad.
Then go to the gym, come home, make some dinner.
And all that.
So I'll catch you guys.
Bye.
