So to start off, I'm using the color Naked from the Urban Decay Naked Palette and filling
in any sparse areas of my eyebrow.
Once you've done that, I'm just going to take the spoolie from my Brow Wiz pencil from Anastasia
and comb them through and then pencil them in around the edges.
And as you can see, I've avoided the center area of my eyebrow because you really want
that area to be a lot lighter.
That way you have more of a gradient eyebrow.
I'm going to take Foxy, it's the matte shade in the palette.
It's kind of a yellow based, but it's a great neutral for all over your lid and it's going
to provide a nice base for the other eyeshadows to lay on.
Now I'm going to take Venus, it's the more shimmery white shade and put that right underneath
my eyebrow.
I'm going to just pack that on and I'm also going to take the same color on my eyelid.
You want to avoid getting this color in your crease because it is a shimmery shade.
So I'm getting really close to it, but I'm leaving the crease area very blank.
I'm going to take this color, it's called Naked 2.
It's a mauve-y brown shade that's going to go right into our crease.
Focusing the darker on the outside and the lighter on the inside.
I like to measure it with where my eyebrow ends, that's kind of where I like to connect
the lines.
So you've got an angle just like that.
Kind of create like a triangle.
You do that one down and then you bring this one in as well.
So now I'm going to go in with Faint, which is this color here in the Naked Basics palette.
You don't want to blend downwards because that's going to take away from the effect.
And then I go back in with my blending brush from before without any product on it or whatever
is left over and just blend that out or blend it together.
Next I go in with my concealer because this is going to provide a base for the shadows
that we put on the bottom lash line and just put this underneath.
Make sure you're using your ring finger to apply this because it has the softest touch.
But I really like to take French Fries from NYX and put this in my waterline.
I think it looks really pretty with the other colors.
Next I'm going to curl my eyelashes, but it helps to create a nice base for your mascara.
It helps them look a lot longer with your mascara on and last without flaking and things
like that.
So now for foundation, I'm going to use my Chanel Vital Lumiere Aqua Foundation and apply
it with my beauty blender sponge.
Don't forget to blend it down your neck, just underneath the jawline so you don't have that
foundation line.
Even if the color is perfect for your skin tone, it will oxidize a lot of the time and
even still just the texture is different so I always just blend it down so that you don't
have that big difference in your foundation and your skin.
I'm going to take some concealer and put it on where I just need a little bit extra coverage.
Blend that in with my beauty blender.
To set my foundation, I use the Mineralize Skin Finish Natural from MAC in the shade Medium
Plus and I use this big fluffy powder brush from the Real Techniques collection and I
just kind of pat it on.
I don't swipe it, I just kind of bounce it off, just like the beauty blender.
For my bronzer, I'm going to go in with NARS Laguna Makeup Fishy Face Purples.
I do the hairline to the neck as well, just right around your jawline.
I always contour my nose.
I always use my fingers, which is kind of weird.
I know that I should probably use a brush, but I just use my finger.
Start here, bring it straight up, and then I connect it to my eyebrow.
Connect it to this shadow in here.
So I'm going to kind of grin to see the apples of my cheeks and focus most of the color on
the apple and blend it outwards towards my hairline.
You don't want a big circle right in here because then it just looks harsh and it'll
just look weird like a clown.
This is the prettiest highlight.
In this you've got a bunch of different colors.
You can even use them for eyeshadows, but I kind of either swirl them around or I'll
use the lighter shades.
When I'm doing a more bronzy look, I'll use the darker shade over here, but I usually
focus right in here in the middle.
And I'll put this right above that cheek color.
Down the center of the nose I use the lighter shades and I focus it right above the peak
of my eyebrow as well.
You don't want it all over your forehead because then you'll just look greasy and shiny, but
I like it right there to make the eyebrow look even higher.
Just for everyday, I wear a lip balm.
It's my favorite.
I love how it looks and it's a treatment as well, so it's really good for your lips to
wear it.
