ROCKET RYDER A HOCKEY DREAM - SEASON OPENER GOES TO SHOOTOUT!

Yeah, it feels great to be a mayor. I think we have a legitimate shot of winning the cup this season and we're going to take it one game at a time. Give 110 percent and of course play a full 60 minutes. Teams got to keep it simple, manage the game well and get pucks on net. Next question. Next question. Next question. Michael Pavis, how do you feel the generals look this season? Gotta make sacrifices. Gotta make sacrifices. That's why I went back on D this season. Everyone's got to play their role and I'll be playing D this season. Next question. I think the Mariners are going to be the lunch pail crew. We're going to muck things up along the boards, get into the dirty areas, score those dirty goals and battle in front of the nets. Goalie's going to have to be our best player and just take it one shift at a time. Well, the keys of the Phoenix Atlantic, well, you know, I think it's gut check time and that first goal is going to be key. You know, it's a big two points and we need everyone contributing and all lines firing. Once bitter Norris division rivals, they're now driven by two no-nonsense coaches, both with championship pedigree and world-class talents. What a goal by the kid. Oh my goodness. Two teams with postseason aspirations continue to push to the playoffs. It's the NHL on NBC next. Here we are in beautiful Halifax for a matchup between the privateers and the Atlantans. Let's send things down to Ryder and Randall. Oh, nice shot. Nice play. Good shift boys. You got it. You got it. You got it. Come on boys. Tie that up. Keep it up boys. We need to get some more possession in there. All right. So clearly it's just bullshit. So I'm just going to ******* blow the zone. If it's coming to your wing, then I'll just ******* sit up. Oh, yeah. Yeah. I was yelling off side, but that was close. Nice screen. That's just underneath them. Go, go. You know who the real star on this line is. Yeah. Yeah. That's right. That's why they draft me so often. Nice save, Dave. Dave's winning us this game, boys. ****, fell on my back. I got Gordon. Take him. Take him. Oh my ****. What a save. Get over there. Get over there. Oh my ****. What a save. I got front, front. Help him. Guys, who's there? Holy ****. We got no boss. Guys. Oh, he's got glove. Nice. Good game. Good game, boys. Good game.
