Okay, check this out. I was just about to water the plants, give them some love, and I thought
that the papaya plant died. I had one papaya buddy and he died. Like because I put it out in the sun
and it went just like, the sun killed it. So I thought it was over and I was only, I only had a
what's the other plant, bell pepper plant to be taken care of. But I still, naive as I am,
try to give water to the ground that has papaya seeds in there, knowing that they won't grow. But
I was just like, come, I'll show you what happened. Yesterday, I was looking at this
and I sent Benjamin a video. I'm like, yo, check this out. And all of a sudden,
I can't even count how many papaya seeds are sprouting. And this, like, you can confirm,
this was nothing yesterday. Yesterday, I could see a couple of them and I gave them some water
and they're like in the shaded sun. This is incredible. I don't understand how this grows
so fast. And I am super hyped about it. And I also have a bell pepper buddy, which is kind of like
getting bigger. I'm very curious how this is going to grow. And also here, like they got like
these little, little sprouts. But to give you a view, like how small these sprouts were.
That's how small these things were yesterday. The following day, I'll show you a picture of
what it was yesterday. Yesterday, like in one day, at least 10 more popped up
and they all grew significantly. Very cool. And so we'll now need to, this is just a lot of seeds
that I just jumped, just threw in there. And I definitely need to make sure to separate them
so that they can get some good space. And this is exactly the same here with the okras.
So these are okra plants, the very first seeds that I planted. And they're actually very sturdy.
I'm very surprised by that. The steels are very sturdy. But these all need to have their own
space so that they don't take too much nutrition from each other. And yeah, this is chickpeas.
Anyway, so that's what we're doing. And I am stoked about this.
So another update is the mulberry tree, those sticks that I put in the ground. It sounds so
easy to me. It sounds so dumb to me. You put sticks in the ground and something else will
grow. But can we figure this out? Watch this. Look at this.
This is one of the, the other ones are not really working. And that is because this middle one,
I first, when I planted it, put it upside down. Not very smart. Don't do that. Don't do that at
home guys. But so I put it back. I do see some things happening. I'm just going to have patience
just as what I had with the papaya seeds. But look at this. Check this out. This you see here
looks like it's already making berries. Now that is impossible to me. I don't believe that those
are going to be berries, but it looks like it. I don't believe that they're going to be tasty,
but it does look like it's a productive piece. Two days ago, I think these leaves were not there.
And I think a week ago, maybe two weeks ago, I saw the first, I saw the first leaves. And
ever since it's been growing super, super quickly. So Benjamin told me to put this more into the sun.
It's a little bit in the shade over here and now it already got enough leaves that it can,
it can manage a little bit more sun. So I'll be moving this with the ground here to a more
sunny spot. And thus far, I've just been making sure I'm watering my babies enough.
Just like with papaya. Make sure your babies are hydrated. Kids, well parents, that your kids should
be hydrated. You get what I'm saying? Ya tu sabe. Like they say it in the Dominican Republic.
I'm super stoked about this.
